I can hardly wait for July 14th, my wife's birthday, and Flag Day. Our shirts should make quite a statement! They are well made and show the US Flag beautifully.

I buy from here a lot and my husband is so pleased with the products.

I purchased my flag shirt online and received it on time. It was too large and the Fourth of July was two days away. I called my local sheplers and they were happy to trade it out it was one that fit of the same kind. I found the quality outstanding in the service even better. It is all taken care of within an hour after I receive it at my door.

I never received this shirt. This is your 3rd email asking me how my shopping experience was and how we like the shirt that was never received. My experience was an absolute disaster! The shirt was not available in the store so the associate said she could order it from the APP on her phone. She went to APP on her phone and placed the order and said the bank card was declined. Which was not possible since there was more than enough in the account to cover it. She then completed the order again and changed the address and name on the card to match mine. (Note: I was paying for the shirt but shipping it to my son In Chino Valley AZ) and she had used the wrong address for the card. It was declined again. She then spoke to another associate and was told to use the kiosk in the store since the APP on the associates phones consistently has problems. They had the same thing happen to another woman earlier in the week. The third time at the kiosk it was declined again. After 2 more attempts- I left the store without ever having the shirt ordered. When I got out to my car in the parking lot- I checked the bank balance. There were now 5 pending charges on my bank account. Two (2) for $88.21 (including shipping charges to Chino Valley) and three (3) for $75.80 shipping directly to the store. A total of $403.82 on hold in my account. (**that had no funds according to the decline). I returned inside and asked to speak to the manager. She was about as helpful as a teat on a boar hog. She said to just wait as the charges would fall off in 2-3 days. She lamented that they always have issues with the APP and that Boot Barn corporate needed to fix the problem and just wouldn’t do it. It took a call to my bank after two (2) days - to get charges #2-5 to fall off on Tuesday and another week for the 1st charge (that should have been valid) to refund that final payment. I might add, that at the same visit in 4/4/2024 I purchased at the register $160.27 worth of merchandise that went through just fine after all the declines. My son was looking forward to his birthday shirt and it never arrived. I am one very unhappy customer. I shopped regularly at Boot Barn (Carhartt, boots, jewelry, belts, hats and clothes) for my grown children and grandchildren) and haven’t been back since. Stop 🛑 asking me for a review on this invisible shirt. Terry
