BB sold me a pair of boots then a week later cancelled my order saying they didn’t have them in stock. Not sure if this was due to poor stock control or if due to the item being well sought after, they needed them for a more important buyer. I live in a resort area so we don’t have stores anywhere near, I rely on mail order so once paid, I expect the store to stand behind the sale. After telling my granddaughter I had them, I then had to rescind which was a great disappointment to her and me.

Also, I opted in for text updates and only received the one set-up text, so I have NO order number or any way to look up tracking or the status. It's unfortunate Boot Barn reaches out for a review on an item that they cancelled since they obviously oversold. The product itself is amazing when I purchased from another retailer. However avoid Boot Barn as they apparently don't have quality internal systems in place to support its customers

Got these for my teenage daughter and she absolutely loves them. We traveled to NY for Thanksgiving and they kept her feet nice and toasty. They’re also very comfortable and look good with almost everything. Happy I bought them.
