    I GOT MY BOOTS IN A FEW WEEKS AGO AND THEY WERE A PERFECT FIT. I WORE THEM THAT SAME WEEKEND WHILE OUT DANCING AND STILL KEPT VERY COMFORTABLE AND NO FATIGUE. THE QUALITY IS SUPERB AND THEY FEEL AS THEY WERE MADE JUST FOR ME.

    I have worn Justin Ropers for years and I love the fit after a short break-in period. The boots I ordered online fit fine but the color was a little to dark for my taste. I was going to San Antonio for business so I went by your store and they exchanged them for a lighter colored boot. Very friendly and professional group in San Antonio. I would definitely shop there again.

    they seem to run larger than a regular size in a good\named boot that i would normally wear, they have a tendacy to pull your socks down. i would say that any onewould probably be better with a half size smaller, and also you should waar a good sock with any boot regardless.

    The boots looked fantastic. The quality was great. The leather was smooth and shiny like glass. However, the width was a bit narrower than usual. So, I need a wider width in this particular style. But, that's okay.

    I thought the price outstanding for Justin boots so I went for it. I ordered on a Monday and they arrived on Thursday. They fit perfectly. This is a great looking boot at any price. I highly recommend them. I could not be happier.

    Bought them 2 weeks ago and they are nice boots - tend to run a little tight so suggest getting one size wider (E instead of D). Otherwise a good buy for the money.

    When my husband first tried them on he couldn't get his foot in them, I was worried! He then put on thinner socks until he got them stretched now they fit perfect!

    The boots I received in the mail had been a returned item. I was able to tell by a scratch on the boot and heel along with the scrapping on the sole from walking on cement. I was disappointed in this as I have spent $1651.95 give or take a few dollars st Boot Barn since last March. I did call customer service right away. They offered me 20% off on my next purchase and I will be returning the item.

    These boots look great and are really comfortable, but I suggest ordering a half size down from what you usually wear in shoes. I wear an 11D and had to get a 10 1/2D for these to fit right. Great boots, I highly recommend them.

    I don't know what I can say yet just got them 8 hours ago so the only thing I can say is that I had ordered a size 10 EE the first time and they were a little to big so I then ordered a 9.5 EE and they fit good.

    Justins dress ropers make for the perfect dress/office shoes in my opinion. The walking heel and round toe is practical. The boot is comfortable and fits true to size. A few better looking ones are out there if you search hard and long enough, but at triple the price. Sheplers was fairly priced and with excellent service.

    Why no short inseams for jeans? There are still short rounded guys around. I take 36x29s but you no longer carry the short inseam. I haven't had a catalog in ages.

    Thirty years ago, I couldn't conceive of wearing ropers; real boots had pegs and shanks and heels. Now, on the far side of 60, with cranky feet, ropers make life easy. Justin has done a nice job with these: true fit, no break-in required and handsome. A few months will establish the longer-term quality of the materials and construction, but they're looking and feeling good from the start. Excellent value.

    I've been wearing Justin boots for the last past decade and I have this style in every color they have ever been made in.I wear my Black Spanish Kipskin Justins with Sharp Super 100 black wool business suits, my down right awesom rough-outs with my jeans and long jean skirts and my regular black Justin's on casual day at work with a black business jacket and jeans. These boots are stylish, fashionable, durable and chic all at the same time. I replenish my supply of Justin's about every two years and give the old ones to charity because they're still in great shape. Bottom-line, it's the best boot in the world.

    I've worn cowboy boots, work boots and I believe these Justin ropers are as confortable as any I've ever worn. I bought them mainly for dress, and really don't wear them every day, but I trully would recommend them to anyone. My Dad wore them when he was working in Mexico, South Texas and Southen New Mexico. Plainly speaking, these are good boots for any kind of activity.

    The color is somewhat darker/more tan than pictured but still looks sharp. I've been wearing these boots throughout the day and find them very comfortable. Fit is true to size.

    I have a pair of these in black they are excellent boots and good value for the money. I wanted a pair in brown which I just ordered. Shepler's is the only online company I trust. The boots fit well out of the box and like my black pair are comfortable for everyday all day wear. Remember, with boots you should buy boot socks. I will buy another pair of Justin boots from Shepler's shortly and without hesitation.

    I have an office job, and I wear my ropers to work sometimes. When I do, no one knows that I have boots on because they have a normal looking heel and body,and they are just a comfortable as ostrich.

    I bought them about three weeks and thought they would be easier to get into after wearing them a few times. I should have ordered the next size up and they are a bit tough to get into but once on, they are comfortable.

    The boots fit acceptably - I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I usually wear (as recommended), but stuck with a wide, which I usually wear. My right foot is a bit larger than my left so I always suffer a looseness in my left shoe. However, both are a little loose, the left more so. A full size smaller may have been a perfect fit, but I've never had a perfect fitting shoe in 74 years and doubt that. A full size may well have been too small.

    Feel and look fashionable. I ride a motorbike and when I get down, it does not seem like I wear boots. I added a 1.5 mm vibram thin sole to the leather front part of the sole for better grip - maybe this should be a service to be added to the Sheplers offer

    I had an old pair that finally wore out . I was unable to find a replacement pair that I liked the local boot store. I was apprehensive to purchase boots online but did it anyway.     These boots are perfect. They fit so well, I thought I had on an old pair of Saunders (which I always felt were the best boots made). Perfect fit out of the box. No hot spots - they just kept getting better. The workmanship is terrific. No rough edge seams on the inside. Solid construction outside and the leather soles are not slippery when wet like some other makes. After repeated everyday use, the toe box and foot look as good as new ...no wrinkles or annoying creases. Oh yeah and the price is very good.

    Perfect boot for me! I've worn this style boot since High School (Graduated 1967!), including all four years in the US Air Force with all uniforms - BDU's; Summer Dress; Winter Dress. Only approved 'non-military' footwear that was allowed! Easy on, easy off. And always looks like dress shoes.

    Bought a month ago and I am enjoying them very much. It seems that the  "d" width was a bit narrower than some other brands but it still works.

    I've owned several pairs of these boots, and they mostly last 18-24 months before resoling. These gave out in 9 months. Sheplers originally sent me the correct size as ordered and they were tight and painful - I had to exchange them for 1/2 size larger, which was fine. The process took an inordinate amount of time, however. I'm not sure I'd order this product again, and I'm not sure I'd order it from Sheplers.

    Boots are quite handsome. I ordered 10 and 1/2 D but found them to be tight so had to take to shoe and boot establishment to stretch even after wearing several times.They fit great now with the added stretching

    These Justine Ropers are some of the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. Perfect fit, the color was spot on. The price point was also great. They shipped right from the Justin factory in TX. Only issue at this time, is the strong leather smell. Maybe this will go away with time.

    These boots are gorgeous and a great value for the price. Comfy enough to wear all day and all evening. I bought the black cherry color and they are stylish and I regularly get compliments on them. This is my second pair of these (first pair lasted about 2 yrs until resole). Recommended.
