    Comfortable like a sneaker but hot

    I have had these for about a month or two now they are lite and comfortable like a sneaker but they are really warm especially for a boot that is absolutely not water proof for the price I paid you can't beat them though.

    I HATE steel toe boots with a passion and i always have because of comfort and space, but i will say that i wore these for about 10 minutes when i first got them and they felt like they were already broke in. i now wear this pair of boots everyday and am very pleased with them. they have great comfort, great support, not to hot seems like they breath fairly well. and plenty of room to wiggle the toes

    Now normally I am a person to physically try on boots/shoes before I buy them, but other videos from rocky convinced me that the size is true. Although it could be true for most,I got the same exact size as my other work boot that fits perfect, and when i got them and tried them on they were just a half size too big. BUT the customer service was fantastic at resolving my situation. As far as the boot went when I did try them on in my apartment, they were comfortable, they look good, and they overall are TANKS. I will be expecting they hold up just fine during my job for city operations. I was able to find a really nice coupon code and paid just under $200 but I know these will be what i wear for the next several years! You get what you pay for so it it should not be a surprise that these are pricey because they are made with such quality, its also nice that Rocky has a 1 year warranty on all of their boots!

    I’ve been wearing SV2s for years. I love these boots. Occasionally you get a mismatched one or one with a weird lump. Rocky is pretty good about getting you out a new pair of there is a problem. The shipping back and forth can be a little bit of a hassle but there are no other boots that compare. Plus they are made in the USA. and have the comfort of a shoe. I’d definitely recommend these boots

    My first exposure to the S2V boots was while in the military. NSW issues them. I was instantly impressed with the comfort and quality. I now use them for construction work due to the durability and comfort. Very nice looking to boot (see what I did there).

    It's a shame ABU's are being phased out, but these boots are amazing, worn 3 pairs over the last 8 years 40hrs/wk. They are comfortable and last a long time. Highly recommend especially at close out prices!

    I figured I'd give these boots a try. I usually get redwing boots but as of lately they have only held up about two seasons. Which for a $300-500 boot they should hold up to the challenge. I will say this Rocky boot is very comfortable. After it breaks in it basically is like a glove to your foot. However,. Not sure how long the boot will last. I already have the lip on the right foot starting to pull away from the toe. I'm an inspector for the railroad. So I'm doing a lot of walking on uneven stone terrain. If you have to deal with water I do not recommend this boot. Anything gets over the top. Your foot is getting wet. So far I like them. No complains on comfort. Just not sure on quality.

    I purchased this boot for use on the shooting range, I am a fire arms instructor and standing on the range all days requires a boot that will give me good support but allow me to move and shoot with comfort. This boot runs a bit bigger than what is listed, this boot requires some break in. I've had them a short time and although the size is a bit bigger, the boot seems comfortable and allows me to move and engage when i need to with comfort. I would recommend the boots, but ensuring the correct size.

    I have been wearing the S2V steel toes now for about 3.5 weeks, 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. The edge of the reinforced toe caused some friction against my pinky toe, but once the sole took shape I was good to go. Definately worth the money, trust me! Don't think twice if you're in the market for a long lasting steel toe boot.

    After the first few weeks of wearing these boots, I absolutely love them. They are sturdy and very water resistant. Some downfalls: I normally wear a 9.5 U.S. size, but I had to get a 9 with these boots. Also, they gave me terrible blisters on my achilles/heel area, so I had to wear moleskin on my heel until I broke them in. Otherwise, awesome and high quality combat boots!

    I love rocky boots. I love the style and the quality of workmanship. I bought these because I needed steel toe for work. I have the same model without steel toe and loves them so I went with steel toe model. The reason being they feel like a sneaker on my feet. And I love how it supports my ankles. My job is very demanding and I put lots of miles on all my boots hiking through the mountains. I also broke my ankle and tibia right at the ankle a couple years back. Thanks to these boots I don’t have an excuse about my ankle because they support it from rolling and strain as the day drags long. They are lightweight compared to any other steel toe out there and I just love them! I would recommend these boots to anybody, wether steel toe model or the regular model. Both are amazing and hold up from the torcher I put them through.

    This is the second pair of S2V boots to be returned. The first pair had the front toes coming un glued right out of the box. The second pair was so tight at the top that even with the laces all but removed I could not get the boots on. I was afraid that if I really forced them on I would end in in the VA hospital having them cut off in the ER.

    I gave them 2 stars because they are comfortable. I have been wearing military boots for 24 years and they are the most comfortable boots I have had, but the problem is they squeak. They squeak so bad I am ready to toss them and find something new. I don't know if its the specific pair I have or if its a problem with design.

    Glad to be back in my steel toe S2V’s, my last pair of S2V’s had the composite toe and unfortunately about a year into use they started to have a terrible squeak. Still great boots and after two years they are now farm work boots where I don’t mind the squeak like I did at work.

    I like the boot but it will take some breaking in. It is stiff at the top of the boot , causing some discomfort. Hoping it will work out when broke in some more

    I've had other styles of Rocky boots and these are by far the best. I work on my feet all day and these have great support and are extremely comfortable for the amount of time I am on my feet.

    Got a pair when I got back from tech school. One of the best boots there are extremely comfortable I normally wear them out of uniform even hiking. On my second pair now only due to my wife complaining that they smelt. The anti roll ankle really works havnt had any issues like with other boots. The only downsided about the boots is that they dont have waterproof steel toe models. Other S2V's come waterproof but not steel toe like I need for work. So I just alternate with a waterproof pair. Highly recommend them quite often.

    I've been wearing the Rocky Sv2 for over two years as a maintainer and I love them. Pros: Comfortable, Durable Cons: Rubber on the toe came unglued ( this is within the past 6 months)

    I have had my S2V's for about 5 months. The are still very comfortable for all day wear. I ordered a size 11 based on sizing recommendations. I should have ordered the 10.5 in hindsight. I was so excited to put them in action that I did not return them. Besides the sizing issue the S2V's perform extremely well in the Flordida climate.

    I've owned several pairs of these boots and these are absolutely the most uncomfortable worst pair of boots I've ever put on my feet and they create amazing pain on my right heel to the point I cannot wear them

    These boots are so comfortable right out of the box! Incredibly well made and sized correctly. I ordered a size 11 wide as that is my usually size and they fit perfectly. I had some concerns about the weight of the boot with the steel toe, but they're not much heavier than the standard S2V tactical boots.

    I am a 50+ year old female press operator. My husband was shoe shopping at a working persons store and I happened upon a sage green pair of these in the basement of the store in a men's 6.5...they were discounted, and the only pair they had and I bought them and loved them. I have worn them up to 10 hours a day, five days a week and sometimes weekends too. They have held up incredibly well. Last week I decided to order a new pair from the Rocky website. They must be discontinuing this color or something because I got them really cheap. Thank you Rocky, for that! But I am considering buying yet another pair while they are on sale in case I can't get this color in the future. I love the fit, the sage green color and the comfort from day 1!

    I love these boots. I've been wearing mine for around two years. They still look good and are wearing slowly, but evenly. I climb around military aircraft all day long, so these get a work out. They were comfortable from the first day, and they are easy to clean with just a damp cloth.

    Bought a pair about two years ago and they wear perfect. All matching smooth leather and were sage green. This last pair I got are still comfy but they are not as sage green and almost look brown. The leather pieces aren’t consistent either. Some are rough and some are smooth. Looks pretty tacky for such an expensive boot.

    I bought these for my boyfriend in the Air Force. I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of the site before and wasn’t sure if they were great quality but turns out they are! He loves them and says they are very comfortable and durable!
