I ordered the 6 3/4 size and I usually wear a 6, so this fits a bit loose but it's not too bad. The look, color and style are really tough-looking and very intimidating (in a good way). It really turns heads when wearing, especially on me, because I'm such a tiny lady at 5'5" tall and 115 lbs! I love this hat!! ;)

Like the way it breathes so you get not only sun protection, but cooling air around your head.

I really like it however disappointed that it did not come with a box to store it in to keep it's shape n dust free while not wearing it. I have searched your sites n others for a storage box for it n not able to find one is there anyway I could get one from this company?

I wear this hat when I trail ride. I encounter alot of low hanging tree branches, etc. This hat will withstand that without becoming damaged. Very good at blocking the suns glare and is really comfortable to wear all day long! I have received alot of great compliments on this hat. A hat maker told me soon after I purchased it that he had never seen a Resistol hat made of Mexican Palm before and he loved the design and uniqueness of the hat.

This is a great hat. The quality is wonderful and looks better in person! I bought my husand this hat and used the mesurements recommended. However, the hat runs larger than typical baseball hat sizes. We returned the hat and ordered a 1/4th inch smaller size. My husband loves the hat and it fits perfect.

Nice hat to wear light, fitted well and a bit different to all the white straw hats you around.

I love this hat. I bought it for my husband, and he is the most handsome guy around in it. Goes great with his George Strait shirts and wranglers. Comfortable and holds up well to working and riding in.

Good looking hat. Can't believe the quality for the price. I usually look like a goober in a hat but this one looks good; big head- I think the lower crown height helps.

My husband loves this hat. It is the one Jason Aldean wears and looks just as good in person. Very well made. Now we just have to get it creased like Jason's and we'll be all set. I wish Sheplers offered creasing like some other sites, but the pricing was better here at Sheplers, so I will have it creased locally.

This is a great hat for work or casual wear. It's heavier weight helps keep it on in a breeze. It's a good looking hat and so far is very durable. It runs true to size.

This hat is a Christmas present for my husband . So it can’t rate it yet. He has an older version of this that he really likes and requested a new one.

This is my very first hat, other than baseball caps. It fits well, it's light weight, comfortable, and looks good. I was surprised at how fast it arrived (4 days from KS to WA), though I didn't pay for expedited shipping.. The box was beat up and one flap was open from broken tape, but that's DHL and/or USPS's fault, not Sheplers; regardless, the hat was in perfect condition. Last summer I got a pretty bad sunburn on my scalp, thanks to thinning hair and realized the reason balding men wear hats isn't because they're ashamed or trying to hide anything, but that they're protecting their heads! I look forward to wearing this hat every time I'm outdoors this summer and NOT getting the top of my head sunburned again!

This is my first straw hat. Normally wear a felt or a Stetson 4x beaver. This hat is light weight, comfortable and nicely colored. I had to add a small amount of padding to get the right fit but now wear it most days ( even when my wife shakes her head about it), Was caught in a fairly heavy rain Sunday morning and the hat held up great. No running, no sagging, no loss of shape.

This is a good quality hat and it is what I wanted in a straw hat. If I don't like the shape, I just wet it and change the shape. The service was great. I received the hat 3 days before I expected to receive it. Thanks for the good service.

Everything about this hat was as advertised except the size does run much larger than the 7 5/8" of all my other hats. Good service, quality, etc.

I like the feel and fit of this hat. Plus, it feels like it can take a fair amount of abuse and still hold it's shape. What's up with the box though? I think an actual hat box would be in order instead of just the cardboard holder.

Good quality hat however only worn once and inside band has come away. Inside band eeds to be stiched in better.
