    Wanted to love these boots but when they arrived they appear to have been worn before and are not even close to the color that is portrayed on the website picture.

    These are the perfect boot to wear with skirts, dresses, jeans or leggings... they run true to size and are comfortable as soon as you slip them on! Loveeee these boots!

    The boots are wonderful and fit perfectly. I want to order another pair but the box they were sent in was crushed and one boot was damaged. I did notify your customer service department. Not sure how I can guarantee safe delivery on another pair. I am looking at other items you have online. You have quite a selection. I am wearing these boots to a special wedding event, so the quality and look is even more important.

    Have owned a pair of these boot in brown since 2005 and used them every day for the last two years. So comfortable I use them for all my yard work even after the barn work is done and have a tan line to show for it. Feet never hurt- ever! Like the low height and very easy on/off, esp after you have had them for a while. I'm not going to call them good looking, but they sure are practical. Going to buy a new pair this weekend and turn in the current pair.

    The arches are awful my feet hurt after having them on for 30 min and the embroidery has started to pull. I tried to get a refund from boot barn but they wanted me to ship them to California for inspection with no guarantee of refund.

    I love these boots. . But I have out grown them. Or better they wore out and more quickly than I have liked. My legs and ankles are sore. ..time for support. I would say out of most lacking of this boot is the support.
