Very pleased with my purchase! A great addition to my boot collection.

I received a pair a boots for my wife... and the bottoms were all marked up... like if they were used... smh.. if I purchase a pair of boots.. they need to be non marked... I understand they get tried on... but they should be displays ONLY... not actual the ones everyone is trying on...very upset with my purchase...!!!!!

Red is where it's at and these boots will take you there.

They are beautiful boots. I would have kept them, but they did not fit me.10 was too big, 91/2 was still too big. 9 was too small. UGH I so badly wanted these boots. Sizing was just off for me feet.

very comfortable, was able to walk around all night in them with no blisters or pain! however, I already have chips in the red from stubbing the toe. wish they were a little more durable! TTS

The boots are beautiful and extremely comfortable. I was a bit disappointed that they are not as red as they appeared on the website.

Beautiful boots fit perfectly however the soles looked a little worn

The boot is super cute and everything but a lot is the sticking and detail is very off and one of the boots I got looked like it’s already been worn.

Although they are nice looking boots, they really arent ALL THAT. Color is nice. Leather is stretched way too thin so the tips of boots look like they wont be worn long , before scraping off leather and the heels arent even wood- its f'n plastic ! I have many other boots that are made well that didnt cost nearly as much as these. Wish I would have gotten the Dan Post boots. Way to go endorsing a cheaply made product, Miranda Lambert ! NOT.

Disappointed with the purchase. It was the 2nd pair of Idyllwind Boots and they were a gift. The fit is completely different than the first pair. Not sure why they are made so different

Love the boots, it’s a color that I been wanting for a long time, but was a bit bombed out 🙁 that I got the display boots. I hadn’t opened them as soon as they were delivered because I was out of town. So didn’t notice it until a few weeks after. Other than that love the boots.

So cute. Good length, mid calf. Great quality. Even more beautiful in person. Make sure you break in before officially wearing. If you have thicker calves these might not be for you.

These boots are perfection! I wanted just the right shades of red, and these deliver. Fit is exactly right (I sometimes have to size . 5 up) but not this time. Beautiful!

I loved the boot; however, I had to return them. These boots are not made for people with wide feet.

Well normally I would be raving on and on about these boots which I have many from this brand but this time I had ordered this red pair and this pink pair and was so excited to get them and so the day they arrived at my door I was shocked to see a beat up box and I took it inside to open it and when I opened the box I was shocked to see two pairs of boots just thrown into a box on top of one another. This is not how any of my other orders have ever came from Boot barn or Country Outfitters. I take one boot out and the soles of them look as if they had been worn on a hard gravel road already then just taken off and put into this box. So I inspected the other pair and they were the same way even a little worse on the second pair . One of the boots looked like it had been drug along something very rough and so the outside of the bottom of the boot was rough and torn . So in total disbelief I just put them back into this box and took them back to the closest store to me a day later which was in Wichita,Kansas. Normally I would receive my boots in separate boot boxes and they would ship both boxes into one big box. So I have taken both pairs back and told them in Wichita at the East store and they were very helpful and nice and they refunded my money immediately. I did try to see if they had different ones to just replace these but no luck. So all in all I love Boot Barn and will continue to buy from them but I was very disappointed in this order and was actually shocked that someone that works for your company thought that the way they put together the order , knowing the shape the boots were in , and then the way they were packaged was going to be okay with the customer was mind blowing! I have NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH ANY OF MY ORDERS before this one . I have handled the situation and received my money back . So hopefully whom ever works in shipping will get another training session in quality control , packaging, and shipping quality and can actually feel good about what they just shipped out and without a doubt know the customer will be satisfied and happy with their order.
