DO NOT BUY - Poor Quality and Zero Customer Service!

Really disappointed! Paid way too much for a shoe that started out comfortable, then the heel padding just started tearing and foam falling out on BOTH SHOES. These are shoes for walking in a Ford Truck plant. No chemical exposure, just daily moving. After sending in the Warranty Claim with 10+ pictures, they opted NOT to honor a warranty saying it must have been an Accident. How can I even walk after an accident that caused damage to BOTH SHOES? Poor workmanship and even less than zero Customer support. I'm walkting

Stay away from this model A176A because toe box material will rip at safety toe very very quickly. While the picture I provided shows well worn shoes, they honestly ripped in the first couple of times I wore them. Not a good design. Mesh material is too weak. Instead, choose a Timberland shoe that has a stronger material on the toe box. Super comfortable shoes though. I own several of their safety shoes but wouldn't buy this one again unless you just wear it to get coffee on saturnday mornings.

After using many boots and different brands I came across these boots and let me tell you they are the best ones so far. I walk around 12 hrs and they are great. definitely would recommend.

The price was reasonable & I ordered them on Friday & delivered on Saturday afternoon. I didn't realize how worn out the old Timberland shoes made my feet tired. Today was the first day wearing them outside the house. I think I'm sold on possibly getting another pair!!

They claim free returns but not free for 30 day comfort guarantee. I owned 3 pairs of timberland pro series shoes and they were great. The last pair were not and I had to pay $15 to ship it back. On top of that you have to wait 6-8 weeks for them to send a cheque to you. You would think they would take care of return customers.

They are comfortable and I was able to get them in my size (men's 15 medium) They have the inner sole that helps keep your feet energized. Since I'm on my feet quite a bit (50% of the time), these make it a lot easier for me to put in a full day's work. And they're not still moist in the morning when it's time to put them on again. I've had other Timberlands but they wore out after 6 months. I'm hoping these last longer. When it's time to buy new work shoes again, I hope I can locate these again on the website. It seems like you can never find the exact same item again. I'm always having to select something else.
