    Boot Barn shipped me two different sized boots. They've offered me no way to resolve the issue since the size I need is now "out of stock." All they did was refund the money and now I have to try and buy them elsewhere.

    This review goes to the management of the store. While making a recent purchase of the boots I became frustrated with the sales experience. Background: I found the boots I wanted on the store shelf but could only find one of the boots. Tom and Maggie who offered to assist tried for 20 minutes to find my other boot with no luck. I still wanted the boots so I asked Tom to order a pair and I would pick them up in the store when they arrived. He led me over to an ordering kiosk where he helped me get through the process to order my boots. My boots came is the following week and i picked them up. The boots are great! Comments for Management: -Your sales/inventory help needs more training to handle situations like this one. Suggestions for Management: -Following the help around the store looking for my boot i saw several unmatched pairs on the rack. I am guessing the missing boot is not a one off scenario. Whoever keeps track of shelf inventory needs to be better trained. Before the store opens for business everyday someone needs to walk around the store and touch every boot to make sure they have a matching pair no matter if one gets pulled for a display they need to know where the stock is on the floor! Customer Frustration: -When people come in a higher end store front crawling with sales staff asking to help at every turn they expect boots on the rack to come in pairs not an excuse and than be shuttled over to a computer kiosk.

    After years of wearing Ariat Boots I learned that they were not made in the USA. I wanted an all American boot and I found these. The looked like they were high quality. It took me three pairs to find the right combo of width and length. I ended up going with a half size smaller and the wide even through I do not have really wide feet. When the boots came they were more orange looking than the picture online. The sole is really nice along with the heel. The leather seems thicker and stiffer than my Ariats which means it has taken a much longer time to break in. I ended up getting a different insole for the boot because the ones it came with were not very comfortable and I needed a little more space to be taken up so my heel was not coming up. I wish I could say that these boots are super comfortable, after three months they are not. I think they will last a long time though. The orange color has faded some to look more tan.

    Very comfortable, dailey were boot that doesn't slip in the rough stuff. Great for office to field use. Too bad I have had to have the heels replaced twice, but the rest of the boot is fine. Dailey wear for over 3 years!!!

    Great boots ! American made + little Flag are Great. They do seem to run about 1/2 size large. I have VERY wide feet, the size 11 /2E width was excellent but the length was 1/2 size too long, had to exchange, probably because of wide ,square toe. No problem, Boot barn was Great !

    I bought the EE size which is normally wide. But these still fit tight. I still had to stretch them for proper fitting. The soles are comfortable though.

    I bought these same boots in a different style for my fiancé years ago. He loved them. I bought these boots for him this year and he loves them just as much! He says they are the comfiest boots he owns. He’s tough on boots as well and these have held up. Boots fit true to size.

    Really good durable boot I usually wear Ariat but always wanted a pair of Double H boots, I was always hesitant because of the price but I finally pulled the trigger on a pair. Although runs half size small. I wear a 9 but needed a 9 1/2.

    Great quality and I love it's made in the USA and we are supporting our workers. My only issue is (reason for not 5 stars) the left boot feels looser than the right boot. Not a a dealbreaker for me I still love the quality of these handmade boots. They are handmade and the size 10d fit perfect (except the small issue I aforementioned). I will buy another pair of Double H as soon as I can. I wish Shepler's would ship using USPS Priority instead of UPS ground.

    First off, Ignore the bad reviews. These boots fit perfect out of the box. I wear an 11 EE and that’s what I ordered. They fit perfect with the exact amount of slip. When I first put them on I did not want to take them off. The leather quality is excellent. The boots do it all. Riding horses, working in the field. These boots are amazing.

    After they sent the correct boot, I found the size to be about 1/2 size too large. I wear an 11EE but these would fit better as a 101/2 EE. Unfortunately, they won,t let me return them. After they messed up the first order and sent the wrong boot, the shipped the correct pair and canceled the order. So now I have no avenue to exchange. The order number shows canceled so according to them, I have nothing to exchange.

    Great selection and fast shipping from Sheplers! The boots are the highest quality and made in the USA! It’s good to see we are still making products with this level of quality here in the USA! They are somewhat comfortable from the first wear but get better every day. I haven’t had a day where I was glad to finally get them off as I’ve had with others. The leather looks great too.

    These boy looks great. Sizing is off by a half size smaller. I own Justins and Ariats, both same size. I ordered HH in the same size but returned for an exchange. They were super narrow and about a half size too small. I ordered a half size up and the EE, just hope that will do the trick, they looked great! We will see

    AMERICAN UNION MADE! MY FIRST PAIR OF BOOTS OTHER THAN STEEL TOE WORK BOOTS. EXCELLENT QUALITY, FIT, LOOK. BROKE IN WITH NEW SOCKS IN ABOUT A WEEK OF WORK. FROM WORK TO PLAY. SO FAR WOULD BY FROM THEM AGAIN.

    Outstanding fit and comfort! I really love the extra stitching, thicker leather and reinforced sems! I wear these boots every day for ranch chores, and horseback riding, so they have to be tough, and these are! I would most definitely purchase these boots again, and would recommend to a friend...!!!     Been wearing these going on three years, abused boots and they put up with it, heel is less than 100% but these boots have seen miles! Bought them because my steel toes would push both pedals in the harvest truck and daily driving. From there they became my daily wear, in the shop, in the field, down to the store, everything. Been sliced with sheet metal and didn't go all the way through the leather. After year one the sides split up the stitches but I consider it a more custom and comfortable fit :D . When these ones finally give up the ghost I fully intend on buying another pair of the exact same. Overall I highly reccomend

    I bought these boots over 5 years ago and it is now finally giving up the ghost. It has been one of the toughest boots that I have owned and one of the most comfortable. Stitching is starting to come undone on the upper, by the heal. The toes are worn down with no more leather. After working in these boots for such a long time; well over due. AND... these boots are MADE IN THE U.S.A. I will not buy a pair of boots not made in the U.S.A.

    I’m a boot guy, that’s all I wear everyday. This is a Great boot! Getting it broken in and it’s getting better by the day. First pair of Double H’s, normally a die hard Tony Lama or Rocky guy. (Depending on the occasion). From what I’ve seen you’ll have to go up a half size, I did. Recommend this brand of boot.

    The left boot and the right boot were not cut the same. One fit well and the other was loose around the top of the foot and the leg. Boot Barn is taking this up with the Manufacturer for me, hopefully it gets resolved quickly. The heel to toe drop was greater than what I am used to with my Ariat and Dan Post boots. The arch created by this could be a problem for some. The boots look great, and the insoles and outsoles would make for a comfortable wear if I can get used to the arch - I just wish both boots fit the same!

    I've had them a couple of months and they just get more comfortable everyday.They are made of thick leather so they take time to break in.I wear a size 12 I tried on a 11.5 and the fit was perfect.

    Absolutely the best boots I have ever purchased and worn. I've had Lucchese, Justin, Nocona, Ariat and some custom made boots, however these Double H Boots are the best. That's saying a lot coming from a self made boot expert. What I like about these boots - Made in the USA, color, tough premium leathers, durable soles and heels, double stitched welts, wide square toe, boot height, expert stitching throughout, extremely comfortable foot bed cushion, reasonably priced, quality made and fast shipping. These boots require some breaking in, however they are comfortable right out of the box. I normally wear a 12D and that's what I purchased. The fit is perfect.

    Nice boots but they have change their width sizes. A “D” width used to be wide. Now they have changed to a “EE”. My husband has another exact pair this is why we know this. He loves these boots and they have lasted a long time. Unfortunately they did not have a size on hand that fit him. But great durable boot.
