      This is not a medium toe as stated......it is a round toe. I sent the boots back. This is the third time this happened!!!

      I like the boots. But the right boot developed a popping sound while walking and I had to return them. I tried to order another pair, but there were none in my size anymore. I am not happy.

      Store did not have these in stock so, ordered from Boot Barn on line. Went to pick them up at the store, and the boots were blemished and had no quills like the ones in the photos. Returned them before I left the store and cashier helped order another pair. I returned to pick up the second pair which arrived in a crushed white box without any labels, Tony Lama or otherwise. These boots looked nice with some quills but there was a large gash (with a hole) in back of the heel, and across the side. Boots had frayed stitching and the leather had wrinkles where the leather meets the sole (on both boots). I think these were “seconds”. Boot Barn cancelled the sale on the spot and returned my money without a question. They are good people. I sure wanted the boots but it is a shame Tony Lama is not the quality they once were. Very disappointing.

      Ordering from a Dealership like Sheplers is one of the Best I have ever dealt with.... They go to great lengths to satisfy... But sometimes the Ordering process of Buying Boots is at Best a Guessing Game... Twice I have ordered These Tony Lama Ostrich and Twice I was dissapointed...       I bought these to replace a pair of dress boots that never really fit. I have a really wide foot and always have trouble finding shoos/ boots that are all day comfortable. These boots felt great from the very first time I tried them on. The first time I wore them was to a wedding and had them on all day and into the night. Not one hot spot or any tightness. I would recommend these boots and am going to buy another color to wear casually.

      The boots would be a great fit if they did not have the coushion comfort insole installed while being built. Take the insole out and thaw are too wide.

      Love these Boots. I'd say they are true to size with my high arches. I replaced the insole with a thicker foot padded style and they feel and fit great. No rubbing so far. Got them for $165 on Black Friday, sweet deal for this pair. I'd like to add the Stores are like a Toy store for adults. Great Staff and huge selection of Hats, Clothes, Boots and more. Thank God I live in Tennessee, I'm surrounded by them. Life is good!
