    My husband refuses to wear "dress" clothes. He has always lived in Wranglers. We discovered these slacks a few years ago and he loves them! He wears them every day to work and they look very nice.

    After buying two pairs of khakis, I will never buy this brand again. Both pairs ripped at the knees within two weeks of purchase. One pair ripped the first day I wore them and the other took only two weeks to rip.

    It is nearly impossible to find pants that fit well for someone tall and thin. Something never fits properly (i.e. butt, waist, length). I have used these as my work dress pants for many, many years. They fit perfectly, hold their original color after cleaning, and just plain look so darn good!

    I like these slacks but the length runs long. I had to ake them to a tailor to shorten them. Just from a 30" to a 29". Other than that I like them a lot. would recommed them again.

    Fabric okay but the teflon is not as comfortable as the same fabric without it. I bought a pair of 28" waist and a pair of 29" waist (both 34"L) and the seat and legs on the 28" pair is cut quite a bit smaller than the next size (29") - legs are slimmer from the hip all the way to the hem.

    My son is very tall and lean and finding pants for him has always been a challenge. My husband had worn Wrangler jeans for years, but I was surprised to find Wranglers offered casual dress pants. The Riata Pleated Front Casual Pant comes in a multitude of sizes and several colors. In addition, the price simply can't be beat. My son couldn't be more pleased with these pants.

    Got married in these. Everybody said I looked extra sharp and super spiffy when paired with a Scully shirt and jacket up top. Fit a 1-3/4" belt, even an ornamental one with metal inlays and detailing.

    Although Wrangler markets these pants as a "relaxed fit" I found them to closer to "regular." This was a relief to me as I have grown tired of wearing tents masquerading as pants. If you are the least bit discerning and want to appear to be "sharp," you will not wear these pants without running an iron over the legs to embellish the sharpness of the crease. This is a good purchase for one who wants to wear a comfortable pair of pants at a reasonable price.

    I have bought a few pairs for my tall, thin teenage son and love how they look and the easy care fabric. He is still growing and I would love to see them in a 30"X38 or 40" inseam. My kids have LONG legs and it is extremely difficult to find pants that fit. Thanks Wrangler for all of your products for tall people.

    fabric was not up to Wrangler standards.After six months frays appeared on various spots of these pants.I only work in a office so no heavy stress was put on these pants.

    I've been wearing these pants for years. Great value and quality. Hard to find much variety in size and color in the western wear stores. Doesn't make sense. But ordered on-line, lots of variety to choose, and were at the door in a few days. Great.

    They look good with boots. The style blends in with other khakis which is good, but is slightly different which is better! I just wish they were more stain resistent.

    These Riata's are exactly what I was looking for in a somewhat dressy but durable slack that looks great with boots. I spend about half my time in the office and the other out at the customer. They are perfect. Although not truly wrinkle free,they are very close.

    I wear these slacks exclusively to work every day and I have done so for 25 years. The problem I see today, is the pleated slacks are becoming harder to find with the flat front slacks taking their place. I will not wear the flat front ones, as these do not appear as western cut slacks, they do however look like everyone else's pants. Please continue to make the pleated Riata slacks. I wear a lot of black slacks due to the boot colors, but the putty color slacks works well with both peanut brittle and black but these putty slacks are not available everywhere. I send slacks to the cleaners every time, so the color maintains for quite a while, the only issues I have is there is a hole that generates below the left back pocket, but it is the pocket I carry my wallet in so the two may be related.

    Bought 5 pairs for work. They claim to be wrinkle resisting but 2 of the 5 come out of the dryer looking like a wadded up piece of paper..have to iron them everytime...Not having to iron is the main reason I have been buying these...notsure ifI will keep buying them though.

    Love these pants for my very tall son, the quality and selection is great. My only complaint is that there needs to be more tall sizes just like there are for bigger men. My son is very tall and skinny, there are no pants to be found in longer lengths and slimmer waist sizes. Otherwise great pants!

    The Wrangler Riata Jeans can be easily shortened an inch by just folding under the existing hem and hemming them up--WORKS GREAT. MYy wife thought it was wonderful and required much less work to accomplish good looking hem.

    Since I bought these for dress slacks I havent had a chance to wear them out anywhere but they appear to be very nice.Fit good and feel good. I have been a little weary of Wrangler products because they just dont seem to last for me as well as Levi or Carhart but i am willing to give these a shot.

    I wear Riata pants for casual wear, but wouldn't hesitate to wear them for more dressed up occasions. I particularly like the relaxed fit with a high rise that I can wear at my waist! It is almost impossible to find pants anywhere like that. I wanted to buy a pair of Sage Riata pants also, but you were out of stock.

    Eversince you started using stain resistant materials pants do not accept starch. Dont sit on boot like the old style. Wd like to see original style on market for those of us who prefer starched riata's. Please email me if I can still buy the old style directly, because I can not find then anywhere. Thank you

    Great pants, hold a crease well and look sharp. I like my pants long so they bunch on my boots but these seem to be a bit too long. My Wrangler original cut jeans are shorter than these are for the same size. They are dressy enough for most occasions. Belt loops big enough to fit a western belt comfortably. Too early to know how they hold color but the quality seems great for the price.

    THE RIATA SLACKS I PURCHASED WERE NOT UP TO WHAT I EXSPECTED. I HAVE BEEN WEARING WRANGLER 5 STAR PLEATED SLACKS FOR YEARS. THEY ARE NOW NOT AVAILABLE. SO I HAD TO CHOOSE WHAT I THOUGHT WAS THE NEXT CLOSEST THING TO THE FIVE STAR SLCKES. THE RIATA SLACKS DO NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE FIT AND COMFORT OF THE FIVE STAR SLACKS. THE MATERIAL WAS THINNER AND THEY WERE HARD TO PRESS. EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE NO PRESS SLACKS. THEY WERE ALSO TEN DOLLARS A PAIR HIGHER IN PRICE. JUST NOT A GOOD REPLCEMENT FOR THE WRANGLER 5 STAR PLEATED SLACKS. DISAPPOINTED!!! I AM STILL NOT FINDING THE FIVE STAR PLEATED SLACKS. ARE THEY NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE????

    I bought these pants after reading about how you need to by a size larger than you would wear in jeans. That is what I did, and I can tell ya I hope they shrink considerably when I wash them. The waist is quit a bit larger than I would have expected and the inseam is longer than I would have thought. I wear a 38/34 and bought a 40/34 so I would caution buying a larger size.

    A colleague in the workplace couldn't believe that these were Wrangers! She's ordering a couple for her husband. The fit is great - I'm a 31" waist, so the 32" waist is just a tad loose, but that's how I like the fit. The length is probably just a bit long, but not a show stopper. The comfort level is high, and they are really easy care as well. Solid stitching and workmanship will see that these last through the next couple of years of office wear. I'll be back for more!
