    I’ve struggled with Levi’s my whole life, to find a fit that works for me. I had some Bootcut jeans that I wanted to like, but didn’t. The same thing with some 569’s and some 517’s. I really wanted to like the 501’s, but they fit wrong in the waist and feel baggy in the leg. I had a great pair of Signature boot cut jeans that wore in well, and that I modified with patches as they aged. I wore them until they just disintegrated. 502’s fit me so perfectly that I got rid of all my other jeans and just wear these 502’s exclusively. If you’ve got a slim build, and like a slim fit but aren’t necessarily slim (e.g, have a little extra bulk), give these bad boys a try. I bet you’ll enjoy them. These have given me the opportunity to finally be the fan of Levi’s I’ve always wanted to be.

    This past holiday season brought me closer to Levi’s again, as when I was in my teens, 20’s and even into my 30’s I’ve always had my “Go-To” pair of 501’s or 505’s but now that I’m a bit older, these 502’s are the legitimate contenders, love the way they fit perfectly, but not enjoying the sacristy in their inventory or availability. Nevertheless, I’ll keep rocking my 50’s with my vintage style, Levi’s are my ride or die partner!

    I have spent 100's on Jean's trying to find this fit. The CT custom was close although discontinued. I didn't pull the plug and only purchased 3 pairs. I won't make the same mistake with the 502's.

    Got this for my partner for Christmas. His old jeans had crotch holes. Glad I kept looking and found the 502, as I almost purchase one of the newer, thinner “stretch” style jeans if you know what I mean. These are good old fashioned thick denim jeans. Perfect Sizing, fit great, good color options

    Wasn't really sure what to expect with this style as I am used to a more heavy weight jean (Levi 513). However, these pants fit very well in my thighs and taper nicely. They look relatively skinny without the constricting feel, and are surprisingly easy to move in.

    I have owned these jeans for about 6 months now and have learned my lesson to be careful when washing them. I faded them by being lazy and not sorting my clothes. The only gripe I have about them is after they come out of the dryer and I wear them the first day people think I have skinny jeans on then on like the 4th day of wearing them they start to loosen up. I wear them at work part time hours so I don't wash them after every use.

    The jeans fit well, and are pretty well put together, but it seems like the yarn has just a little too much slub or something, the jeans are not as smooth as a nicer pair of shrink-to-fit 501's or even the cheaper washed jeans. Overall still a good value, but they do feel just a little rough/nappy.

    I was looking or a replacement for my aging 501 CT's since they're discontinued. The 502 fits perfectly, has a small amount of stretch which is nice, it fits like a 501 through the hips and tapers down towards the leg opening. Goes great with boots, Superstars, chucks and loafers for that biz casual friday look etc. Great jeans I will definitely purchase again.

    I’ve been wearing 511s for a while now but wanted something roomier - it seems my hipster days are coming to an end... My first instinct was to go back to 501s. But once you get used to jeans that stretch, it’s a bit jarring to try on ones that don’t. Plus, I love tapered legs. So 502s are a perfect cross between the two styles. They feel great on, with plenty of room in the legs and seat to move around comfortably without being too baggy.

    I like to be barefoot in the house. Typically if I buy jeans to the proper length to wear with shoes/boots, when in the house without footwear, I end up walking on the cuffs and have to roll them up. The taper on these jeans is just enough that they stay on top of my feet. Kudos to the Levi Strauss Company. Another added "plus" is that these jeans have some stretch to them, but the folks at Levi Strauss have found a way to maintain that denim look while doing so. Other stretch jeans have an odd look to them. These jeans are just perfect for me.

My son is growing--getting taller by the minute--but has muscular thighs and larger hips. He can not wear the "skinny" styles but these look very slim on--and are really comfortable.     I have bought Levi's time and time again and the QC with them seems to be getting worse and worse. I ordered 32x34 (which was even suggested by the size and fit guide) and while the length is fine, the waist is entirely to large even with a belt. They bunch up with a belt and are even to large to tuck a shirt into without looking silly.

    Nice pair of cords. They fit like 502 jeans, but without the stretch. As a result, they are tight on me around the thighs but loosen up a bit after some hours of wear. I may go with an athletic taper fit next time, but am happy with the purchase because of the quality. The color is a true hunter green.

    I love the fit of 502 jeans. I just bought my first pair recently, and came back for #2. I wanted a dark wash jean with not contrasting stitching (ALL BLUE). The pictures lead me to believe this is what i had found, but i was wrong. The jean is great, but the stitching is beige. I feel like i may have been shipped the wrong jean!!

    Style and color and material matched the description, unfortunately not the fit. The waist was spot on, but the seat and thighs were a little snug and length just a little short of my previous Levi's 31x34. Levi's 541 athletic fit is probably better if not the best fit for me.

    Why is 32 inseam length shorter than other colors?

    Great jeans and color. Fit an inch shorter than same model in different colors (i.e. blue and tan). Got a 33x32 and the 32 is quite short. Sent one pair back and second pair was a bit longer but still shorter than other 32's.

    Blech. I was hoping for a fit slightly roomier than my usual 511s, but with the 502s of my youth—and the stretch fabric—I chose wrong: my usual waist and length yielded jeans I was swimming in. My belt bunches to hold 'em up, and I have to double cuff. Sadly, I washed them, in hopes they'd shrink, instead of returning them.

    I recent purchased 5 pair of these jeans and returned them all to the store. This stretch material is terrible! After you wear them for a short period of time they stretch,are super baggy and will never buy again until they convert back to the normal material. Very disappointed!

    The flex out...but don't flex back. I may have to wash and (brace yourself) dry these to snug them up a bit. Happy with them so far.

    Being a tall, slim guy it is hard to find jeans that fit and are stylish. These fit me perfectly, not too snug in the hip but still tapered for a good look. Keep making these, Levi's! #win501

    I only can wear Levi's because I am thin because I have been running for over 40+ years distance runner. They fit how your favorite PJ's. They are cut so nice and they don't make me look skinny. They don't hag off my butt and fit me in the crotch very nice and most of all the zipper don't keep coming down like other main brands.
