These boots are just what I was hoping for. I have a hard to fit foot and I told Sheplers what size I wear and they showed me what they had in my size. They fit comfortably out of the box. They are my new favorite boot.

I was extremely excited when I ordered these to see a boot that was wide width. These were so narrow that the other boots I order being a medium with were so much wider. I couldn't get my foot to the point it would turn in the boot. the color was not as pictured as well. These were returned for refund.

The fit is great, I can wear them all day long and not have my feet screaming at me by the end of the night.

Bought these recently and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them. Extremely comfortable!!! I normally order wide and wear a size 10...read other reviews about ordering down a size...Order 9 regular and they fit PERFECT. Definitely order at least one to one and a half sizes down from your normal size. Great boot - very happy with Justin product!!!

These boots are wonderful! Bought them 1/2 size smaller (like was recomended) than what I normally would wear and they fit like a glove. Very comfortable to wear all day in and out of the saddle.

I had gotten a pair of these about 5 years ago and absolutely love them. Decided to get a new pair. Nope. Didn't look the same. The new ones looked cheap and were different coloring. They were returned. Very disappointing.

The soles of these boots rock back in the heel area too much. They're very uncomfortable to just stand in, yet alone walk or do anything else in. It feels like the soles are not robust enough to handle the sway back that the heel has. They feel like they're going to break. I sent them back.

I bought 1/2 size smaller than I usually wear and they are still a little big.   I put some inserts in them and they are perfect.   Super comfy and feel like they were broken in already

These boots are very cute having that well worn already broken in look. 4 stars because if you have a high instep they are the dickens to put on and take off. However some shoe stretch spray and boot stretchers helped stretch that area of the boot. Once you get the boots on they are very comfortable with no toe pinches or hot spots. Very happy I bought these boots.

Picked out some boots to go with my bridesmaids dress for my best friend's country wedding next month. VERY impressed with the delivery time. Was a little worried about the fit of the boots and whether I'd have to send  them back - but absolutely no issues whatsoever! Thanks Sheplers! You couldn't have done better with completing my outfit! :)

The inside of the boots peel really bad and start peeling off the first time you slip your foot in. Also, they’re extremely narrow.

I've been purchasing this same boot now for 10 years ... they're always comfortable, and the rubber sole stands up to everyday wear and tear.

Love the boots, I usually wear an 8 but it seems a little big, would suggest going down a half size!

I read other reviews which advised me to buy a half size smaller and I did this and still felt I should have gone another half size smaller again. I wear an Australian 8 and bought a 7.5 wish I had of gotten a 7. But I love these boots wouldn't trade them for any others.

the boot size is a little bigger than normal. but with a pair of heavy socks they were good.

This was my second pair. I have an 8.5 regular width but they are a bit long and narrow. I tried an 8 wide and couldn’t even get my foot in. I have a high instep. I will keep the 8.5. Really cute. They have already stretched out some. Love the rubber sole.

They look, feel and fit great. Casual or dressy they will look good.

I found the boot in a retail store only to find out they did not have my size in stock so a friend referred me to Sheplers. Went on-line and found the same boot I found in the retail store AND it was a better price with FREE shipping. I made the purchase and it was delivered to my house in 4 days...2 days earlier than was expecting. I have worn them twice and just love them. Thank you Sheplers!!!

Very comfortable. I love the square toe with the ornate stitching, gives a feminine feel to work boots, have had quite a few comments on how nice they are.

I have had these boots for 2 and a half years. I ride 2 horses 6 days a week, and much 10-15 stalls 4 days a week. They are just now ripping a little bit at the bottom. I have used and abused these boots and they are still comfortable as ever, the leather looks great! I have cleaned them 2 times in the entire time I have owned them and oiled them only once. I didnt even know that was possible. Im buying another pair for sure!

I loved the style of these boots in the store but the 8 1/2 B was a tad to narrow for me so I ordered the C and found they are just a little to wide. I will still wear them of course because they are such nice looking boots I will just have to wear socks which are a tad thicker then what I normally wear. These are my second pair of boots which are a little dressier then my everyday pair but they are very comfortable and have not caused any blisters like my other pair did when breaking them in. Overall I am pretty happy with them.

I have a very wide foot so I ordered a c width and am very pleased with the fit. Also found these boots very comfortable , not to mention the compliments on them. I've had a lot of boots in my time and these ones are definitely gonna be one of my favorites.

I am from Australia so I wasn't quite shore what size to go for I am a size 8 AUS so I order a US size 8 1/2 w the size was a bit big but thick socks work I should of went a 7 1/2 .i got the boots in 8 days ,the boots are really comfy luv them

I'm a high school student who had been searching online for a pair a cute boots I could dress up to go out or to work in. I had looked at these online and had been dreaming about them. I was too nervous to order them online. When I went on vacation I was near a sheplers. They only had a size 6B. I typically wear a size 7 with more of a wide foot. So when I tried these on and they fit perfectly, I knew it was fate! As other reviews say, order a smaller size, as much as a whole size smaller. They fit great, are super comfortable (i can wear them all day), the slight heel doesnt bother me, and i like the girly touch of stitching on the shaft. The only thing to be aware of is the opening is a bit small. I have pretty normal calves, not too big and they are just the right size. If I were to gain any weight there they would be snug. But as all of y'all boot owners know, they do stretch out and relax as they get worn In. Just something to be careful about.

If ordering from Australia, order size larger for safety...ie 9 if you usually are an 8-9. [...]

I usually wear a size 10 in shoes, but needed a 9 in these. They are comfortable and look great with jeans.
