Worse Rocky boot I’ve ever had

I bought about 3 weeks ago, they are very uncomfortable and something on the ankles dig into my skin. I wish I could replace with another model. But I still love Rocky. Been wearing them now for 20 years.

Rocky boot lasts seem to be the only ones that fit my feet. These came on a Thursday night. I wore them around the house and took them hunting for the next 3 days. Over the weekend I walked about 7 miles in them. They are breaking in pretty well. The top part of the boots are tight on my calfs, so I did not use the last lace speed tie spot. But as the fibers loosen up, it looks like it will all work out. The Speed laces are a little difficult to work with, but I've used worse.

While I’d love to give the boot 4 stars I have to reserve judgement till I can truly get them in action. Last pair of Rocky’s S2V’s didn’t make the season before leaking. Opted for full leather uppers for that reason. Boots fit well, regular width snug and I buy 1/2 size oversize for socks and comfort. Couple miles on them breaking in and the longer I wear they appear more comfortable.
Will be taking these to the Dakotas in the fall pheasant hunting And looking forward to continued comfort and stay dry feet.

Just bought mine today. Overall nice boot. The only problems i have, and they are minor, are; for one the speed lacers are anything but speedy. They actually slow you down. The other is the top of the boot. If you lace the top tight its uncomfortable on your leg. Like i said tho all in all a good boot. Im very satisfied.

I bought these boots for long distance motorcycle adventure riding And they are perfect:
- Tough but supple. Hiking in wilderness areas is no problem.
- They fit my super wide feet!
- Open guides for laces allow for quick on-off
- Roomy toe area
- Waterproof and insulated
- Look great
- Great sole grip

I got these boots for my boyfriends birthday, and he loved them and was excited to wear them. He wore them for a whole day, but realize the discomfort it through on this calves and knee. He suffer a injuring in his military career that causes the shift of this calves due to the boots to hurt. I don't take any credit away from these boots. If they were one size smaller I would of kept them for myself, but it was his birthday gift lol.

I've been wearing these boots for two months now and they are supremely comfortable and great for the cold and mud. In short, I love them. However, other comments about the speed-lacing being anything but are spot on. That's my only complaint. If they ever wear out, I will buy another pair!
