Pulled Meat BBQ


  • 2 pounds beef, pork, or chicken
  • One 16-ounce bottle BBQ sauce of your choosing
  • 1 cup water


Cut the meat into large chunks. Add all ingredients to a crock pot, set on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

Remove meat from the slow cooker with a slotted spoon and shred with two forks. Return meat to the crock pot and mix well. Enjoy this on a bun or a large Portobello.

For a quick alternative, purchase a pre-cooked rotisserie chicken or pre-cooked pork or beef. Then shred the meat and add your favorite BBQ sauce.
