      Love these boots

      Everyone is going to Zip Up Boots. I am not a fan of them. I love these boots. I have worked the streets for years. I have bought this exact model 3 times in a row and they hold up great every time. They are waterproof and take polish well. The Vibram sole is durable and has good traction. It is so rare these days to have the same model number be around for more than a year or 2. Not this boot, no reason to change it or anything about it. I will keep buying these as long as they make them.

      Super comfortable. Black polish keeps them like new. Quick break-in. I really don't have any complaints. Hope they last.

      Bought them as a winter waterproof option. I thought they would be heavier but I was surprised. They fit my foot well and provide all around support. And I love the way they look on my feet.

      I bought these boots in 2010 and had to replace the soles a couple of times. Now in 2024 I need another pair. I wore them for end work - 24 hour shifts 3 days a week, we’ll worth the money 14 years ago, never thought they would last this long!

      I've worn many different brands and styles of duty boots over the years, but these are by far the best. The break-in was minimal, and they are comfortable enough for the many 16-hour double shifts I work... even with the stock insoles. If this pair ever wears out, I will definitely get another!

      I just got these boots today. I've always loved Rocky Boots, I have several pairs for work. This pair will be for when I'm in my civis, they're not insulated that's fine I have several insulated boots(400,600,800gm). These boots are for the heavy rain down pours or warm days where the snow is starting to melt and the ground is slushy. I like that they're full grain, I can shine my boots and keep them protected from the elements. My only concern is they are not padded on the tongue or around the shins. The tongue are gussetted to keep water and debris out.

      This purchase is my second and third pair of these boots. First pair about seven years ago. I always use two pairs of boots (I’m a patrol sergeant in a city police department). I alternate my shoes. Seven years ago I purchased Rocky’s and another pair. This time due to the great comfort and longevity I purchased two pairs of Rocky’s. Had a shipping problem and rocky boots handled no questions asked. Just replaced when one pair got lost. I have a large wide foot 13D/E and the wide fit work great. Other higher priced similar look books are much too narrow.

      I liked these boots so much I bought two pair. They are comfortable and study. I would recommend these boots to anyone. I served in the military and many years in law enforcement so Ive worn my fair share of not so nice boots. These boots are great.

      I bought my 3rd pair of these boots and they are not the same as the others. The quality has definitely gone down hill. The leather wont shine like the others and wears faster too. The sole is also separating from the boot on the side as well. I used to wear these on the road in all weather conditions and never had an issue. Now, I wear them in an office and they are falling apart. I used to recommend these over the Danner Acadia because they were lighter, more comfortable and cheaper; not anymore.

      Over a ten year period I have had two pair of lace-to-toe duty boots(the first pair I had resoled because they were so comfortable). The boots saw a lot of varied duty. I tried a few other expensive and well known brands before Rocky,but none were as comfortable. They shined up great for inspections.

      I bought these boots a few weeks ago for duty use. The boots are pretty comfortable but extremely hard to get on due to the high gusseted tongue.

      I was issued these boots, well I had a P.O. for uniforms and ordered these boots about 16 years ago. they are the most comfortable pair that I ever owned. Through the sixteen years, the only things I've had to replace were the laces. That's not to shabby. These boots are well made and surprisingly lighter than the average duty boot.

      been buying for last 16 years....had this pair a little over 8 months and split near crease on left little toe...never had this happen before..maybe some weak leather on this...not sure....

      I bought these boots about two weeks ago and just got them this past week. My first impressions were they felt and looked really nice. I began wearing the boots and almost immediately I noticed the left boot is different than to right boot. The left feels very comfortable and looks nice while the right boot pinches my ankle on both sides when I walk and the rubber soul is cut about a 1/4" closer to the boot than the left boot, so they don’t look like they match. The right boots also has bumps in the leather on the toe which doesn't look very neat either. It is almost like whoever made the right boot cut corners and didn't attempt to match it to the left. It's upsetting that I paid good money for something I think will be nice boots but end up looking irregular and unpaired. So far otherwise, the boots seem alright but only time will tell I suppose, just wish they took the time to make the boots look and feel identical and professional.

      I have had a pair of these for over 5 years and they are very good for a duty boot. They last a long time and are comfortable.
