    I’ve had these Rocky oxfords for about a month. They have become my favorite shoes, the first ones I reach for when getting dressed. I just wish they came in brown.

    I bought the Oxford and hate it! I was wearing the Bates tactical boot and loved it. Thought I would try the Rocky oxford. Bad mistake Maybe the boot would have been a better choice

    My brother and I both wear these shoes, and we agree that they are very durable. We both also traditionally have a problem with the back heal of shoes / boots wearing out quickly. These don't. They last for years. They're not the most comfortable shoes in the world, but they are well made and long-lasting.

    After wearing several different boots including Danner 6 inch patrol over a 25 year career I realized That now I’m the “old timer” and talked myself into a Oxford style work shoe. I ordered the Rocky Alpha Force and I give it 2 thumbs up! A comfortable fit but I don’t feel like I’m giving up that boot type tread. For all the other old timers out there who always wore a boot to work give the Alpha Force a try

    Suffer from Plantar Faciatis, just in one foot. In my job, i do a lot of walking! In all the work boots I've tried since the appearance of the extreme pain, i found nothing.! Until one of my co workers recommended these shoes to me. And my GOODNESS, from the time the shoes arrived, i tried them on, i was AMAZED! feels like i'm walking on air! i feel ABSOLUTELY no pain at all!

    They are as expected. For my life style they are what I like. I work outside a lot; Pruning, spraying, mowing, snow removal etc. I need the ruggedness that these shoes provide. They are a lot easier to get on and off than my 8 inch boots.

    Not what I expect of a Rocky Product

    I have wore different Rocky boots over the years and I was disappointed with the sole and rear heel area of this shoe. The exterior of the shoe holds up well, but the inside does not. I did not slip the shoe on and off without untiing the shoe strings. I wore those boots while on duty which results in a lot of varied conditions.

    I've had them for about 2 weeks now and broken in already and feel great and comfortable. Only reason not 5 star is because of the label in the middle of the tongue makes it hard to get a tight fit.

    I purchased this style of AlphaForce oxford shoes many years ago when whichever style i was buying became unavailable. I have been hooked ever since. I wore these as a delivery man,walking several miles a day, mowing the lawn and working on cars. I always keep two pairs, one for lawn work and such and one for clean up.

    I bought this shoe to replace an older Bates shoe with similar specs. I want good traction in a waterproof shoe for wet or even slushy weather

    I'll start off by saying I'm pretty tough on my work shoes. I have wide feet, these are the most comfortable work shoe I have purchased and the sizes seem to run true. I just wish they would wear longer, after about 6 months of continues wear the sewing on side where the leather and fabric meet starts to fail then the sole/tread starts to separate from the shoe on the toes. For the price I wish they last longer.

    I bought this shoe in July of 2019, and I decided to wear them 3 days ago and notice that top part of the shoe has crack at the bend of the toe area with a white film like color. the quality of the leather on this shoe is not the same as the leather quality on the boots.

    If any shoe can give a design engineer instant credibility on the production shop floor it is this pair. They look and feel great too. Plus they were up for a game of disc golf afterwards.

    I bought these shoes about a month ago, and began wearing them the next day. These shoes are very comfortable and they really look great. I feel the stability and grip as I walk the halls. Tried 511 1/2 boot and they were comfortable, but lasted maybe 6 months before starting to tear

    I bought these early summer of 2019. Wore them all summer and fall. Winter came around I switched to boots. 2020 I wore them again spring, summer, fall However by the end of the summer they were extremely worn. Leather on top felt like gym shoes, insoles were torn to shreds and my heels and toes destroyed the inside. You could cast the shape of my feet in the shoe. The boots are great last me almost two years before these occur.

    Needed a pair of duty shoes for summer that would also provide good traction in the event I had to be outside of the office on an emergency call. These are very comfortable shoes and the aggressive sole provides the needed footing outside. As with all the Rocky shoes / boots I have worn on shift for 26 years these seem to be as good and will probably last for quite some time.

    Paid extra for overnight shipping but didn't recieve package until about 5 days later. I've been wearing this same boat for the past 6 years of my law enforcement career. But for some reason this pair just isn't comfortable and hurts my feet.

    I bought these boots about a month ago. Have another pair of Rocky boots that I love, but not these. Not lightweight, not comfortable at all. Don't think I have another pair of Rocky boots in my future.

    2nd pair I've purchased. Great fit, solid quality, great cushioning means my feet are Not screaming at the end of the day. Excellent chunky tread. These are the lowtop/shoe version. Worth every penny!!!
