Comfortable right out of the box, gets even better

Extremely comfortable, fully waterproof, very stylish - Great, durable boots. Will definitely buy again. One satisfied customer.

I actually bought this boot for the forthcoming Winter. I want better ankle support and a boot that was waterproof. I wanted the boot to fit well and it does.

Very comfortable work boots, easy on and off

    Oct 26, 2014
Very physical outdoor job needed something sturdy and safe and dry but easy to remove and slip back on...these are, so far, perfect!

    great boot

Great boot, exactly what i was looking for. The fit isright on

    Best boot I ever bought.

    Mar 28, 2021
I received the boots at the end of August 2020. Wore them inside for one month to brake in on (Tiffany's advice) than treated them with Sno-Seal. And a Michigan winter with no leaks and dry feet what more can I say. Size 91/2 W fit is perfect.

So good I bought 2 pair

    Jul 6, 2021
This is my second pair of this High Romeo boot. I loaned my 1st pair to my son for a hiking trip. He liked them so much I gave them to him and ordered the second pair for me. This is a tough, well-made and stylish multi-purpose boot.

    a great shoe

u know the first day you wear a shoe if it is going to be a winner or a pain in the foot and these are winners. They seem well made so i am pretty optimistic that they will hold up.

    High Romeo boot

    Jan 30, 2018
I bought my pair about a month ago They are stiff right out of the box. Can’t wait to break them in. No other problems though structurally sound and a good looking boot and true to size.

    Love this boot!

I work in window cleaning and pressure washing, so I'm bending, climbing, squatting and standing all day. This boot is perfectly comfortable in every situation and posture that I find myself in. I have bought one pair a year for the last five years and wear them winter and summer, rain or shine, with shorts or jeans.

    Great Boot

I've become a fan of slip-on boots, but the quality of my "go-to" brand has declined. I found these on the Internet, read the reviews and ordered them. I wear an 8.5 W, and out of the box my widest foot was a tad tight. However, the boot stretched pretty quickly and within a day they were perfect. I took the dog for a hike the day I got them, and the boots didn't need any break-in time - perfect out of the box! They are also 100% waterproof, as advertised. Really nice boot, great craftsmanship and high quality!

Great boot, but be sure on the width you order.

    Oct 26, 2023
The boot is very nice looking and well built. Unfortunately, I had to return them at the store when I picked them up after trying them on, as the WIDE width offered is not wide enough for my foot. The boot is an "E" width at best. I need an "EE" or even a "EEE" width in some boots.

    The best slip on around

    Feb 13, 2015
I bought these boots from Heim's Shoe Store in Grafton,WI. I have had the same pair for three years and I love them. All I have had to do is clean them and polish them every few months. The bottoms barely show any wear and the leather has minimal cracking but that is due from the salt. I wear them in the winter and summer. Don't get them to tight or else your feet will be cold in winter. I highly recommend this boot. They last long, easy to get on, comfortable. Also, if you know someone who repairs shoes, they can be re heeled or re soled. I have tried other Georgia boots and this is by far the best for the use and price. If you can...buy these from your local shoe store and not online.

    Great summer boot!

    Sep 15, 2016
I wear these around the farm in the summer. They fit perfect and are very comfortable right out of the box. Feet don't get too hot on those 90 degree days!

    Good boot but not breathable

    Jan 9, 2018
Liked everything about this boot when i researched them. Been wearing the snap on slip on boots but got tired of the high price so i went with these. Overall good boot it fit well, looks good and perform good however they are not breathable at least for me anyways. I work outside 12-16 hrs a day and these had my feet sweating so badly my socks would be wet at the end of the day and it hasn’t gotten above 45 degrees since i bought them. No way i could wear them during summer. Good boot other than that but not breathable at all so now i’m looking for another pair of boots and thats why i gave them 2 stars

    GR262 boots

Bought these boots in 2009.Have worn them almost every day since, from working to snow removal, cutting the grass , everything imaginable. Soles are just about done but still extremely comfortable

    Not wide enough

    Nov 30, 2015
I can't give a proper review, though I was looking forward to these boots, because the wide size was too tight on my feet.

Easy to pull in and off. Great wearing boot

    Jan 18, 2015
I got my boots a month and a half ago and would rather wear these than my Nike running shoes.

    Great boot!

    May 1, 2018
This is a well made boot at a reasonable price. The fit is slightly snug, so if you plan to wear them with heavy thick socks, you may want to get a half size larger than usual.

Great Boot. Good replacement for Ariat Hognose boot

    Bad for sweaty feet.

    Dec 6, 2022
They look great and are comfortable, but if you get sweaty feet they will stink super bad. Not sure why. I have Red Wings and Ecco’s that do not smell at all after a whole day of sweaty feet.

    Great Boot!

    Feb 27, 2022
This boot was my first Georgia Boot purchase and I am hooked! These were my EDC boots for 6 years of hard use. Keep in mind I'm 6'4 and my weight fluctuates from 250 to 275 depending on the time of the year. I always buy work boots because as an Eagle Scout and former Marine being prepared on an everyday basis is the only way I feel comfortable. I always have 2 pair of boots. One to work and a "casual" pair. When my work boot wears completely out my "casual" boot becomes my new work boot. So the first year or so of these boots they didn't see much but rainy days and mud here and there. They always got compliments. By the time it was time to graduate them they still looked practically brand new, only darker due to being treated to bi monthly obenauf treatments. I'm hard on boots as a commercial mower. Yes, they are comfortable enough to wear in Louisiana summer heat and light enough too(the weight is obviously up to the individual user). Lesser boots and sneakers can't stand the abuse of being blasted with grass thrown off the weedeater and barely make a single season before they are splitting. Weedeating is the worse abuse you can do to any boots leather. Most pros use rubber boots then switch to leather boots or sneakers to run the z- turn. Mine were dual use and other professionals mocked me because grass cakes the boots within minutes of weed eating, and daily aggressive cleaning is enough to ruin most leather boots. Daily scrubbing, less than a minute per boot and weekly obenauf treatments kept these in top shape. I would quick clean them and meet the other guys at the bar in the same boots after work! My "casual" boot saw 1 or 2 days a week because these were true all day EDC boots. They took that almost daily abuse for 3 years and were still ready for more. I switched jobs and was building long walls in a mobile home factory. These guys came with. I put new insoles and got going. Most guys wear sneakers because it's concrete floors and we walk miles a day running around an 80 foot table. My boots were as comfortable as sneakers with the protection I craved from "man shoes!!" I put 4 or 5 10 hour days on these boots a week. Sheet rock dust covered them for weeks at a time and cleaning didn't give them a good enough clean to wear to bars after work, but they were functioning flawlessly. Other guys with sneakers would buy new sneakers and I buy a set of insoles. I never really wore these boots out alpha glue did. It's an industrial super glue and it dripped onto the boots at random times and it hardened quickly. Sucking out moisture and it took the top layer of the leather off if you peeled it off so I justblet it build up. I am in no fault blaming the leather. If it dried on your skin it would peel skin off! After 3 years they were just ugly but still functioning well. I was promoted and didn't have to work with the glue that destroyed the look of my boot. So I graduated my Georgia Boot 6 inch lace ups(which I love, but miss the convenience of a chelsea). Without the glue Idk how much longer they would have lasted. They were still comfortable but much worse for wear. If you buy these as a casual boot they would last forever and look great doing it. I got a year casual and over 6 hard use, bordering on abuse, years out of these work boots. I highly recommend these boots and was reluctant to find a different offering from these guys but I love my Georgia One lace up! Been my "casual" boot for years and look brand new! You can get higher grade boots, but that's only if you want to resole them. That's just not for me. These boots are a great price for years of use.
