I live in Northern Wisconsin and live a mile from my campus. I walk to campus at least once, if not twice a day. I have had these boots for 3 years now and wear them almost everyday in the winters. They have been extremely comfortable for the large amounts of walking I do. I am also walking through snow, water, slush, etc. almost everyday and its great to be able to grip through it dry and comfortably while watching others around you struggle. My friends and I always refer to wearing our Timberland's as having our "four wheel drive" on. I am just now ordering my second, identical pair since the first has worn out after years of intensive use.

I bought a pair of these boots 7 years ago and believe it or not they are still going strong (they look pretty worn but still in good shape.) I've used them for everything you can think of work wise and everything else I'm now only buying a new pair but I'll still use the old ones for dirty jobs, probably one of the best purchases I've made and definitely worth the price. I can't recommend them enough. And if your worried about the size go try them on in a store then order online. Or search for a deal but I'll be honest I don't mind paying the tag price because you get your money's worth. Hope this helps anyone else looking for a good all round work boot.

Runs tight in toes

I had a pair of timberland boots. It's a size 10w and runs comfortably. Then I bought a timberland pro for work use. I ordered size 10w as well. But it turns out to be tight in toes, I haven't wore these yet. But I'm quite disappointed right now. I ordered from New Zealand and I don't think I'm gonna return them. Hopefully, after breaking-in these gonna soften a little bit.

My order was not received when FED EX said it was delivered. Customer Service said they would track the boots down and get me out a new pair! I had my replacement pair in 2 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in construction (framing) and these are great for Indiana winters! They're heavy duty and high quality from what I've seen. Only bummer is that they seem to run small. I have trouble even wiggling my toes when I got the size I normally wear, which may also decrease the insulation value of my socks in cold weather. I'd definitely recommend getting 1/2 size bigger than what you'd normally wear (based on my experience at least). Other than that, my feet haven't gotten sore once! A lot of boots leave my heels raw, or the tips of my toes tender, but not so with these!

i bought this boots and tried it on for 10 hr great boots still i will recommend to get some sort of insulation for your heel and maybe a .5 size bigger quality is very good and its light for steel toe .

Probably a good boot, haven't worn it to tell you whether it's truly good or not though. These do not fit the same way classic timbs do though, so watch out. They run a little smaller than classic timbs

Awesome boots and great style. Notice the thicker sole than other similar style boots, this extra thickess makes these super comfortable and keeps the cold pavement from getting through. I have had Carolina and Wolverine and these are by far the best. This is my second pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first pair of Timberland Pro boots that I've owned. I was looking for a pair of boots with a rubber sole and came across this boot. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Boots arrived sooner than expected and exceeded my expectations in comfort and quality. I'm building my own home and needed a pair of boots that would work for all the situations that comes with building a home and this one fits the needs perfectly. I normally wear a size 9.5-D width shoe and ordered the same with Timberland. Boots fit perfectly and are very comfortable from the start. I've used these boots for 3 weeks now and they are breaking in as I expected. I would purchase this boot again when needed. Only concern that I have is that these boots are not made in the USA, which I would have paid more for if they were. Please bring the manufacturing back to the US if at all possible.

I purchased and got hooked on my first pair of these work boots from another retailer. The only bad thing is on my old pair the sole separated from the boot from the toe of the boot to about mid-way of the the boot. I am hoping that was an issue related to where I got them from, but there are several reviews on here with there being sole problems. I am hoping that getting them straight from the source avoids that problem. Overall, I love the warmth and the waterproofing this boot provides. Very comfortable too for a steel toe boot. These need to be broken in. They feel very awkward climbing ladders when they are fresh out of the box. Even if the soles fail again I would still buy another pair
