    Size and fit

    Love the look of these boots, but they run really really narrow. I bought them for my daughter and she couldn’t even get them on. Her foot is wider then most, so it was 50/50 if she could fit in them to begin with. But I have a fairly narrow foot, most boots are loose on my foot and I couldn’t even get them on and they were even a size bigger then I would normally wear. In the end had to return them.

    I did not know that Cowgirl boots were not true to your shoe size. I were a size 10 in women's shoes. So I ordered a size 10 in these boots, I could not get my foot in it. I called your service dept. and was told I had to order a size up. I returned them so we will see what happens. Most of your boots only size up to a 10.So I guess boots are not for ladies that wear size 10 and up.

    Very disappointed. When I got my boots the sensor was still attached so I was unable to wear them for a planned event. I took them back to the store for and exchange for a different size and I was denied so I just requested a full refund.

    I originally went to the store to buy them, but the only pair they had in my size had a big scratch in the back on the leather so I ordered them thinking I would get a fresh undamaged pair and I’m pretty sure they sent me the same ones. These came with a big scratch as well

    These boots are an excellent combo of sass and class. Perfect red - not too bright and the detail is just enough. Great height to wear with a skirt or jeans tucked in. They are comfortable and I know will get better with use. I bought them to celebrate my 60th birthday and for a country western concert that I am going to. Since I am heading into my 60s, I want to do so in classy, sassy red cowgirl boots!!!

    Got these boots for line dancing and they work perfectly for it! These boots are tight and if you have wide feet you will definitely have to size up. I am normally a size 8 (not wide) and I went up to a size 8.5. It's still tight but I was able to stretch them out over time and it has become a lot easier to put them on and take off.

    I bought these Shyanne boots because they were very cute! I ordered half a size up after reading reviews. Once it arrived I was very thrilled and super happy because it looks just as cute in person! These boots ended up not working out for me. I have a wide foot and higher arches than most people apparently :’( because the half size up still did not fit for myself. My foot has bruises on it but that’s because I bruise easily. That’s on me. I would still highly recommend these boots to anyone looking for the perfect red boots. They were comfy once on! But I ended up returning them because I did not want the constant battle of bruises on the top of my foot every time I tried to put these boots on.

    I ordered these to go with a red fringed suede leather jacket I also ordered. Initially, I thought---can't even get these on! Back they go! Then, I decided to work harder on the "break in." When I sold shoes for another company, we told clients to use plastic sacks (like for veggies, you know--the kind you don't want many of) over the foot, or at least in the heal. The plastic sack acts like "grease" and the boot goes on easier. Once into the boot with the first foot, I realized that I'd need to do a serious break in on these if I decided to keep them. I'm not looking forward to it, but I do love the boots! An issue I should mention is that these boots arrived with three dots of black dye on the top of one boot. They appear to have been splashed, and someone did a bit of work to rub off the dye, but I've decided to keep them anyone. Pretty boots, but a few issues

    These boots are beautiful and perfect. From the color to the heigh to the style. I would size up a little bit if you don't like your toes to feel squished. the height of the boot is about mid calf.

    These boots are made for dancing. The soles are smooth and the heels aren’t too high. They are very narrow below the ankle at the instep and are difficult to get into. The color is a very dark red wine red.

    I don't know what happened to Shayanne boots, but the last 3 pairs I bought online, I had to take back into my local store and return. I eat a size 10 wise, and all of a sudden, each time I order my size, I get size 10 NARROW. I finally bought a pair in tje store, and they're NOT Shayannes. I'm a Bootbarn customer for life, but ya'll need to fix this issue with the Shayanne boots.

    The red boots are great. I ordered a size 10 and I normally wear either a 9 1/2 or a size 10 in street shoes. My feet are narrow, so I wear an insert in the shoe which makes it a bit more narrow. The boots are comfortable. These are my first pair of cowboy boots.

    I absolutely love the color and pattern. I usually wear a size 9½ sometimes 10 depending on the maker or style of shoe. But these are so tight I can barely get them on. So not only is it tight in the calf but around the ball and bridge of the foot as well. I would totally exchange them but the 10 os the biggest this shoe comes in.

    Beautiful red boot! Haven’t worn them out yet, but they are the perfect color red. As many reviewers noted, they are DIFFICULT to impossible to get on. I ordered them online, and despite the beautiful color I had to return them. Went to a local Boot Barn to return them, but before doing so, they suggested that I stretch them a little. After 15 minutes of stretching, I was able to easily slide the boot on. Once, on, they felt great. I decided to keep them. So the moral of the story is….don’t give up on them. If you like the color, consider the stretching option if you have issues getting them on. I normally wear 8.5 or 9 depending on the shoe. I purchased these in a 9 and have good room for a nice thick sock if I wanted to. Hope this helps.

    I was worried that these boots would be too tight after reading some of the reviews. I'm between a size 8.5 and 9 in boots and went with the 8.5 without trying them on. I was pleasantly surprised that they fit perfectly! I do have fairly narrow feet and will still need to break them in a bit, but they're comfy and have room to stretch. The colour is absolutely gorgeous as well and I'm looking forward to wearing them to my wedding next year!

    Not Really Red. I ordered these boots, because they didn’t have my size in the store. When the pair arrived, they weren’t the same fire engine red as the larger pair, that I had tried on in the store. The staff said they could not guarantee the red color and that I could either try to chase down my size in various stores, and try them in, or I could continue ordering the boots, in my size, and hope that one of the pairs was the red pictured on the website, and not the pinkish-red that arrived from my first order.

    These boots are excellent. The color was darker than I expected, but that was actually a plus for me. I am a performer and wear boots on stage, but I cannnot wear higher heels because I have foot problems. I wore these on a carpeted floor for an hour or so at a time for two days, before wearing them during a 4 hour show on a hard floor. They were GREAT! They were very comfortable and looked awesome! I buy most of my boots a 1/2 size smaller so that the leather will stretch and conform to my foot. It is good if they are a bit snug at first as long as you have enough room in your toes. Shyanne boots work for me!

    We ordered the boots at the last minute, not thinking they would come in time for Christmas. But the next day, they arrived--unfortunately with a security tag attached to one boot. I called the number listed, was sent a free return tag to print out from my computer. They promised to send the new boots before they even got back the tagged ones, and they came in time to wrap and put under that tree. They looked good, smelled good, fit well, and our granddaughter danced and swaggered and scooted all over the house. They were indeed a success.

    I’m a 9 1/2-10 and I went with the 9 1/2 and they fit perfect. A lot of reviews say they’re narrow but I have a wide foot and big calves(15.5) and they fit me fine. They’re not stiff either. The only thing is one boot came a little scuffed but I didn’t mind so much since I’m going to scuff them up anyway. But the color is just beautiful ♥️

    Security tag still on and customer service ghosted

    I normally love boot barn but this time when I received my boots the inner boot box was ripped and upside down, tissue paper and cardboard inserts were pulled out of the boots and underneath. Was not nice but I could get past that but when I went to try the boots on the security ink tag was still on. Couldn’t remove it without wrecking the boots so I emailed costumer service and they sent me the wrong return slip. I emailed to try to get the right one and they ghosted me.

    Surprised my wife with these. She says they are very comfortable and loves the color and design. They appear to be well made and we are satisfied with these boots.

    Beautiful boots....leather, stitching and color are beautiful. Elastic gore on top on extended width boot is comfortable.
