i love the riggs workware because i'm left handed & the left pocket on the carpenter pants is good for cell phone & big enough for the iphone

this product is the only thing my son wears for work. they last so good in his constant walking and being as heavy as he is. we have tried OTHER products and he won't wear anything but these jeans

This item is brilliant, you can not purchase these in Australia and the Denim is so thick. The customer service provided by Sheplers is second to none, you could not ask for better service and products.

First off let me say great pants . it took me quite a while to find a pair of pants that were a good value and worth the cost. these pants are definitely it. on the bad side they're getting harder and harder to find in store it looks like online is my only choice. I will countinue to buy these until I can not buy them anymore.

I bought the jeans for my son who is an apprentice plumber especially to wear in the winter time. They fit very well and have great ease of movement. The jeans wash and wear well. My son loves them and wants more pairs.

I have been wearing these for some years. They wear well and I like the rip-stop material. I do not wear most cotton cothing in the humid climate I live in but these pants dry fairly quick. Downside is I would like to see them in more colors. I tend to like the darker colors. Have only had one pair tear at the belt loop in the several I have owned.

Great pants - a bit tight but made me realize I needed to drop a few pounds! The utility pocket has shrunk and I can't get my cell into it also moved to the left. The overlay pocket has been removed. The Bark color is really a light olive green not brown at all. But still a great color. Heavy weight material, a bit stiff but comfy since I dropped 6 pounds. Love the leather accent and the cordura back pockets really dress them up.

These pants are really well made and put together to last. The material is top notch and comfortable. The fit seems to be for someone on the tall thin side, as the pockets are a bit too tall and hard to get access to, especially with the leather sewn to the top of the right front pocket. Looks great, but not as functional as I had hoped. Perhaps these will get better as they age??

Sheplers international online service was excellent. I received these jeans about a month ago. They have been used for work on ladders, on the ground and in the workshop and have been run through the washing machine several times. The material, cut and stitching is good. They fit well and are very comfortable. Details like the reinforcement to the back pockets and leather tab to the front pocket are appreciated. In all, very good value for money. I would certainly buy these again - via Sheplers - but think that this may be some time off because these work jeans appear to be very durable.

I love these pants, even for casual wear. They tent to wrinkle easily, so have to watch the drier. Great Jeans. The deep front pockets are great.

My husband wears these every day to work and he is a mechanic so they get hard, greasy wear! I could not be happier with work jeans! Of all the jeans we've bought we LOVE these. Now my son is wearing them too and I really like how the crotch doesn't rip out! Less patching!

I got tired of patching my husband's work jeans and ordered these because they have the extra wear layer. I have always ordered the relaxed fit jeans but these are more comfortable than even the relaxed fit wranglers. True, they are more expensive but, if they wear longer and are more comfortable they are definately worth it.

I recently ordered and received one pair of the work horse and one pair of the carpenter and they both are seriously WAY TOO BAGGY!!! I am 6'5 and weigh 225 lbs. and wear 38x36 jeans, so I wear a bigger pant size than most. I am not sure if smaller size jeans are as baggy, but mine were ridiculous (I could fit both my legs in one pant leg and I am not that slim of a guy). The jeans fit my waist well and the length was good also. The quality of the jeans seem to be really good, but I look funny wearing them. If these were slimmer throughout the leg, then I would probably make these the only work pant that I wear.

I have purchased and worn this style for a couple of years now. They are great. The only thing to be aware of is that the material other than the indigo and washed jeans (Khaki) fit differently. Still very nice though.

Good pants but not what I expected. The indigo pants are made of a heavy denim, but in other colors they are made of the thin rip-stop canvas.

Don't fit well they are over sized too much in the croch . Pockets are fine if you have tiny hands or never use them. Triple stitched on the outside seams but not the inseams.

Riggs work jeans are a durable, comfortable and affordable carpenter work pant. The only problem is that I can't purchase them at any store. Need to make them more accessable to buy when your customers need them. Internet shopping is not always an option.

As it stands, the Wrangler RIGGS Carpenter Jeans are the best Denium Jeans I have owned. I first bought these jeans about Two years ago, and I thought they were GREAT!! I am greatful that Wrangler Jeans has a site where I can purchase RIGGS wear, because the Store I bought them at has stop carring RIGGS wear.

Have been buying this style of pants for ten years now. Never had any problems until now. Have been buying the same size for the same amount of time as well. Just ordered new pants for the year and gotbthe same size I always get and they are way to tight now. Makes no sense to me unless wrangler decided to have another foreign country start making them and there sizes are different then US sizes. So now I have to mail back at my expense and order bigger ones and wait once again for new ones

next time I must check better my size, this time I ordered one size to big

Great jeans that will last a long, long time ! Very "loose fit" in legs and hips but rather comfortable once you get used to it, but I still wish they'd make a "slim fit" as well.

These are awesome!! Finally jeans for a carpenter that is right handed. No more having to reach across to get my hammer and dropping the board. Heavy material and the added leather for hanging the tape measure on. Grreat idea.

I own several pairs of these pants. I love them! Comfortable fit, the hammer loop is on the right side, couldnt do without the leather pocket protecter. I have two pair that are a couple of years old and still look new.

Wearing for last 3 years. 5 total pair. Go to for light to medium tough work, and casual use. Dont know of a better pair of work style pants. Great!

I will shop again.at boot Barn if I get any more store offers.
