Ranch Beans Recipe


  • Half pound of bacon chopped
  • ½ large sweet onion diced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • One can pork and beans
  • One can red kidney beans
  • One can great northern beans
  • One can butter beans
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp coarse ground mustard


Fry chopped bacon until crispy, remove from pan and cook the onion and pepper in the bacon grease until onion is translucent. Then drain.

Pour all the beans into a pan adding the bacon, onions, and pepper. Add the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, adjusting the measurements as you go to taste.

Bake in the oven at 350°F/160°C for one hour.
