      Stetson hat came not packaged well

      I bought this hate with intentions to wear this weekend 10/26/2024 for a family event. Was out of town and just now opened package. To my horror I see the hat with a bunch of finger prints and dusty. Not in it's foam belt or in its plastic wrapping. I tried to clean it think I'll just man up and clean it. After cleaning still not happy with results. I understand it's a hat and will get the wear with time. But for a nice family event and my first outgoing with it I'm not very happy. I've bought stetsons from Boot Barn before with no issues. Idk how someone shipped it this way. Unbelievable. I mean maybe might say $380 isn't much for a hat but it is to me. I think from now on I will just buy from Stetson directly. Hard to see on the photos because I've been trying to clean it. I'm still debating if I should return as I do need it for a party this weekend and my nearest Boot Barn is 100 miles away.

      My last Stetson had grown a couple of tiny holes, it is many years old and has been glued to my head 16 hours a day. I didn't realized how old it was until then. My new Stetson arrived and it fit right on my head. For those that have migraines bright lights may be a cause, a hat could possibly make your migraines retreat.

      Very nice hat, I was happy with how it turned out. The only think I did not like in particular, was the hot glue that was stuck in places of the hat when it arrived, however, it came off very easily and after it was off you couldn't tell it was ever there. I would rate 4/5 stars.

      They never have anyone available to shape or clean the hat I bought there. They advertise it but it’s not true. Have tried 3 times and it’s always the same excuse. Never again

      Hat was ordered in-store on line with ease, delivery was complete in less than 5 days, hat needed a little reshaping which was done at location it was ordered ( Brentwood, TN ) with great customer service !!! LOVE THE HAT !!!

      I have 2 others Stetsons both buffalo felt. The Beaver felt is far superior though I love the other hats too. Very soft feel. The brim was little uneven but I shaped it back to even.

      Worst hat ever. Felt cheap and even with shaping didn’t fit right. I bought this based on a friends advice… last time I listen to their advice. Sticking with my usual 7X - 10X Rodeo Kings for everyday wear. Obviously I returned the darn thing.

      Outstanding experience and found just what I was looking for. Excellent staff and service! Val, Genesis and Store Manger, Robert, went over the top to help me find right brand, color and fit. Love my new Stetson Skyline. Drove 1.5 hours to get here and well worth the trip. Definitely coming back.

      It took a bit of doing to get it right,but I love it! Before you even pick it up or put it on your head the higher quality is obvious and once you try it on your sold. the richness in color and look of the fur make the difference in price a non-starter!
