I ordered size 15, I could not even get my foot into the top of the boot. They looked to be a size 12 or less. They they charged me 30.00 dollar return fee, I could see if there was something I didn't like or they were tight or loose but this pair was no where near a size 15. More like a size 12

I am not a fan of exotic animal wear, but bought these between a choice of the royal calfskin. Prior to delivery a bit of research taught me crocodile skin boots are a restricted item and crocodiles are on the endangered species list. What I did purchase was the Lucchese Forde made from American Alligator which was taken off the list in 1997. The Forde are USA made succinct to my conscience and comfortable beyond anything that may be going extinct. My thanks to Sheplers for taking care of the refund and to Lucchese for the amazing Forde Boots, and to the American Alligator.

These are really beautiful Boots. I love the way they look. I wear a 13D I've only worn them In the house on carpet so far. Exotics have a tendency to feel tight on the top some times. Also since they are handmade and your feet may not be exactly the same. In my case the right boot is just a bit tight on the instep. Im just making sure all is a perfect fit. Other than that one tiny thing, they are perfect. Well worth the money.

The ad specifically stated "Crocodile", what I received was Caiman. There is a distinct difference in the reptile and in the leather.

Amazingly soft and supple. Super comfortable. Lucchese all the way. I now have 2 pairs and working on a third.

These have to be the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. Very sharp looking to. This is the most I have ever spent on footwear. Money well spent.

I've been wanting these boots for over 5 years and I finally got the courage to pay for them.  The money was well spent, specially for good, quality boots.  I am extremely satisfied with the leather and the fit.

I bought my Lucchese boots about a month ago and I love them. This is my second pair in as many years and as far as I am concerned my next pair will be Lucchese as well.
