    I overguessed the need for room for my hind-end or misunderstood what "relaxed fit" meant so I returned these Wranglers for a tighter fit. The material, stitching and riveting are first class and I know that the replacements are gonna be great.

    These jeans have a cut as it was when it was a work garment and not a fashionable rag. The 13 model were wider before when this were designed to work. It's just style now. 31 are more comfortable if you are moving and squatting rather than just standing or walking. I also had a 20x model. It has a thinner fabric and frayed quickly. Model 31 is stronger. It is also better to take rigid because they are not treated with softeners and such fabric will last longer.

    Bought these recently and very happy with them!!!!Because they are unwashed allow for shrinkage by buying one size blgger in the waist.

    I was in hopes they would fit but they don't fit around the belly. I wear a size 36 in other brands but I ordered a 40 because I know these pants run strangely small. But even a 40 didn't fit. They aren't made for folks with big belly's or no waste. I am afraid to wash them. They fit everywhere else. They are also made in Nicaragua. Disappointed. I still wear them but its painful since they pinch my belly. I stuff my belly in like a roll of dough..lol

    Wrangler still makes the best Quality and Fit of any jeans made. They're durable and stand up to heavy use. The material is the same as it was 40 years ago.

    Disappointed. Bought these because they listed a 16inch leg opening, rare in a relaxed fit. The leg opening is more like 19 inches. Haven't actually worn them yet. Might be wearable, but not as I intended.

    These are every bit as good as the originals (13MWZ) but with a more comfortable seat and thigh. I found them a little stiffer brand new than previous pairs I had bought but nothing about three runs through the washer didn't take care of. A wonderful product I will be buying again.

    These are a great pair of jeans and I have worn this item for years. I had a bout of cancer this past summer and lost more weight that I realised. The jeans are far too loose so sent them back and ordered a slimmer fit.

    i have looked, but can't find these 31mwz in the retail outlet in my area.  the ones with the label on the waistband DON'T fit the same.  i have 2 pair for going to town, 2 pair for riding, 2 pair for work, each different sizes, same cut.  i won't wear anything else.

    Wrangler makes a super product but the 31MWZ are hands down the toughest and best wearing jeans on the Planet! They have a slightly better cut than the 13MWZ jeans as far as working and riding. I strongly recommend these jeans to every guy I know!!

    This is my first pair of wranglers since i was a kid.I forgot what real hardcore denim was or is. Looking forward to putting these through the paces , There's room to move and once the denim softens i'd say they'll be on par with a Dickies relaxed cut jean for comfort .Fantastic service from Sheplers . cheers

    In almost 50 years, I have never had a pair of jeans that required ironing until this pair. After several attempts to wash and dry them without having them come out in a "wad", I have given them to Goodwill. Had this been my first purchace from Sheplers or from Wranglers, I would never buy either again; fortunately, this was my only disappointment to date.

    Wrangler jeans 31 MWZ relaxed fit rigid are my preferred type of jeans. Heavy duty cotton so they wear well enough belt loops with one right in the middle of the back means no loose gap in the small of your back.Comfortable to wear a great product at the right price.

The one used is fine for casual wear, but won't stand-up to a heavy work environment. Button hole for the waistband is just a shade small; you have to fight with it...

    After three consecutive washings and ample softener in the washing machine, these jeans were ready to wear. As advertised, they are longer to compensate for shrinkage; however just right after drying on high heat. Great jeans for work or casual play. For the intial washings, I suggest you place some dark towels or other dark clothing in the mix to avoid abraiding the highly starched jeans, if you wash more than one new jeans together. After third wash, release of blue dye was not noticed. Love the rivets, rugged design, and ample pocket space. I like the way these jeans fit at the waist.

    These jeans run a little big and start off a little dark, but after a dozen washes or so they shrink true to size and the color is just right. They're a little stiff (rigid) until they get broke in good, then they are as comfortable as you can get and custom broke-in just for you. They are tough as nails and hold up to years of abuse. I won't buy any other jeans, these are all I've worn for years.

    I use these jeans at work. I work in the livestock industry doing things like riding horses, working cattle, truck driving as well as any handyman jobs. Wrangler jeans are very tough and longwearing.

    I usually wear the 13MWZ style of Wranglers, however they have always seemed to fit a little snug in the thighs especially after numerous washings. I saw that they had the same style of jean in a more relaxed fit. I thought i would try it. I ordered the same size as i would get in the 13MWZ, well they were so dang big that i could have gotten me and the wife in them........I was very disappointed, i had bought 2 pair and had to return them and pay 10 dollars in shipping to to so. Actually what i thought i was getting for a very reasonable price turns out to be not reasonable at all.

    Going to give these a high rating even though these are my husbands first pair. My brother wore only these jeans and nothing else. Both my husband and brother are over six ft. tall and most stores don't carry 36 or 38 inseams.

    This is my first venture into Wrangler jeans. Been wearing Levis for fifty years. Levis were never this comfortable. It is the way the Wrangler material is woven. When it's hot it doesn't drag on the skin like other brands. And, if Wrangler jeans are good enough cowboys then they are good enough for this old California surfer...............

    These Wrangler jeans are not available in local stores. I was happy to find them at Shepler's. They were shipped promptly and arrived on time. The rigid jeans may not be as comfortable as the washed soft jeans, but they don't snag in the brush either.

    It seems like the quality isn't there! The flap over the zipper fly did not fit properly. When the jeens were on, it looked as if the zipper was not zipped.

    When my place that I ordered my Wranglers went out of buisness, I switched to some other type of Wrangler Jeans from a big box store. Those Wranglers did not fit as well and only lasted a year and a half. It feels so good to be back wearing the Wrangler 31mwz.

    Relaxed fit needs to be explained more, the jeans I bought were absolutely huge!! There should be an explanation of relaxed fit, and the postage is too expensive to return and exchange so I'm now stuck with clown pants.

    A great product. Have used Wranglers for years and will continue to purchase them. Only one defective zipper after all this time as it stuck at the top but if left about and inch from the top it works. A belt hides it.

    Have been looking for these pants ever since my husband switched from original cowboy cut to relaxed fit about 2 years ago. They are just like the cowboy cut jeans that are not pre-washed. Not only are they cheaper, than pre-washed, but the color is darker and hence fades more slowly. After a life-time of wearing wranglers though, we've learned that with these jeans (not pre-washed) it's best to wash them inside-out and then put them through the dryer before you wear them (to set the color). It helps to wash them inside-out the first few times thereafter as well.

    These jeans are a Christmas gift for my Daddy. He is a die hard Cowboy Cut Wrangler man but as he ages he recently changed from 13MWZ to to 31MWZ Relaxed Fit.     There was a time I bought nothing but Levi's jeans because the quality was exceptional. Now, I buy only Wrangler for the same reason. The quality-Period They not only last longer the fit is true and the wear longer than any other jean made/sold. Price is another factor and Sheplers has both the best price and the jeans I need to work on the mini Ranch with my horses. If Wrangler is smart they won't change a thing.
