    Boot Barn letting Stetson down

    Initially i ordered my Stetson hat in the wrong size so i sent it back to be exchanged for the right size. When i got my exchange. It was filthy. I have been a stetson customer for about 20 years and have never complained about a cowboy hat shipment from them. I am shocked a co.pany employee would thonk its ok to send someone something of this quality to a customer ever. I am let down by Boot Barn and what they represent. I have had a bad experience with boot barn in past of them sending me a wrong item and then expediting my return since the item was in stock. Asked boot barn associate if they could do the same since it was no fault of my own and got a reply that refund would be given once item was received. Boot barn quality and customer care is not part of the company values anymore.

    I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He has a size 8 head. It was packaged beautifully. He wore it to a Willie Nelson concert and looked fabulous. We are both very pleased.

    I love my new hat, and it fits perfectly. I have always wanted a Stetson and finally decided on the skyline. The only thing i wish had come with it was a rain cover, not that it is needed but just nice to have if in alot of rain. Other than a rain cover i am soooo very happy with my hat. Fast shipping, great price and fantastic craftsmanship.

    The headband is not properly aligned inside the hat. While the hat still fits and is wearable (making it not worth the return shipping cost to me), I can flatly state the quality of the workmanship does not measure up to my other Stetson hats.

    Had in stock, processed and shipped quickly. My only complaint was the hat came in a flimsy boot barn hat box instead of a Stetson box like the previous one i had bought in store. The package was undamaged when i revived it in the mail but the hat wasn't laying flat and needed to be reshaped. None of this is that big of a deal, just a little disappointing when paying the same price as if I would have ordered direct from Stetson.

    The hat is great, came nicely boxed, fits perfectly. Ordering from boot barn not so great. Does not ship on time like it said expect a week later than they say. Ordered on December 16 said it would arrive by the 23rd did not get it until the 28th. Wouldn’t have been so big a deal, but had it shipped to where we were spending Christmas. Unfortunately our flight was on the 27th, so had to have a family member ship it to my residence when it finally arrived.

    This is my 3rd Stetson. A straw, that I have had for years and it still holds up. A crushable felt, and now my Stetson Skyline 6X. The hat fit is perfect. I found, due to my head shape, that I had to go up a bit in size. The hat is so soft and very comfortable. The hat box is a beautiful box with great artwork. The liner is well done as well as the leather head band. Good looking, Stetson quality and comfortable. Boot Barn was who the hat was delivered too. Communication was excellent and the hat arrived as promised.

    As an Avid Fan of Stetson Hats , I was not impressed of this hat on arrival. I own and wear 5 different colors and styles of hats by Stetson. This Black Hat I received was not in the impressive Stetson Box as normal. The hat that arrived to me was like it was put in light material box while it was still wet with hardner, I started to send it back but I know how to use steam and hardner to mold the hat as needed.. The Brim was in Good shape but the hat part was a wreck. I have a little more to do and hopefully turn out like my other 2 Skyline 6x hats look ed upon arrival. I hope this helps your quality control but it still a great style. Thank You.. from South

    I have owned many other hats but none as nice as this one. I am a Cavalry Scout and always bought something that resembled a Stetson for my uniform, but now I have the real deal and I love it.

    I bought a Black Stetson Skyline from the Yuba City Ca. Store two winters back and it quickly became my primary felt hat. I have worn it in all weather conditions and just about every situation a working cowboy will face. I work as a horse hand and the hat has been my constant companion the last two years. It's a tough lid, is a long oval and can stand up to the job. It's been rained on, soaked in sweat, and bathed in dust and dirt. Still looks great today.

    Bought this online when it arrived it was very dirty and had a stain on it I went to my local BB and exchange it and the one I got is better but the sweat leather band looks much cheaper the gold print on it is very smudged and smaller then the first one I got. Minor details overall for some but for this brand and the reputation it has very poor QC if it was a cheaper hat in the $50-100 range I couldn’t complain but this is almost $300 and small details matter the most.
