      I wasn’t sure about getting the hat. But WOW. It is a beautifully made hat and well worth getting. The quality is outstanding. The hat looks better in person then in the picture. I couldn’t be happier. I took the advice from the other reviews and ordered a size up from my normal hat size and it fit perfectly.

      incorrect size

      Too small. I have worn a 71/2 size hat all my life. Unfortunately this hat was not the right size. Beware that they did not allow an exchange and charged $10 to return the incorrect sized hat, or 10% the cost of the hat. It's unfortunate that Sheplers takes advantage of folks this way.

      Size hiccup on a great hat

      This hat is styled just right for ovations when a warn in hat would be best suited. I took the advise of many others and ordered a size larger. I'm glad I read all the reviews and ordered a size larger as it worked. My hat fits (still a bit tight). I can tell I would have been VERY upset if I ordered my size. Depending on how you wear your hats, you can almost go up two sizes.
