Great quality garment. Size is 'generous' as stated in the description so depending on the fit you require a slightly smaller size than you would normally order may be best. Delivery to UK was unbelievably fast. I would have no hesitation in recommending either the garment or Sheplers excellent service.

Great design but the fabric is a bit like canvas. In the designer's effort to be authentic I think they went beyond usefulness

I needed a western outfit for a roleplaying game and stumbled upon this site. Being from europe ordering something in the USA is often a challenge, but not so here. I received the order fairly quik and the shirt was an instant hit (trust me, the people in the group are critics spending some fortunes on outfits if only in use for a single weekend!)

I bought 3 of these for th guys in my wedding and they looked great!!!! I was really happy with the look and the guys really liked them too.

While the shirt is fantastic, I actually received the wrong size. I ordered a 2XL, which is clearly marked on the packing list, but received an XL. However, I had my husband try it on and thankfully the XL fit ok so we decided to keep it. I bought it for a special occasion anyway so he had to wear it. Next time I hope the packing dept get the order right because if I order again I would really like exactly what I ordered. The shirt itself is great though. It's well made, sturdy and very flattering on my husband.

I purchased this shirt because I happen to like the style. I will probably buy one more of another color, as well as one for a nephew of mine who happens to like this style, too

I love the design and feel of the shirt, but the buttons repeatedly fall off as they fray the thread.

The buttons will not stay on. I had to sew all of them on and around them to try get them to hold. They look very good. But shirts with this price should not have buttons coming off. They need a different type button.

I was looking for a shirt to wear that was appropriate for participating in Western shoots. This one is right on! It fits the time period and makes me look and feel like an old-time cowboy. Now I know why my hero, John Wayne, wore one. Thank you!

A light confederate gray would be a nice color as well as others. The first time I washed it (in cold water, gentle cycle)a button came off.

All in all I like the shirt. It's a hard to find item.

I went to a Country Music festival in Caboolture Queensland Australia and everyone approached me and complemented on my shirt and asked were I bought it from I explained that my shirt is a Scully Range Wear Frontier Engineer Shirt and I got it on line through Shelpers a lot of people said it reminded them of the late and great and one of my favourite actors John(the Duke) Wayne I am very proud of my shirt and will always wear it with pride and thank you for getting it to me on time for the Music Festival cheers Paul (Bullwaddy Jack) Slater

I bought 2 of these shirts as a present for my husband, and as we are in Australia I agonised over the sizing, changing my mind but luckily too late to change order as when they arrived they fitted perfectly.  Very happy with the quality too, although haven't washed them yet.  He has wanted this style of shirt for as long as I can remember.  Almost impossible to find in Australia.  Thanks also to Shepler's for their speedy order process.  5 days to arrive.

Nice heavy shirt. Size is on the smaller end of the size chart. Meaning could be 1/2 bigger. But still great shirt

My wife got me this for Chistmas. I had another Scully bib style shirt in another color, and it was my favorite casual shirt. I get many comments because it does stand out as being different. The shirt is made of very heavy material which I love. I liked the black one I got for Christmas so well, that I just went on line and ordered the red one also. I'm not really a western dresser, but I love these shirts.

This shirt is a comfortable, quality, generous fit compared to skimpy things I've bought elsewhere in the past. No fear of shrinkage. This is a PERFECT fit, and it's one of the most attractive shirts I've bought yet from Sheplers. Very flattering bib design even makes your shoulders look wider. (My vanity's way of saying it makes my middle look thinner.)

A few years back I purchased one of these from another different company, it lost it's color within a year, also a few of it's buttons, then it tore, absolute rubbish and it was not a cheap one either! I saw this item not so long ago on Shepler's web site and thought I would get one from this company. It turns out it was the total correct decision,. The shirt is great, fits me perfectly, is well made, has kept it's color even after many washes and so far, even when I am struggling though tough countryside,it has yet to lose a single button. I could not ask for a better Engineer Shirt. I would recommend this to all of my friends without a doubt.
