    Bought three pair via the web site. The usual color I get is no longer available but, I've found i like the darker color better. Only problem I've found is that one pair seems to have something sharp woven into the material. Im going to wash them and see if it goes away. This is the first time in about 10 years that I've had an issue with my jeans. (About 40 pair) so I'd say that Dickies are really going the distance. Yes, I replace my jeans yearly or as they start to fade. They aren't worn out but, I don't like faded jeans. I will continue to buy Dickies. They hold up really well and wash clean every time. Here's a picture of the problem I'm having with something poking my knee.

    Great pants. I've worn them for years, and have some that are still wearable after more than 10 years, after being worn in a manufacturing environment at least once a week (I have several pair to alternate day-by-day). These aren't the "hip-huggers" with only 6 belt loops, two of which are about 1.5" apart at the back middle. These are very comfortable, long lasting, and they look great. I'll continue using them for my pants-of-choice, D.V.

    I love the pants, however; one feature I don't like. The fitting low on the hips thing. If you have any jeans that set the belt line higher, I can't find them. I may just not be looking hard enough but there you go.

    The fabric is heavy duty for hard outdoor work. I also like all the pockets for my tools and things. They hold up through many days and weeks of hard physical work and wash up well, ready to go again.

    The front pockets need to be a heavier material. They wear out way before the jeans. That is the only thing I can find fault with. Other than that I like the fit and durability.

    These are the only pants that I buy as work pants. I only get 34x34. Most of them fit great. These and several others of the exact style and size are too tight in the waist for some reason. I will be returning them.

    One of the pairs of pants fit differently than the others. One pant leg seems longer than the other and the torso seems longer as well. Otherwise, denim is heavy and will come in handy with the cooler weather.

    My dad loves these pants! He works maintenance as well as gardens and these pants are durable enough for both jobs. He is very hard on his clothes and the previous pairs lasted a good 2 years. They are true to waist size and length, do have a relaxed fit as described, and are slow to fade in color.

    I have been wearing these jeans for years. The sole purpose being that I could use the side pocket for my phone. I hate having a belt phone clip or having a phone in one of the waist pockets. Unfortunately I just had to return the latest pair I bought because the side pocket has reduced in size. I get the cost of everything is going up, but is reducing the size of that pocket really making or breaking your cost for the pants. As I glance through some reviews, I see I’m not the only one ticked off about it. It was so convenient to order when I needed new pants. Same size, same model#, same color. But sorry, I am now done with Dickies and will be forced to go through the hassle of finding new pants. Feel free to reach out to me if you go back to the original size of the side pocket.

    For the last 10 years I've exclusively worn another brand carpenter pants. I recently decided to give Dickies a try. The quality of construction, and material is top notch. They are very comfortable all day. The only thing I'd change is I'd make the leg pocket about 1/4" to 1/2" wider so it's easier to place a cell phone in.

    I have always loved this style jeans from Dickies. I might be a big boy, but I still have to move a lot at work: bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching...and these give me the room& flexibility to do it all with comfort. The heavy material and stitching hold up against abuse better than a more "popular", much more expensive brand seen on construction sites that claims to be the toughest in work wear.

    These are not like regular jeans. Seems as if multiple washes the color will fade. More importantly the length on these are way off. They are much longer then they claim.

    These were considerably longer than the other styles of Dickies I typically buy. They do not offer original fit carpenter jeans witch I wear a 34/34 in. So I got the relaxed carpenter jeans in a 34/34 and they were way to long. So I’m going to give it one more shot in a 34/32 relaxed and see if they fit as the original before I place an order in bulk. Otherwise I’ll continue to buy them I store if and when they are ever available. Love the brand and the quality but sizing is extremely inconsistent.

    Denim materials are thick and rough. I appreciate that these are loose fitting, otherwise bending and squatting would be uncomfortable. Calm down, I work in a metal fab shop and do a lot of those movements. They're pretty comfortable, actually. 5 stars if the pockets were big enough for my large hands to slip into easily.

    I bought these July 2024 and not even a year old and an area by the back pocket ripped. Unfortunately it happened at work and thankfully I had a long flannel otherwise everyone would be seeing my underwear. My 19214 pair are still kicking with no holes or rips.

    I have worn dickies 1993 snb for years but in last couple years they have changed the material there cheaper made the coler is off and I have 4 pair that the crotch has torn out of not to mention the sizes are off I don't know what has happend but there is no consistency left with this product

    These would be very good jeans if not for the uselessly small front pockets that seem to be designed for someone with hands the size of an 8 year old girl. Every time I have to try and reach into my pocket for something I hate them more and more.

    This particular model number is harder and harder to find. So ordering them online seemed like a good idea. But when they arrived they had the right tags but weren't the same fabric. So i won't be ordering online again

    Husband really likes these jeans. The heavyweight is a big factor when buying jeans. The only thing that has changed is the difference in waist size compared to ones he purchased 6 months ago. It now runs about two sizes smaller.

    I needed some more carpenter pants for work. Dickies was out of the color I prefer but, I needed pants so I opted for these. A completely different set of pants. The quality of materials feels the same but, thats it. They don't fit the same. They dont feel the same. The loops are in different positions. Small issue but I hang keys off the loops. Now I can't because if where the lay. I will be returning.

    These jeans don't have the same feel of my previous order. They don't feel as heavy and durable. We'll see how they wear since I've already bought them, but I much prefer my previous order over these and would appreciate having those again.

    Had a pair I bought a year ago with the pliers pocket. This feature was so handy working on various projects, had to find another when I wore out the first pair. Found bib-style locally, but really prefer the jeans configuration, so ordered online when nothing available in town.

    Excellent Jeans but the size is not the same as their pants. I wear a 34/32 but the jeans are too short so I got a 34/34 on the jeans and now I have 1 pair too short and 1 pair too long. It seems their jeans are not cut the same each time and they are have a production issue. Disappointed on that but love the quality of the jeans.

    Been wearing these jeans for years wear well and my iPhone fits in the ruler pocket. The two pairs I just bought the phone no longer fit in the ruler pocket. Not even sure a ruler would fit. Will not buy on line again, and if this is the new norm we will have to part ways.

    QUALITY MAINTAINED Whole I ordered the wrong size and tried to shrink the jeans with very hot drying, it just didn’t work. No shrinage! I have a pair that are at least twenty years old. I weighed them both. The old pair was minisculy lighter do to wash and wear. I inspected the two pairs critically. The new pockets were just as deep. All the rivets were the same. Congratulations on maintaining a quality product.

    Used to get a different brand for years. They recently changed their material to something that looked very cheap and thin. I have a hard time finding jeans in my size. Saw these and ordered a pair to try. Very comfortable and seem durable. Time will tell. Definitely not going back to the other brand. As long as these don't change like everything else, I won't have be looking anymore.

    I bought these for my husband who is 6'4". At first he thought they were a little tight, but as he wore them they loosened up and he says they fit great. Comfortable and covers his bum when he has to kneel down or bend over being so tall. He loves them and we will buy again. He loves the extra pockets too.

    These jeans were over an inch smaller in the waist than jeans I have that are the same style and labeled the same waist size . Also the buttonhole at the waist is so small it is almost impossible to use

    I have been buying these jeans for about ten years always the same size 30x 34. I just reordered three pair when they arrived they were way to small so I measured them and compared to my old ones and they are an inch smaller around. I'm bummed because they don't make a 31 x34 Customer service was very helpful and gave me a prompt refund.

    Bought a pair of these back in February of 2018. I've tried a number of competitors over the past two decades, and I had settled on one that was the best I found. That was before I tried Dickies. For little more than half the on-sale price of the best other brand, I can get a pair of Dickies without waiting for a sale or a discount, with more utility (the extra pockets are used more than the hammer loop but now I even use the hammer loop to store my COVID mask when I'm not wearing it), and the best part is they last twice as long. My "best competitor" jeans needed almost annual replacement due to the hole that would invariably get worn into the crotch on every pair. After TWO AND A HALF years, I'm FINALLY seeing the same hole show up on a pair of these Dickies 1994s I bought, bringing me back here to shop for a replacement. So these easily have lasted 150% longer than the other brand I've been buying for about 60% of the other brand's on-sale (!!!) price. ------- POSITIVEs: are just about everything not in the NEGATIVES list. They're durable, they're inexpensive, they're comfortable, not too stiff, not too thick, even in hot weather they breathe well enough I can make it through a day without too much discomfort. I also fill EVERY pocket with EDC, and granted I did have to mend the right-front pocket with a small, thin patch about a month ago from my pocketknife clip wearing a tear in it but I don't mind doing this on something I've had so long. ------- NEGATIVEs: The hammer loop would be more useful for me personally (I'm not a carpenter) if it were an inch or three higher, and the side pockets are just a little too small for the 5.5-inch-by-3.5-inch Yoobi-brand "Tiny Thoughts" notebooks I carry with me. I can't always find shirts with pen pockets, so that's what the extra pockets on the right leg get most used for, are pens and my notebooks. My biggest negatives are the blazing-white three-stitches-wide seam lines everywhere. I prefer a more muted, subtle garment. Less attention then is brought to the numerous -- largely unused because of their small size -- extra features of the jean. ------ FEATURE REQUEST: As an information technology professional, I would like to find a pant like these, a little more suited to the tools of _my_ trade. The hammer loop is nice, but I'd like it higher, and maybe less "saggy". Something more like a denim-material MOLLE strap assortment would be ideal, because the numerous technology tools that are perfectly suited to MOLLE attachment would then be easily carried without carrying a tool bag with me everywhere. Such a strap being denim, like the hammer loop, would make it durable enough to hang "real" tools from, like tape measures and those battery drills that have the belt clips, making them attractive to workers of multiple trades.

    Why can't you get these un-washed anymore. With them now being stonewashed, they are already a year old when you get them, and the bright indigo blue is a dull, muted color. I'm sure all the industrial washing isn't very good for the environment.

    Jeans are definitely, not what they used to be. fronts are always wearing out, backs like new. Understand the use is different. Even got the extra front layer, that wears out above or below. we want a thicker stronger front.

    I bought loose fit carpenter jeans and several other styles as well from the website. I was reasonably happy with the other styles, but I dislike the fit on the carpenter jeans because they "sit at the waist" whereas the other "sit below the waist". This info was not listed on the website. I wish that Dickies would make some styles that sit "extra low at the waist". I tend to like "hip-hugger" styles.

    I thought they were heavier denim but they'll do if they last long enough to be broken in. At least they fit, as opposed to the duck carpenters that were two sizes too small. Luckily when I returned they ducks Debbie Picklesimer helped with the exchange and I'm hoping that the insulated pants I ordered fit the bill!

    I ordered 2 pairs of Dickies carpenter jeans. When they arrived in tried them on and was so impressed with the fit that I ordered 4 more pair. I'm 6'4 tall so finding pants that actually fit has become almost impossible. Thanks to Dickies it's not a problem anymore . These jeans are tough enough to work in but look good going out on the town. Thank you so much for making such a great product at an affordable price.

    I have ordered RNB 33-30 carpenter jeans for years because of the odd waist size. I tried to order a pair of 33-30 1933 RNB carpenter jeans and they are out of stock for the next 7 weeks. Your supply chain is broken. If these jeans are so popular you need to reset your re-order trigger points. Most stores do not carry this waist size.

    These are really comfortable and roomy. Was looking for a pair of baggy jeans but the wash makes them not seem sloppy looking, roomy pockets, a few loose stitchings but nothing I’m not used to that would effect the garment.
