I llike the looks of the hat, the way it fits and the shade provided by the brim. The holes in the crown should be a good cooling feature in the summer.

Good quality for the price, durable. Fits true. I was 7-3/8” in the Army and this hat fits perfectly. Not too snug and doesn’t feel like it might fall off in the wind. I like em enough I bought an extra natural and a black for summer informal events.

The vents in the crown really help keep you cool during the hot Texas summer. Nice styling too

Stayed on even at 55 in a top down Jeep Wrangler. Keeps the sun off and the vents really work. There actually open enough to let in the odd cool breeze when it shows up.

My first straw hat , and it will not be my last , I cant believe how light it is , yet it stays on my head even in strong winds. I now know why I see so many cowboys wearing straw hats .I am really pleased with my purchase yet again .

When I bought this hat I was worried that it would not fit and that it would be to hot even in the summer. Thankfully it was not. The hat fit perfectly and the holes in the top keep you cool. The best thing about the hat is I wanted a really nice straw hat without a huge price tag and this was it. Very well made and looks even better in person!! Highly recommended.

I bought this hat to replace another hat that was 2 years old. The headband in my old hat was falling apart so I bought the same hat again because I liked it so much!

Must have been a great hat and tasty, had another one just like it and my dog chewed it up!

Good hat for every day chores, or relaxing. This is my second go round with the Justin 20x, and haven't been disappointed. Size fit perfectly, un like the variables you may find with more expensive hats.

I am a woman and this hat is for me. I needed a straw hat with ventilation, but it had to be somewhat sturdy. I like the look. It looks of quality and it was a reasonable price. I haven't worn it yet as I bought it for an occasion that is in the near future. I am anxious to see if it can withstand some wear & tear

I like the fit and appearance of this hat, it has adequate venting for summer ear most of the time.

Ordered on line for 7 1/8 although it came in a little big it will shrink to fit with a bit of wear and heat.

I had a terrible experience with your company. It was my first online experence and my last with you.It would appear that you have no quality assurance in your online sales. I have shopped like items in your store and ordered the same item and it was dissapointing. The hat I ordered was a travesty. the design on the crown is off center, broken in places and very shoddly done. It was not done in shipping as the package was recieved in good order. It points to your employees not checking an item when they package it. I chose not to send it back because of the fee and it is not worth my time. I will trash it and buy a quality like item from some other outlet. I buy a new stetson hat every 3 years. I buy a new straw hat every 2 years. This has been my practice for over 40 years. Hat was crooked and off-center. Looks cheap. Poorly manufactured.

Cuz has to wear western clothes as part of his job, playing music. [...] Local stores cost twice what he paid. Just wish you all would carry more gaudy western shirts. He has all you are currently selling. Perhaps something in green & purple & pink.

Overall the hat is nice and looks good. Construction seems good too. However, the shaped crown is not high enough for my head, which is hard to judge in a hat ordered on the internet. If you have a higher forehead, it's good to be able to try them on.
