Thai Style Grilled Pork Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp. coriander
- 4 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. Braggs Amino Acids or soy sauce
- ½ tsp. oyster sauce
- ½ tsp. corn starch
- 1 ½ tsp. white pepper
- ½ tsp. Accent flavor enhancer
- ⅓ cup coconut milk
Instructions
Slice the pork into thin pieces about 1 inch wide.
Mix the minced garlic, white pepper, and ground coriander together and add the sliced pork, mixing well.
Add ⅓ cup stirred coconut milk, sugar, Braggs, oyster sauce, corn starch, and 1 tsp. vegetable oil.
Mix all the ingredients with the pork by hand and marinate the pork for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Skewer the meat and grill on medium-high heat using 1 tbsp. vegetable oil to brush the grill.
Grill for 7–8 minutes per side, basting with the remaining marinade while cooking. Serve hot.
