Had to retire my first coat purchased 20 years ago. Couldn't go wrong buying the exact duplicate, they're awesome.

I have had several over my life and I just prefer car hart they last the longest

Coat is a little on the stiff side, but should soften up after a couple of washes and wears. Nice to see inside pockets. Overall nice durable coat for the money.

Larger than my previous one, but I haven’t washed it yet. Same quality as I demand. This is my 6th coat in 25 years, not to bad for wearing in a construction job.

Fabric is way too stiff even after washing it was still too stiff

I've had several of these over the years for winter work-coats and are my favorite for hard-use. Right amount of pockets outside and inside. I bought another 3X for layering, when far enough below zero I wear my 2X underneath. Warmest penguin around.

The Jacket is way to big. Not normal sizing it runs very large, other than that the product is great just can not wear mine,. not sure if it can be returned. Order one size smaller then your shirts.

Looks fantastic, good and heavy cloth material, ample room in the pockets both inside and out. Warm as grandma's house inside. It's a Carhartt, that says it all.

Best jacket I’ve ever owned. Found this online and ordered a size too big. Brought it into my local Carhartt store and they were able to package it up and order a new one. Got to my home quickly and fits perfectly.

This coat is a lot lighter weight than my older coat .I'm afraid if I wash it will be history . It is already coming apart so I believe its cheaply made.

The key for my purchase of this coat was warmer but it doesn't have exposed metal. My job requires any clothing we wear to not have metal. The jacket is heavy made and should last me for years.

Correct size and fit. The coat is great in moderate to extreme cold. I immediately ordered the hood that attaches. With the complete gear it make a very warm cocoon! I highly recommend this coat and hood.

Runs large. I ordered 2x but should have gotten a 1x.

I've been buying this coat regularly since 1978 I bought at least 10 The last one got covered with hydraulic fluid so I had to replace it with the one I have now The one I have now which is made in some third world country The wind blows right through it I mean there's there's nothing to it it's heavy you know they used to be extremely warm you know Chicago winter now I'm unhappy you know I wore it and you know 25 mi an hour wind and it was like where the t-shirt I also have the extreme coat and jacket and that's a lot better but take longer to break in but at least it stops the wind High wind in 35° I should be well warm it's like wearing a t-shirt I won't buy this coat again I've had the American made version that is no longer available and that was a hundred times better than the coat I have now I put the coat I have now in a truck tool box and if I need it I got it but you know you have to layer underneath this thing and you know what's the point of that you know I understand layering I layer forever carhart is not what it used to be I don't buy Carhartt for style or to wear to the mall or you know like huge people do today I wear it because they used to be a quality product you know but that is all faded away and now this is just some imported junk car used to be to coat for the working man I got one I set fire cutting with the torch and I wore that and the insulation fell out over 5 years but it was American made coat there is a difference

I have the same jacket in black that I bought almost 20 years ago. I love that jacket but now it has some significant visible wear, so I wanted to replace it. I was really excited to get the new jacket, but unfortunately I just didnt like how the new one fit. The sleeves were extremely "puffy", the chest pockets were too low and more like abdomen pockets. If you look at the picture on the website, the sleeves do look puffy there too, but the chest pockets on mine seemed to be lower than what is pictured. After trying the new one on, I realized that I liked my old one a lot more. So I ended up returning the new one back to the store.
