Love the Spenco Max Support insoles. I have them in every pair of shoes I have.

this is my second pair of arch supports from Spenco. They are the best

well... it would be better if the toe end could be trimmed to a shorter length; there is only one pair of shoes these fit into and that was a squeeze; and no, those shoes are already on the large size because they were purchased for some custom orthotics so I don't need larger shoes. They do seem to provide the necessary support but are definitely not going to fit into anything but sneakers

I couldn't take my daily walks without these fantastic Insole supports. I'm 74 and they keep me on my feet!

Sprained my rt. foot from a barefoot, overpronation incident...these insoles have helped stabilize my feet while walking, allowing healing to take place.

I purchased this to help with my plantar fasciitis that got substantially worse while training for and running a marathon. I have stopped running for now and am wearing these inserts in all my shoes. I stopped running before purchasing this product and used other shoe inserts but really didn't see all that much improvement. With this product, I have experienced accelerated improvement. How much of the improvement is due to just these insoles is hard to say. I was able to go on an extensive hike this weekend with these inserts placed in my hiking boots. I can't wait to try them out in my running shoes when I am physically able to do so. So far, I'm a believer!

I has plantar fasciitis a number of years ago and bought these for additional support in my sneakers. Take out the flimsy insoles that come with your athletic shoes and put these insoles in these to give your feet the structure and support they need.

I have always had flat feet. These provide the support right where I need them. I have reduced pain in knees and plantar fascia as well. I never go without them!

Spenco Total Support Max Insoles are so worth it. These insoles add extra support and cushioning to my shoes. I walk a lot on different surfaces, cement, dirt trails . . . and my feet feel great after a long outing no matter the surface. I use them in sneakers and my hiking boots. When I purchase a new pair of shoes, I remove the junkie insole included and put in a Spenco. It would be great if shoes came with good insoles but that isn't the case, so just go ahead and put in Spenco Insoles and start walking.

I have flat feet and developed plantar fasciitis from running. These insoles are great for supporting my feet during long runs and i have noticed a huge improvement in how my feet feel. These insoles are great for athletes but i would not recommend them for regular everyday wear because they are very stiff. Great product

This is my 2nd pair of Total Support Max Insoles, I have one pair for my wading boots for fly fishing and my new pair are for everyday wear. I have plantar fasciitis, and wear a hard sole inside my shoes as well, but these insoles made everything come together and couldn't be happier

Doctor recommend. People told me they would be hard to get used to. They were not. Pain has been lessened.

I bought this item and it was the wrong size. Couldn't figure out how to send it back. Sent an email that was never responded to. I would not recommend the company to buy through.

I have been wearing them for a few weeks and so far no problems like before. I will definitely be being more pairs in the future.

This is my 4th pair of inserts and my 2nd pair of Total Support Max. Being a competitive runner in high school and college took a toll on my feet. These help tremendously!

I have placed these in three athletic shoes for gym and outdoor sports and they never disappointed me. Plantar fasciitis has never returned since I installed them.

I am pleased with my purchase And will purchase again I need in the near future.

Arch supports are quite stiff so it keeps my arches arched. MET pad wider than most. These appears to be their highest arch option, but I think I’d like them to be a little higher. My previous insoles were Powerstep (recommended by doctor), but they don’t offer a high arch option with met pad. I had to branch out when replacing them.

My son absolutely loves these! He just finished trade school and started his first full time job as a welder. He said his boots are MUCH more comfortable now. Thank you!!

Love that They’re not floppy and they give you great arch support just wish they weren’t so hard and rigid. What other than that I’m glad I got these.

Someone else actually found them for me. I lost contact with them by the tune the writing on the inside was gone. THANK GOODNESS it's on the bottom as well. Ordering two pair this time

Great for getting rid of, and preventing, plantar fasciitis. I have them in my Doc Maarten work shoes, Ariat work boots and Asolo hiking boots.

The Spenco Total Support Max significantly reduces the amount of pain I experience everyday because of planter fasciitis. I have friends who have used these supports and been totally healed.

These insoles are so great for support of my overpronation. For several years now when I get a new pair of running shoes, I buy these at the same time and immediately replace the stock insoles. These are super well made and durable. A little pricey but certainly a quality product. Happy customer!

There was no option to select arch height. The product I received was high arch and useless to me.

When my cardiologist (my afib is fine) asked if I had any other complaints, I mentioned my plantar fasciitis. He whipped off his shoe, pulled out a Spenco Insole and said to get one of these! He sent me to a medical supplier, but they were out. So I went online and ordered them. When they arrived , it was instant relief! Worth every penny. I just got my second pair for my new shoes. I'm 80, have high arches, and tile floors. Sometimes I forget and think I can walk barefoot on the tiles. Of course, it doesn't hurt that time; so I do it again the next day; and surprise--PAIN. My Spencos permit me to actually walk pain-free the next day.

your sizes (which cover 3 foot sizes - 10-12) aren't going to work. Arch too long. Podiatrist tried to jerry-rig a pad on it with tape but it's super uncomfortable I'm thinking I can't use it.

Feel good. Just needed to trim the toe side 1/4" to fit my shoes. I will purchase again.

I’ve tried other inserts and nothing compares to these. I like the high arch support and the maximum support for my feet. I’m an ultra runner and need the added support.

I am 77 yeas old and have been pavement walking 2 miles a day for the better part of 40 years. I am a plantar fasciitis survivor. Total Support Max have been with me all the way.

These are great for support with our busy lifestyle. It is hard at first to pay the money for inserts but it is impossible not to acknowledge the results. Pain is a non issue now. What is that worth? Worth it to us to have these in the boots and shoes we wear everyday.

Fit perfectly, and feel great. I've used spenco 3/4 arch supports for years and really looked them, there's are even better. We'll see if they hold up as well.

Best arch support for exercising with recurring plantar fasciitis. I've tried a lot of insoles, and the Total Support Max has been the best one for me.
