    i really wanted a pair of cowboy boots and Sheplers seemed to be the ideal place to buy them from as I was visiting friends in America and could collect then. Delivery was prompt and they were received in good time, The boots were ideal not a high heel (I'm 6'3" )and a round toe...they look better than in the picture...I am a 45(European) and the 11.5 ee fitted well...all in all I am very satisfied with my purchase and am looking at another pair..

    The "removable orthotic insert and the "shock absorbing gel heel pad" was NOT in the boots. I am still waiting for these to be sent to me. This explains why the boots felt too big. When I recieve the inserts, I am sure they will be great boots.

    I have owned these boots for a month and a half and the stitching on the sole is falling apart. Justin Boots wants me to pay to send them back so they can see if this is a defect. Again I have only had them a month and a have, I would venture to guess this issue is a defect.

    The boots were a hit with our son but after trying them on one boot was narrower than the other. He has taken them back to get another pair. The service was good and we got the boots in a timelyh manner.

    I bought these online after trying some on at a store. I wanted them because they look great, needed black boots, are top quality and made in the United States of America by US Citizens. My Justin Roper are comfortable and great looking. I placed my order and the boots were on my front steps within a day or two.

    The only problem is when they get wet, the black bleeds through the seams and stains your socks. Also the new boot leave black marks on the floor when wet. stopped after a couple days.

    Boot was comfortable first time I wore them,and it looks good for dressing up,and eventually for a riding boot.

    The thick upper leather will Tear at the topps of your feet as you try pulling them off. The thin fake garbage that they use on the bottum, runs under the think leather upper leaving a brutle ridge to tear at your feet. Probley go back to having the bottums replaced on my vitage pairs of all AMERICAN made Justins.

    Frankly, I am disappointed with thse boots. I've bought other boots (Roper Lacers) from Shelpers in the past and have always been satisfied. Not so with these Justin Boots. There are seams on the left and right insides of the boots that are just huge bumps all the way down the inside of the boot. These seams rub up against your legs as you're walking or any other activitity and are at the very least annoying. If worn for any length of time they'd surely cause bruising on my legs.

    I love these boots. I am usually a size 12 and the first pair I ordered were size 12 and they were a touch too small, so this time I ordered size 13 and they are perfect and I can wear thick socks with them. Make sure you order one size bigger.

    I bought these Roper boots because I needed pull ons due to nerve damage in my feet and rubber heels to be quiet in my workplace, as well as being inconspicuous at work .... They fitted my needs perfectly ..... I have never had boots that fitted so comfortably straight out of the box

    Boot seemed nice enough for the price.  I ordered a B width but had to return the boots because they were way to wide.  With all the Competition on the internet I was a little disappointed with the $10 restocking fee but I do understand it takes man power to make it happen. Sorry

    Love the look and feel of this boot. I bought it in a 12EE. The boot may run a bit wider than i thought it would. Boot fit well right out of the box but I'm afraid that as I wear it more it might stretch out a bit as it "breaks in". May need to use an insole insert in the future.
