1 out of 5 stars.
Not very good

They're simply overpriced for what you get. The leather is notably thin and didn't seem of very high quality - very "nubucky." The soles are trimmed down very narrow. I don't know why certain brands do this instead of leaving as much as possible. The soles are finished very sloppy as well with lots of sander marks and rough/square edges showing.
The were good looking other than the nitpicking, but for $200+ you might as well go Thorogood if they fit, or Carolina.

Brilliant quality, but not my size/shape

I have to preface this to say that in terms of price, quality, and service from Bootbarn, I would have to give five stars at least. I cannot give five stars because the sizing information from Silverado was almost nonexistent and regardless of the size, the particular shape of the last does not fit my feet, which is unfortunate - but an admittedly common pitfall with buying anything online.
These boots are excellent, love everything about them. The wedge soles are very comfortable, the boots feel like you're walking simultaneously on air and big solid stacks of rubber. Makes you feel cushioned but supported. They look gorgeous in person too and the material feels solid, these are what Timbs would be like if they were actually good boots.
Despite this, I am going to return these or sell them on, as they are not comfortable at all for other reasons. My heels rise excessively, not sitting where they should inside the boot at all, nor are my ankle or calves gripped properly by the boot. In spite of this, the boot feels a bit too tight against my toes, and there is noticeable pain from pinching the left side of my instep on my right foot.
I suspect that I have too much room both behind and to the sides of my heel. If I were to size down and order in D width, I am certain my toes would not have enough room as the fit there was already unsatisfactory. This is a common issue I have with my flipper feet. I would only buy these if your foot is a curved/semi-curved shape, with pretty uniform width throughout its whole length, and only consider getting the wide fit if your feet are definitely broad all the way through. I've worn a 2E wide safety boot from ErgonX, 2E wide Brooks sneakers and 2E wide boots from Elten and the toe box room in the Silverados is still narrower than any of those.
For reference, I ordered a size 8 US in 2E width. My normal size is anywhere from an 8 to an 8.5 US. I followed Silverado's recommendation to size down from my athletic shoe fit, and went down from a 8.5 US I wear in a Brooks sneaker to a US 8 at 2E width. 5.11 ATAC 2.0s in a size 8.5 and regular width (D) are the best fitting boot I have ever tried due to having a skinny heel but being fairly broad all the way through the rest of the boot up to the toes.
To sum up, these are an amazing boot, the best you would find for 400 Australian dollars, especially considering they're US made and welted, as opposed to some cemented construction mass produced cash-grab garbage made in the developing world. I am genuinely devastated that these do not fit comfortably at all, which I only figured out after a couple of wears. I am going to consider a Nick's in a Thurman last, but if Silverado made a sort of boot with this same shape I would buy it in a heartbeat.
