Needed a different size.... returned boots to store. Couldn't return my reward points used.... issued a gift card that did not work online. Customer service said she could not see other stores inventory, and said I had to order next size online, she couldn't help me..... Boots came delivered two different sizes..... went to different and purchased a different boot.

Quality control is not good anymore, I’ve purchased 20-30 pair over the years and I have never had an issue, I’ve always ordered a men’s 12 EE and they have always fit… I just ordered three pairs, one from Ariat, two from Boot Barn, my son also got two pairs both exactly like mine but standard instead of EE. Once we got them I tried them on and this pair “Hybrid Ranchways” I could hardly get them on, they were so narrow they hurt, I double checked and they said 12 EE, I tried on my sons which were 11 D and they were tight but no as tight as the 12 EE, so the quality control is way off, my second pair from Boot barn fit more like a 12 D tight but bearable, my pair from actual ariat Fit like they always have! Three Arait Boots, one was Normal, one was way off and the other just off… so for $200-$300 dollars you never know what you are going to get because Ariat doesn’t know hot to properly mark their boots I guess… or their workers are to busy playing on their phones rather than making sure the quality is good. I called Boot Barn after contact Ariat and got nowhere with them. So three weeks of trying to break them in and now my feet are bruised and still hurts to wear!
