    I've worn Levi's since I could pull up my own pants I guess. I know what they're supposed to feel like. These are flimsy. They fit, and at first glance look right, but the fabric is really thin. Levi's jeans are supposed to be sturdy. My wife says these are like ladies' fashion pants durability. Ooof.

    I’ve been buying 559’s in the same size for almost 20 years, lately it’s been a nightmare to get the same thing consistently. Seems like materials are changing, patterns are changing, and location of manufacturing keeps changing. All of these combined lead to a different product altogether being put to market. It’s a real shame…. Might be time to find another brand for me:(

This only seems to happen with this colour because like last time, I ordered it along with other pairs of jeans in different colours and they fit as expected. I'm never ordering from Levis online anymore.

    Former football player with thick legs. My legs are also pretty hairy and I HATE tight jeans because they irritate my leg hair. For both of those reasons I have a hard time finding jeans that I enjoy wearing. Went to a local store a couple years ago and tried on virtually every fit Levi's has to offer. This is the only fit that works for me and I buy 1 inch up (I wear a 33, but I buy a 34) for a little bit of extra room/comfort. Solid jeans, I like the way they look and as detailed above I like the fit.

    So I bought 559’s in 3 different colors and received 3 different materials.. really bizarre. One I like that appears to be the style I’m accustomed to receiving(stiff and not giving) and the other two are much more lightweight much more flexible.. totally different material and more relaxed fitting than the typical jeans.. cheaper material? Not happy with the fit as I am with the first one.. disappointing.

    I've purchased several different Levi jeans and at different sizes. Either they fit perfect when you first put them but quickly stretch out 2 sizes larger or they are two small when you first put them on whereby you can't comfortable wear them to even find out if they will stretch out enough. It's truly a guessing game!

    I bought these jeans for my son and they are the only jeans he will wear. He wears them till they are completely worn out. He likes them because they fit him, comfortable and true to size. He is wearing a pair of the 559 that he has worn for over two years and they are still holding their shape, but they are getting worn out.

    I like the pants however the problem with Levis is that the sizing (mostly waist and inseam) are not consistent in their sizes. In this case, the waist was a bit large and the length a bit long. I have experienced this before. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Otherwise, I like the pants.

    These were my first pair of stretchable jeans. I am happy with the fit, however, the color of the jeans were darker than I expected. It looks lighter on the website and I viewed them on a few computers before purchase.

    My husband has worn this style for years. I washed the jeans in cold water and air dried before he wore them and they shrunk, mostly in length. This has never happened before. Very disappointed.

    Two of the four pair of 559 purchased, were not 34 waist. When buttoned and zipped, they were able to be pulled down over the hips, to the floor. The other two pair ordered at the same time were perfect.

    Purchased these jeans about a year ago and they are my current favorite. If you have a more athletic build or perform squats as part of your normal workout the relaxed fit provides a bit of additional fabric in the butt and thigh areas, however, the jeans don't look baggy. I'm not a fan of skinny jeans but didn't want ones that were too 'relaxed' to wear to work on Fridays - these are a nice balance. The seam in the crotch area has started to tear a bit after a year (probably because these are my go-to jeans and I wear them fairly often), which is why I'm here to buy an additional color or two. I would recommend this style if you're looking for something between skinny and baggy jeans that can bridge the gap between casual Friday as well as happy hour.

    I have always worn Levis Jeans until they came out with the stretch jeans. I am not a fan of this new age denim jeans. what every happened to the good ole American classic jeans? Levis logo is a cowboy on the tag of every pair of jeans they sell. With that said have you ever seen a cowboy wear skinny jeans or jeans that have elastic in them?... NO! BRING BACK THE NORMAL 559 JEANS. PLEASE!!!

    Very happy with these jeans. I started wearing black jeans when the boss said "No blue jeans at work!" She never said anything about my black jeans! I notice these are not as thick as jeans used to be. I wish Levi's still had sizes for us shorter, "stockier" built people, the waist sizes are there but not everyone starts at a 30" length!

    I ordered the Navarro and Range colors as these were listed as non-stretch jeans. They arrived and the Range were good but the Navarro were stretch which made no sense. I chatted with support (excellent btw) and they sent me a replacement pair. When I received them, they were stretch too. Levi’s needs to get their Jean materials straight.

    These can be good if you can get them with the right label that shows the true size. I've bought 7 pairs over the last few months...all advertised as the same model and same size. Three fit fine. The others no. So I returned them. But you can't tell the difference from looking at the on-line offerings. With my latest purchase, one was fine, the other was 2 inches larger in the waist and 2 inches longer. So another return...another hassle.

    Attempted to find a replacement for the discontinued 560 line. Customer service recommended 559’s. I bought them, but they fail to replace 560’s. They’re not comfortable, they ride too low and they’re not loose enough in the thighs. I’ll be looking for another brand going forward.

    I have been wearing 559 for quite a while. I have 2 old pair that I have been wearing for about 6 years and I love them. They’re wearing out and getting more holes, so I ordered 2 new pair. The new ones look and fit great but, like others said, are just not the same quality. I do not anticipate getting 5 years out of these ones. For one thing, they have 5 belt loops now, they used to have 7 (2 more along the back). Belt loops are one of the first things to tear off from wear, and having fewer loops puts more strain on them. Plus it just doesn’t hold up the top of the jeans level, it’ll sag between the loops if they’re too spread out. Maybe not a problem for everyone. The front pockets are shallower/smaller. It’s a minor annoyance, but I do like to keep my phone in my front pocket and now it barely fits. It fits with room to spare in my old 559s. The denim just feels thinner and weaker. Another reviewer weighed their jeans and found the new ones on the lighter side. I didn’t go that far, but just qualitatively they feel thinner. I’m still a fan of the fit and look, so I haven’t decided if I will buy them again or not. I want to see how long these 2 pairs last.

    The 559 jeans used to last me years, but now they wear through in about 9 months. To me the biggest issue is that the denim feels paper thin as opposed to my older pairs of 559's that had some thickness (and durability). Secondly is the washing of the jeans bleeds out the dye quicker and shrinkage is a factor as well (though there is some vanity sizing so I feel it /almost/ works out). As such I can't recommend the 559 anymore unless cheapest jeans is your main criteria.

    It was not a pleasant surprise to open the package and find out that these jeans are made with Levi's Flex material. I went back and looked over the product page again and, aside from one review, there is nothing to indicate that these are going to feel more like jeggings than jeans. Dear Levi's, if you're going to make jeans out of material that feels nothing like traditional denim, please say so somewhere in the product description so customers know what they're getting.

    I've had this problem in the past, but decided to give Levis another shot (559, 33x32). Ordered them back in September and received two pair that were perfect - just like years back when they were a nice heavier weight denim. Was so happy with them that I ordered two more pair (exact same as before), and this time they're back to the newer very lightweight denim. 2.5 months in between ordering and the denim weight is significantly lighter, a very noticeable difference. How can you produce such inconsistent quality and expect customers to be happy. Btw, fit is not an issue. Such a poor client experience. I'm done with Levis.

    Bought 4 pair of Levi's 559. Within 1 week (one time wearing), had 1 pair rip out at seam in groin area. Within 3 weeks (the 3rd time wearing), a 2nd pair did the exact same! Either they sent me poor quality jeans or Levi's all together is poor quality! I would like to say the first is the case, considering Levi's is all I have ever worn, but can't be for certain, but I am certain that the Wellington jeans rip out much easier and quicker than other Levi's. However, after the 1st and 3rd times of wearing is ridiculous!!

    I've had this issue before with Levi's. I'm size 30W. I have bought a couple of 559s which fit perfect. Recently I bought another pair of 559s in a different color (I buy 559s because I have muscular thighs) but they run big, as big as a 32W I would guess. I'm definitely returning these. This same problem happened with a pair of 541s I bought but didn't return those as I missed the 60 day deadline.

    I really like the 559 style and fit. My problem is that that each color fits differently! Why? I bought 2 559’s in the range color almost 8 years ago and they are the best fitting jeans I’ve owned. Last year and this year I tried buying the same color and they don’t fix and the pocket s are too small. I the. Try the Navarro color and they fix perfectly and the pockets are a good depth. I’ve had to buy An alternative color to the one I prefer.

    I bought three pairs because I really enjoyed the fit and wear of the last pair I had for years. The material is EXTREEMELY thin on the newer pairs. One pair ripped down the crotch getting in my truck the fourth time I wore them. The other two wore ok but are showing signs of holes at 6 months. I only wear jeans a couple hours a day after work so they don't see much use, let alone any serious wear. First picture shows the tear right at the seam and the second shows how thin and cheaply these are made.

    I purchased two pairs of these jeans expecting 100% cotton as advertised. What I received was very thin denim with 1% lycra spandex woven in with the denim fibers. This made the pants stretchy like women's jeans and far less durable than how they were made before. They were also about two inches longer than normal. I'm returning both pairs.

    Is another great brand failing to live up to their reputation? I've been a customer ever since I can remember. These new elastic jeans feel strange and ride up all the time. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very disappointing.

    Jeans were new. Thats about all I can say good about them. AGAIN, What Happened to Real Blue Jeans? Fabric is thin, NOT BLUE that I can tell. ALL YOUR JEANS have that I SLEPT IN THEM ALL NIGHT LOOK ANYMORE. Guess I gotta go look at LEE Or Wrangler. IT'S a shame I used to LOVE the ORIGINAL FABRIC and LOOK. GOODBYE LEVI'S

    I wish this product came with the same stitching, the same fabric and fabric weight as the 501s that I bought when I was 16 in 1972. 501s no longer fit me and its a bummer that I can't get 559s just like the 501s I used to wear!

    Great pants! I love that I can get them in 36L. They are not tight in any area, very loose and comfortable. This is my third pair of these and I'll be back for more!

    This is the 2nd pair I bought of the "stretch" jeans. I purchased them to just see how they felt. Well, I bought a second pair because they were so comfortable.

    I bought two pairs of 559 jeans because my old jeans fit awesome and held up amazing but after 8 years they are for painting now. Within three weeks of buying the new pairs one pair split down the crotch. I looked and found the new pairs are half the thickness. Very disappointed that the quality is subpar at best. I'll not be buying any more Levi jeans.

    the waistline on these pants is not very sturdy and there are not enough belt loops to keep pants up. The overall quality of these jeans is low. I snagged the leg of the jeans the first time wearing them and it was if the material was like a knitted yarn rather than a jean material.

    Bought three pairs of 559 pants because I love the way the pair I already had fit. The three new pairs were each made in a different country and each fit differently. Ended up sending one pair back because it just didn't fit at all; isn't that strange? Fabrics were different besides the color difference; two had a bit of stretch and one had none.

    These are the best fitting Jeans I have ever purchased.. I wear blue jeans to work everyday and the fact that these do stretch make my day at work more enjoyable.. I would highly recommend these to anyone the works in jeans on a daily basis.

    The one pair of jeans I got are great! Unfortunately, they said “out of stock” and cancelled the second set of the same jean I ordered with no opportunity to place it on back order and get it later. Disappointing!

    I've bought three pairs over last couple of years and the quality of the pants isn't what I expected. The first pair I got wouldn't keep the zipper closed, I had to tie a metal ring through the zipper and loop it around the button to keep the zipper on an upright position. I gave Levis the benefit of the doubt and bought a second pair and same issue came up about a week after purchase. The third and final pair I'll be buying started ripping just underneath the zipper.

    Although the quality is solid like will all Levis I buy, if you are like me and prefer to wear 559s because the material stretches, pass on this color.

    The jeans are nice but they are easily an inch shorter than advertised and do not sit around the ankle as they should. I've bought them before and was very hap;py with the fit so purchased them again only to be disappointed.

    Is the material different than other pair I bought at same time? They feel scratchy on my skin unlike other Levi's that I own? They have plenty of room which I need. I'll try and wash them a bunch more and try to soften them up. Thanks

    I'm 6'8 which makes it impossible to find jeans in stores. I've tried ordering jeans online at other sites but have never had much luck when it comes to fit. The stretch fit jeans are a game changer. Since they are stretch fit they end up running a little big (which is always better than running small) but are still very comfortable. Would recommend to everyone.

    I've always loved levi jeans...and love the fit of the 559. Unfortunately, they didn't last long. Crotch has a large hole and the back pocket corner flap is warned and a big hole. this is less than a year. Time to shop around.

    I love these jeans. They are easy to put on. They go with just about any wardrobe style. Dress up for a business casual look with a blazer and loafers or just a simple tshirt. The fit is like a glove but not resstricting. Love the subtle stretch. The length is perfect! I am a lady who has worn Levi's jeans all my life. The fit is perfect. I need a couple more pairs.

    I purchased the exact same ones I had a tag for that I liked from about 15 years ago or so. These ones have some sort of elastic in the waist. They don't even feel close to the same.

    Bought 2 pairs of the 559 Relaxed Straight Men's jeans and the fit was perfect ... having the relaxed (stretch) fit makes it very comfortable ... even after a "big" meal.

    My husband bought the same two of the same pair of jeans but in different colors. This one was too baggy and tight around the waist. The other one was too long and too loose around the waist.

    Sizing option on the website is not representative for what get shipped. Sizing on the website says 32 waist. Sizing on the Jean shows 32 STRETCH and they stretch significantly. On regular pants I am a 33. I can pull these 32 jeans without unbuttoning them and if I walk they end-up falling. Definitively a return.
