Bought s a Mother's Day gift for my wife, the overalls are a big hit. And she looks great in them. A little long in the leg as delivered, but that's easily remedied, Real workwear that looks good is rare, and these set the standard.

I use these coveralls to work in the garden and yard. They are sturdy and fit well. The only thing I do not like is the length of the pant leg. It seems to be about 6 inches longer than it should be, and I am 5"8" tall. I just roll them up or tuck them in my boots. I like the pockets and the shoulder straps are very comfortable.

These overalls are the best for dealing with the high summer temperatures and red clay soil in the south. I would normally wear a large but bought an extra large to have plenty of "breathing room" when I do yard work in 90 plus degree heat. Great protection from the sun, bushes and thorns while mowing and trimming but also loose enough to provide plenty of air flow and avoid the dreaded prickly heat rash. A quick pre-treat with stain remover before washing removes the red clay stains on the knees and cuffs. Highly recommend these overalls for women who get hot and dirty doing yard work!

these overalls are extremely comfortable, wide leg, and soft. they also run at least a size big - i generally wear 12/large but a medium was perfect. they are intended as work overalls [not the tween fashion line dickies also makes] and so far are just right for carpentry. not sure how well the fabric will hold up longterm, but the price is right

Very comfortable and cute! The material is thinner than I thought, it’s not like a heavy jean like I expected but that’s fine. Also, I ordered the stonewashed medium blue shade but the overalls look more like the dark indigo shade. I don’t know if that was just a shipping or manufacturing mistake, but I didn’t care too much... I’m 5’5, about 110 pounds, and am usually a size small in clothes so I ordered a small. I have to roll up the pant legs about 3 times to get them to not drag on the floor, so the overalls are VERY long and baggy, but that's what I wanted!

I wanted to love these and bought two pairs in XS (in medium stonewash and dark indigo). The medium stonewash are over an inch shorter from waist to top of bib and I must wear the straps all the way extended and the bib comes to an awkward place on my lower chest, while the indigo fit perfectly with room to spare, rise higher on my chest, and are longer in torso and strap. I wish I had known the stonewash ran shorter - I would have ordered up a size in that color. The XS dark indigo fit perfectly. Disappointed because I'm not sure if I should try to return the XS medium stonewash for a larger size, or if the size variations are just due to manufacturing variations. I'll try to post a picture of the overalls side by side.

Love these! Nice thick cotton but flexible. Softens up in the wash. I’m 5’2 and ordered a medium. They are very long so have to double cuff them.

I love wearing my new overalls. The fit is quite relaxed. Please note that the fit of the waistband is over the hips, I prefer to wear the waistband at my hips so I wear with the straps all the way down and I like it this way. I am loving the hickory stripe!

I haven’t had the chance to wash and dry them yet so I don’t know about shrinkage. I wear about a 34 1/2 inseam and these work for me. I bought two sizes just in case of shrinkage. The xxl was way too big before washing and the xl fit just right. I wear any where from a 16 to 18 depending on the maker of the pants. They are very comfortable and feel heavy duty enough to do work outside, like clearing brush.

I have searched all over for a pair of bib overalls without any luck at all. So glad I come across Dickies! I bought two pair, one dark and the lighter. They are so comfortable. I do have to have mine hemmed due to me only being 5’4” tall. I purchased the extra small after reading other reviews. (I’m approximately 124 lbs) I highly recommend these bib overalls.

I’d say I’m in between a L and XL typically so I ordered the XL in the camel and the pink and both are very roomy. I’m also 5’ 6” and usually wear platforms and they definitely need to be hemmed at least 2 inches. I tried washing them in hot water and they did not shrink, but I still like them! I wish they’d come out with ones with silver hardware.

I am happy with how this product fits. Fabric weight is a disappointment, but everything now seems to be manufactured with thinner material no matter where you purchase from. Both times I ordered this product the wrong color was sent. Since the fit is so good I will keep regardless.

The overalls were lovely and I wanted them to work, however the fit just wasn’t right for me. I had to lengthen the straps quite a lot to fit, and then at that point they were open very low on the sides which I wasn’t comfortable with. They were also quite large, especially in the torso, for an XS; the proportions were just very off for me, but otherwise they would’ve been really nice!

I own a Glasshop where I am constantly cutting glass and needing protection through my belly area and legs. Was looking for some soft comfy overalls that were not skin tight that fit traditionally and looked fun and funky for this 52-year-old artsy chick. These were absolutely perfect! Runs large and short waisted. I’m 5 foot 9, 145 pounds and these overalls are not for taller ladies. Even with the extenders loosened all the way I had a major wedgy. And then they were huge in the waist area and low on the sides. You could see my underwear they were so wide and low on the sides. So disappointing because the material, color, and leg length are so perfect!

I bought an XS in the darker denim and a S in the lighter denim. The XS was made in Guatemala and the S in Vietnam. I'm 5'4" , 127 . Long torso. The bib on the XS was over an inch longer from the top of the bib to the waist compared to the small, so the xs worked better for me. They didn't ride up as much in the back, which can be a common problem with overalls. Could use a little more room in the thigh and knee areas but the small was also too baggy. The length, as most reviews stated, is long...about 3-3.5" too long for me.

I love these overalls! This is my second pair, the first pair I ordered were a little too big but I still wear them! These are fitting me perfectly. Normally wear a size 10 and I ordered a medium and they’re perfect. Great quality, launder up nicely and the denim weight is perfect for me. Not too heavy.

I've worn and worked in these twice now, shifting wood from where it was dumped into stacks for the winter. These overalls did exactly what I wanted them to do. I can slip them on over shorts and a t-shirt and they protect my legs. The only problem I have is that the t-shirt creeps up and tries to choke me when I'm leaning over to pick up the wood. I think a v-neck might work better. Will be perfect for working in brush. I ordered a medium. I'm 5'2" and 150 lbs. I did have to cuff the legs pretty severely.

I like the overalls very much and will be wearing them a lot this summer when working in my garden! They are well made and sturdy so will hold up through many washings and wearings. I will say that they do run big--at least for me. I ordered a size small which most closely matched my measurements but if I order another pair in the future, I will get the extra small. I think that size will give me a closer fit through the waist area.

I bought these for working in the chicken coop and around the property. Nice quality, but a little stiff. True to size. ( I got a small.). I'm 5'8" and plenty long. Weigh 118 and straight figure. They are quite large on me in the hip area. They really curve out in that area. I'll wear them though since they are nice quality and are just for work. Wish Dickies would make some more stylish ones to work in.

I bought these for serious real gardening and work like cutting brush. NOPE not good for that, they are so thin they are now my "going to town" pants only. With the type of work I do every day on the ranch they are NOT suitable and would be torn to shreds. Would not purchase again. Back to the farm brand that I will not mention here cause they don't like competitors, and no wonder....

I tried just about every size and color overall that Dickies makes including the men's in various sizes and the boy's LG which was too small. I'm glad I didn't give up. The Women's XS Dark Indigo overall fits perfectly-- as long as it doesn't shrink. It's a little loose all over and I can bend over and touch my toes comfortably. If it shrinks, it's a goner for me. I'm 5 ft 2.5 in; 130 lbs; 29 waist; 38 hip; 29.5 inseem.The men's 30/30 fits as well with a little extra room for shrinking but it has a big o long zipper so that the men can-- you know. And the men's fabric is super thick. The legs on all of them are humongously long so you may have to take up the hem. I hope this helps and I hope you find the Dickies overall that fits you, too. Now I can get started painting the patio furniture.

I love these overalls for heavy garden work. Every thing else that I tried would slip down. These stay in place when bending over, digging holes, moving pots and rocks. They also protect my legs from scratches and insects.

Finally found a comfortable pair of overalls. These are a throwback memory of being in High School. These fit well and are extremely comfortable. The pockets are roomy enough to carry water bottle without looking bulky but deep enough to hold small items without losing them. I just LOVE my overalls. I know I’m gushing but they are exactly what I was looking for.

I purchased overalls to wear for construction work. I like that they are soft, but material is much thinner than the men’s overalls. I’m concerned about durability. I’m 5’2”/120 lbs and the XS is a good fit. I wish the bib pocket was deeper and had a button or snap to hold phone. Overall, these overalls are decent-better than anything else i’ve found. I think the men’s overalls are far superior, but they just don’t fit me.

Definitely wash separate. The dye runs quite a bit first few times. And when reading the reviews take into account everyone says they run big. I'm a chubbier girl so I didn't want to go down a size just in case but I definitely could have. I advise going at least a size down from what you normally order. Mine do run big but I still love them

Appears to be good quality and durable for casual volunteer low income home painting projects.I bought a small for my 5'-1", 115 lb wife. The legs were about 1 foot to long and the waist very loose. We'll be exchanging for an extra small and probably still having the leg length shortened.

I got both a size L and a size XL, and I am very glad my size L fits. Size L is a fantastic cut and fit and quality of denim, but the XL was STAGGERINGLY worse. The denim felt terrible, stiff, and extremely thin. I can only imagine what the plus size versions are like, so if you’re bigger than straight sizes, shop somewhere else.

I love the overalls after I got them hemmed. But still need some alterations to the legs since they are so wide. I’m on the shorter side and went with a medium which is perfect but I had to get them hemmed to achieve the look of the rolled legs of the brown overalls.

I used the size chart but these overalls are huge! I still use them because I hate returns. I purchased them for gardening and they work. I like having the large pockets for tools and the space to move freely without clothes binding. I may just alter them a bit to fit.

I am having to return my overalls :( I was following reviews and size charts when I ordered my size. The overalls were way too big. I wear a size 8-10, 5’4 height. I ordered a large because I don’t like tight clothes. I should have gotten a medium. Once they are returned and refunded, I will order another pair.

Just ordered my second pair of the moss green bibs. They are a bit heavier for winter and after three years of almost daily wearing on the farm, my first pair went to the sewing shop for repair. They fit me well. I'm 5'7" and 115 lb. So the small works for me. I love the color.

These fit super weird and were far dumpier than typical overalls which, let’s be honest, aren’t the most flattering garments in the first place. Much chunkier in the waist and hips than is proportional to the thighs. The worst part was that the buckles of straps sit right on top of my shoulders if they are the proper length for butt position. Very uncomfortable, particularly when bending over.

I’m 5”4’ 200lbs. I purchased the XL. They are waaaaaaaay too long. The actual construction of the overalls is very high quality, so that is a positive! There feels like there is no stretch in them so I couldn’t maneuver when I tried them on. If I ordered a larger size to accommodate, I’d probably be swimming in them.

I’m 5’4, 120 pounds. I made sure to measure myself then compare to their size chart per other reviews. The XS fit perfect, love the adjustable straps. The leg length is a little long, but nothing a few hem length roll overs at the bottom can’t fix. Good hardy material. Very pleased with product and price.

I looked through reviews and was so confused about sizing. So I just followed the sizing chart. I didn’t want a tight fit because these are crafting & gardening overalls. So there needed to be space to slip them over my clothes. I ordered a medium. I’m typically a medium in tops and size 10 in pants. These overalls fit great! They aren’t baggy. They are a true relaxed fit. The legs are wider because it is a relaxed fit. They are exactly what I needed.

After getting the right size, I loved these so much I bought another pair for my mom. She agreed as well that the sizing chart was off (she sized at a medium but I recommended she get a small). She says the small is perfect aside from being a few inches too long. We both cuff them a few inches and love them. Lots of pockets and very comfortable.

These overalls are traditional in fit and functionality. I didn't realize how much I'd use the carpenter's loop until, well, I kept using it. There is enough room in the legs and seat: these don't fit tight, but very relaxed so it's easy to move and get things done.

I like the style, but size short is definitely too long. I'm 5'2 and the end of the leg is a good 2 inches past my heel. I think i ordered a small and it fit me aeound just fine.

Pro: the fit is absolutely my favorite. Now why I'm only giving 2 Stars because the pockets appear to be decorative use only as they are coming apart at the seams. I'm not putting sharp, oversized or hanging objects in/from the pockets. I wear overalls nearly every day as I milk my dairy cows and these are my first ones to fall apart this way -- the ripping at the seam happened less than one month of wearing them. In the pockets, I usually carry a cell phone (not in bib pocket as it will fall right out if you bend over), a rubber milking plug, and paper towels. I have learned that the open bib pocket is not desirable if you are wearing overalls for work use that requires any bending over. I really want to love them as they are my most comfortable but with pockets being either poor sewing or the open pocket design, they are really just a "cute" bib to wear out, not for workwear. On the question on if I would recommend to a friend...I would recommend if not being worn for workwear but most my friends also live on farms/ranches.

It is roomy, not at all form-fitting, but that's fine as I layer clothes copiously underneath. It is a lightweight denim which will work well in warm weather sans layering. I could wish for deeper pockets all around. Doing farm chores I don't carry a purse and instead rely on pockets to hold keys, phone, hand tools, chap stick, tape measure, etc. All things considered, it does what I need it to do.

The width of the legs is more than the picture represents and because it is straight leg design below the knees could flap in the wind. Easy fix however so I do really love them.

I really want to love this. They are cute and the fit is good, more figure flattering than the mens, but the pockets are way too small!!! I dairy farm and carry a jacknife, lip balm, and ear plugs at all times. I guarentee if I spend any time sitting in a tractor or even a riding lawn mower, what ever is in my pockets will fall out. I guess I`ll keep wearing the mens bibs.

I bought this a month ago, lots of pockets which I love lots of room to move around in bending up and down gardening. A little long though. I roll them up. I am 5’ 7”. Weigh 140 lbs. ordered a large so I could layer up when it is cold outside. Not sure that a medium would or might be too small to do the same.

I'm 5'6 and 175 lbs and I ordered the Large. Normally I hate "women fitted" clothes, but these are great. I got a lot of compliments from my friends (which I know is weird because I got them for yardwork) but they're as cute as they are functional. As for the fitted part, there's buttons to undo on the side if you're a little hippy when pulling them up. Definitely needed to roll cuffs, but I prefer that to cheap overalls that fit funny. Especially in the front... You know. Now I can rip up tree roots comfortably and safe from leg scrapes!

After reading all the reviews I ordered the women’s size M, to use as Scarecrow costume for work party! However, I had to return for small and they fit perfect! These are affordable and so well made. I wear them like soul food for your body’s outside — so soul clothes. They are durable— they hold up to any kind of outside work, and not faddish so I can wear to work or on field days. My first pair I purchased three years ago and are still in great shape. I am working and outside even more now, so I purchased a duck green and also indigo denim pair and they are the same. Would recommend to everyone.

My husband and I are renovating our “new” home and the old overalls I’d been wearing for years were completely paint-covered, had several holes and were too short. Time for new OFFICIAL painter’s overalls! BTW Overalls have been my trademark fashion statement for about 40 years so I consider myself some what of an expert on the subject. . . Upon opening the package, I was underwhelmed by the feel and stiffness of the fabric and they were a bit too big/too long, but after washing them in hot water with a load of towels, they fit perfectly in width and length. The fabric also softened. I am very happy with them and will certainly order more in the future! *For reference: I am 5’6” tall, weigh 150 lbs and have a thick torso/slight apple shape.*

I ordered both the men's and women's overalls (one for my boyfriend and one for me), expecting them to be generally the same with maybe slightly different proportions. The quality of the material these were made of versus the men's ones was very surprising. These didn't even feel like real denim, while the men's were much heavier and felt higher in quality. I'd recommend ordering the men's ones and just adjust the size accordingly.

90's girl and I love overalls, so I needed a pair to wear everywhere. Bonus, I'm going to be a Minion for Halloween. I'm 5'7, 140 and I got a size small. They fit great, a little baggie and long. But I believe that was the overall conclusion after reading all the reviews, also it does read "relaxed". Side note, it was nice finding a pair of overalls that were not "distressed". Love the overalls! Just as I expected. This 90's chick is happy!

I bought the stonewashed and the dark indigo. The stonewashed run longer. Dark indigo is pretty true to length. I am usually a small to medium. The xsmall were a good fit for me except they were long (stonewashed). Very long. I'm 5'5". 112lbs. Otherwise very comfortable and they come broken in and soft. I love them. Would definitely buy again and I recommend. U can always hem, cutoff or roll them!!

If you're looking for lightweight overalls with room for comfortablity, these are for you. I'm 5'1" 130lb & ordered small, I am happy with the fit. These are definitely long for a short gal but I remedied this like many other reviewers and cut them to my ideal length.

I loved them as soon as I got them in the mail. I’m 5’2” and they are a bit long but folding them at the bottom did the trick. I don’t mind the look of them folded. Keep that in mind. I love how they feel as well. They don’t feel stiff when I wear them. I can still move around a lot in them. I got them in size S knowing that they’d be oversized on me. So also keep that in mind if you want them more fitted then go a size down. I’m also around 127 lb if that helps.

I had a pair of men's Dickies overalls that lasted forever and I was delighted to find they also carried women's sizes, so I bought two pair. The quality is not the same. On both, the buttons that the straps attach to came off. I had had them for a year, but overalls should last longer than that, and I never had that issue with the men's pair. I read in the reviews since my purchase that many others have had that same issue as well. There is not enough reinforcement behind buttons or the holes are too large, but it's an obvious design/manufacturing/quality issue. Dickies said that because I'd had them for a year, they wouldn't stand behind them. I love overalls and would have bought multiple pairs but not these. I hope the quality of the men's overalls is what it was before because, at least in the past, they were well-made. If you can fit into a man's overall size, I'd recommend those over these.

These fit OK, but just wish came in a "short" size, cuz I do. They are kind of snug, so if you wear clothes underneath and your just sliding them over, then you may need a larger size. Color is fine, have a lot of pockets. Wish the front was a little longer to fit my cell phone. Otherwise they seem of quality and I'll have to sew up the bottoms a few inches.

I hoped these would be the perfect solution to crawling all day in my landscaping job, but not so much. To be fair, they're probably designed for lighter work/standing. I've reconstructed the bib to be wider so as to move the grommets further to the sides (no nipple chaffing for me!) and have added elastic ruching to the straps so I'm not left with welts on my shoulders. They're a good base to work with, but for the price I'd hoped to not have to do so much work on them.

These are the perfect overalls! Plenty of pockets. Nice quality denim, but not to heavy so they aren't too warm for summer and yard work. Sizing was true to size, I wear a 12-14 and am 5'9" and got a large, fit perfectly with some room. A little long, but cute rolled at the bottom! Also a wider leg which I love! Overall (pun intended), very satisfied, will be buying another pair!

I’m 6ft tall and these are almost long enough for me- about an inch too short. Most others will find these very long if you’re not as tall as me. The legs are really wide and flare which I don’t love either. As others stated, the material is thin so I wouldn’t do anything too rough in these. They are comfortable and the color was great. I’m only keeping them because the hassle to return is too much.

Finding the correct size was really difficult. I'm 5'4" but have a larger chest so the medium was the right length but too tight. A large has a much better fit in the chest area for me but is extremely long, which is a bit annoying but preferable. The material is nice and the quality is good, I just wish the sizing on the website was easier to use.

I wanted the dark blue for working outside and the light blue to hang out in. I’m 5’11, wear a size 16, so ordered the Women’s XL. I didn’t like the material for Dickies brand. The straps were too long with the metal piece down the middle of my back! The legs were abnormally wide for this size. However, I give kudos on the length, as my height comes from my legs, there was no shortage!!

Bought these impulsively and led to one of my most worn/most complimented pieces! Extremely comfortable and versatile. I’m 5’7 (ish) 135lbs and got a size small. It fits pretty well length wise and runs true to size for those looking for a relaxed fit. Only comment would be that it gaps a little on the sides(only a concern if wearing a crop top or something if that sort), but other than that these were truly a 10/10 purchase!!

Unfortunately I had to return them. I would recommend them because they were great overalls. Just not my size.

These are so close to being perfect. I am 5’3” weigh about 160, short +curvy w/muscular legs. My waist is typically a medium but my bottom half runs in the large size range so I went with a medium. They fit well in my lower half but are way too long- I have to double cuff them (will eventually hem them). The torso is too long for me, even when I shorten straps if I bend they kind of catch and then I have to loosen them again. They were super comfortable for an 8 hour transplant day though, they kept me cool in the 80 degree heat and I loved all of the pockets. Please cater to the shorties because y’all are so close to having a product I would buy in every color.

Overall the fit is okay but it doesn't have much give in the torso. It's sort of an odd fit like it's tight in the torso but quite baggy in the legs. If you are long and lean these would be perfect for you.

These are great heavy duty overalls for the price. I’m 5’ 9” and have a long torso so I had to sew extensions on the straps. Breaking them down took some effort - really heavy duty, built to survive intense wear. Legs were more than long enough.

I love these! So comfy and plenty of pocket space. They seem to be very durable and I’m planning on them lasting a long time. I got the lighter wash and it’s a very nice color of denim. I am 5 foot 9 and about 145 pounds. Ordered a medium and I like the really loose way they fit, but I probably could’ve gone with small if you like them to be fitted.

I'm an older woman, 5'3" and have been looking for some overalls that were not real baggy and had some style to them. Found them!!! Being unsure of size I first ordered a medium because I usually wear an 8/10 but they were too big so ordered a small and returned the mediums w/o any problems. The small is so perfect! The length is great and I like the small back pockets. They are really comfortable and I feel good when I'm wearing them. I'm a " happy camper" with this product!! Only wish this style had more colors.

Listen to the reviews on fit! So glad I did!! Super long length and roomy in the hips. I'm 5'6/160lbs and needed to hem several inches. I have enough in the "truck" to fill these out but if you have a smaller backside you may need to go down a size. The legs are quite baggy too but they look really, really cute on. Be careful with shipping...expedited is misleading. So if you need them quick be sure you understand the actual shipping times.

When I pulled that out of the package they almost looked like bell bottoms. The overalls fit great every but are at least 5in too long and 5 times the size of my actual calf. Not really possible to Jen since it's so wide

I ordered both a small and and an XS since reviews mention these ran big, but I also know they can shrink when washed, so I wasn't sure. Out of the package, the XS fit the best in most ways, except for the straps, which needed a bit more give/the bib needed to be a bit longer. But the legs were a better length for me, and the waist less gappy. I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs. I'm keeping the small and hoping the wash will shrink them a bit, because the legs are very long. The straps are still border-line shorter than I'd like, so fingers crossed those don't shrink. The fabric is great - good for physical work and hanging out. I have other dickies so I already know that part is very good. Could be more breathable, but good.

Fabric not rigid at all as it could be expected. Comfy. But it is cut really large !! My hips are about 49" and my waist 39". I picked an XL and I am floating. Had to bring it to a seamstress which ended up costing me more than the price I bought the overalls. But I think they'll end up looking great. Straps are very long. I cut them. No problem. So I still love my new overalls.

I'm giving this a 5 star review even though I had to return my bib overalls. I went with reviews that they tended to run a bit large and ordered accordingly. I had judged my size on a review of a woman whose height & weight matched mine instea of the size chart. They were too tight in the waist. Eveyone is built differently. The shipping was fast and the return very easy.

My daughter is 5’1” and 110 lbs. The extra small fits very well, except the legs are much too long. I wish there was a short option. She loves the pockets, and the overalls are comfortable, and seem sturdy. They are loose enough to put things (even her phone) in the pockets and give her good range of movement, but aren’t annoyingly baggy.

I bought these overalls out of necessity because I have severe spinal issues. I had planned on buying many more pairs from you. However, I am highly disappointed. I have always found the Dickies brand to be a superior brand until now. My overalls are defective. Where the clasp fits to clasp the button has already caused problems. The bib part of the overalls, where it meets the waistband, gaps, and, for this reason, I had to return them. (Perhaps if the wearer had bigger breasts, this wouldn’t be a problem. I’m a 34-c.) Also the waistband sat too high for me. That said, these overalls are lightweight and comfortable, and sized accurately. I’m a size 6 (5’6” / 126 lbs), and the small fit great. I almost kept them, but would have to alter them with a dart to take up the gap, but ultimately, I wasn’t inspired.

I read in the reviews someone fell in luck love w/the pinstripe ones cause her dad always wore his. My Grandpa, a tall & handsome man, who lived in his hocke hickory pair, so of course, those were the first ones I bought and I feel a kinship w/my long gone gramps when I wear mine Over the last 4-5 years I've bought 5 more pair of Dickies, plus I have another 5-6 pairs from other brands. But I always come back to Dick ies. I'm 5'7 115lb for reference. I've ordered Small on each pair, leaving room for shrinkage, but i bet each pair is not the same sizing as the last. Still, I'll keep buying them regardless, cause I love them. I would love to see some consistency Dickies!

I am 5'2" and weigh 105 lbs. usually wear a size 24/25/0/2 and the XS is too big on me. The waist is not tight and these just look huge on me. The fabric is very nice and sturdy and I REALLY wish they fit! I feel like the XS waist could be taken in a big as well as the legs...the length taken in as well, they were way too long I had to double cuff them.

I’m super pleased with these! I read all the reviews to figure out sizing. I’m normally a 10/11 in pants so figured the medium would fit considering they’re relaxed fit. They were too wide around the waist but too tight at the hips/bum. I reordered a large and found them to be too relaxed and way too long (I’m 5’9”). Keeping the large but hoping they’ll shrink in the dryer and might see about getting them tailored. Otherwise great quality, colour, overall would recommend!

I am a man who bought these hoping for a slimmer fit but they were not slimmer. Which is fine because it's work clothes so I partially expected it not to be. My biggest complaint is that the pockets are small and I have to mention again that it's work clothes and small pockets doesn't really fit with utilitarian and functional work wear. I honestly don't know how woman do it with these small pockets all the time and I thought a functional brand like Dickies would do things differently.

I bought these overalls a few weeks ago and I love them! After a long time of searching for a good,normal, pair of overalls I found these! They were long enough and I only gave this review a 4 because with the smallest size the hips were too wide(I'm 5'5 and real skinny, so thats why they're too big in the waist).To fix this I pulled the buttons inward and buttoned them on the inside. Love these overalls so much and I always have a colored pen in the pen pocket!

I am 5’4” and had to roll the bottom a couple times but that’s the look I was going for. These aren’t tapered at the ankle and the rolling helped with that and they look just right for my height. The quality is excellent and honestly these are much better than any pair you could buy anywhere else for double the price. These are so comfortable!

I own a pair of Dickies overalls. Women's Md. I love them. Wanted another pair. I ordered another pair of Women's Md. In a lighter color denim blue. They do not fit and the denim is a much lighter weight fabric. Not sturdy for work. I will be returning them and now I am out the cost for shipping and have paid for nothing. The style overall is not the same. How many different options are there? I only saw one style on your website, but the ones I own are different.

These are the perfect weight fabric. Not super thick and stiff. I am 5'3" and weigh 142 lbs. I ordered the medium. My hips measure 41"and they fit me fine. At first they fit snug but then they stretch out and fit just right. I like the looser fit in overalls so I can bend and stretch while working. The length is about 3 inches longer than I like but the set nicely on top of my boots and don't ride up too short when I sit down. One could easily hem them if necessary.

Nice soft comfy overalls but inches too long in the leg. Too long to even cuff. So I hemmed them by hand and machine. They are the right length now but puckered and rumple at the bottom. 5’2+”, 140#’s-give or take.....I lived in overalls mid 70’s, this seems to be the era I comfortable wearing! After c-sections, many surgeries etc. my shape is pretty much rectangular from shoulders to lower hips. I was able to slip them on, with just the top button, buttoned. I have 2 fingers width on each side for wiggle room. As you see they are a little long-hopefully they will shrink a little- I have been told they will stretch back out around the hips. So alll in all I am very happy with the product

Ordered online about a year and a half ago. The dark indigo was the only option available at the time. First, the came with a horrendous amount of perfume on them (I'm very sensitive to perfume). I ran them through the wash at least 3 times. couldn't get the stink out so they went in the closet for a year and a half or so. I was desperate because my other overalls finally gave up, so I pulled them out. They still smell but not unbearably so anymore. They shrunk a lot in the wash, which I didn't mind because they were too long. Also, every time I rub up against the white walls or doors or trim in the house I'm working on it leaves a giant blue smear. Also the pocket in the bin is poorly designed so everything falls out of you bend over. Not impressed at all, but unfortunately there are so few options of women's workwear in this country.

Love these! I ordered a small without reading reviews and had to exchange for an XS. I am 5'5" and size 6, which is usually a small. The XS still has plenty of room. I have a short torso, long legs and the length is perfect. The medium stone wash is somewhat darker than the image but should fade in a few washings. I love these bibs and the customer service is way up there.

Right out of the bag these were a little tight in the butt and thigh areas, but I’m optimistic the fabric just needs to be broken in and stretch out a bit. Otherwise this is a good fit for me, I like the length but they would be very long on someone shorter.

I bought the blue overalls and absolutely fell in love with their fit and weight of material. So, I bought the brown ones. The brown run MUCH smaller and the material is almost a canvas/heavy duty. Too hot to wear unless it's really cool out. The straps are also much shorter than the blue making it impossible to get a loose fit over the shoulders.

My 12yo daughter loves these. Other manufactures don't make overalls in anything near kid's sizes for real overalls. We found a couple of other options that were fashion overalls, all were skinny leg and distressed, which means they would wear quickly. These are great, not stiff, and everything overalls should be.

In the process of returning this item. It sells as an extra small (size 2-4), I wear a 4, and they are huge. I could fit 3 of me in them and they are about 8 inches too long. Very sad.

I haven’t worn them yet because I have to hem them. The problem with hemming is there is an extra layer of fabric on the bottom where the hem is, I need to remove that on both legs in order to hem it. And, that piece ends about where I want the hen to end. This is not apparent in the photos of the online garment. Maybe a petite would have been better, however I usually find that petite sizes are too short.

Love these overalls, but unfortunately the fit is just so wide that I will need to make some adjustments. Right now they are safety pinned at the waist to be wearable and I'll run them through a sewing machine soon to make them fit.

I ordered these to work in the garden, not to wear out and about (although I just might). They are exactly what I’m looking for. Good, heavy wearable fabric. I was unsure about ordering the correct size but I went with my gut (no pun intended) and ordered a large. I purposely wanted a loose fit to allow for movement. For reference, I am 5’5”, 143 pounds and wear a 10-12 in slacks and jeans. My legs are short, long torso and weight is carried in butt and thighs. I love all the pockets and loops!

These are very well made - look like they might last a lifetime. However, the fabric is too heavy for me. And, even though I ordered the size that corresponds with my measurements, they are huge. I'd say I had 5 or 6 inches of extra fabric through the waist and hips. So my advice is to order a size down, due to their relaxed fit.

Nice heavy overalls and I love the duck color. I am 5'6 and 145 lbs and bought size small based on the reviews. They fit well everywhere except the straps are too short. Even adjusted to the longest length, I feel like I always have a slight wedgie. If you have a long torso, you might need to buy true to size. If not size down.

I am 5'8" and 190 lbs and the XL is baggy on me, but the length is perfect. But despite them being baggy, I love them and they are perfect for gardening. They have a ton of pockets for stashing tools and they are so soft! I will definitely order more in the future, but I will go down a size when I do.

Why only almost perfect? Because they don't fit as well as I dreamed, but given how hard it is to find pants that fit at all, let alone comfortably, this was a delight. As another reviewer listed, I too am 5'4" and weigh 156 pounds, but I had serious doubts about ordering a medium, because I'm a size small for tops, have a small (ish) waist, but have very large hips and thick thighs. In the end, I ordered both a medium and a large. The large? I swim in them. They're way too long. They're way too big. And I absolutely adore them! When I work around the house (sewing, cooking, whatever), it's like wearing a nightgown, but okay to answer the door in. I roll up the bottoms, and it's all good, and they're also fine outside. The medium? They were snugger around my hips and thighs than I wanted. But I finally decided there were times when I couldn't have pant legs that were as long as the large (when I'm gardening, because they'll unroll), so I put them on and crossed my fingers that they'd loosen up while wearing them, and they did. Eventually, I may hem up the bottoms, but for now I just roll them up about three inches and they're good. It's worth noting that I bought these because I was tired of having to hike up my pants at the waist when I was working outside. That is no longer a problem. The comments several made that had me concerned was how lightweight the fabric was. Well, I have no idea what they're doing that they want a heavier fabric, but for my gardening work, where I'm crawling around the garden on my knees, sitting on my butt, and wiping my hands off, they are plenty heavy--and, in fact, I'm dreading the temps warming up because then I suspect they'll feel too warm. Bottom line? I love these and I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

I consider myself a combat gardener -- even at age 70. These overalls are perfect for me -- no more suspenders or yanking up my britches every time I bend over of scoot across the ground. Pockets are great for my tissues (allergies), clippers and soil knife. Unfortunately, the hammer loop doesn't work for my gardening tools, though. I never have to worry that this garment is strong enough for the task, and it's VERY comfortable.

Too baggy in the legs, they look ridiculous. I wear them for painting. The buckles dig into my collarbone. This is my third pair, and I was hoping the stripes would be different than the dark and light denim. Nope. Now I have 3 pairs that don’t fit very well. Super bummed. Shame on me!

not a great fit. the hip area is much tighter than i expected. the top area is loose and adjusting the straps only does so much. the legs are also very loose. definitely made for someone with slender hips/no butt. pear-shaped or curvy girls should consider sizing up for a better fit in the hips, but it will likely throw the fit off elsewhere.

Love the relaxed fit overalls, I’m 5’7” with long legs and weigh 135 lbs, the S fits perfect with being loose fitting around my waist, no high crotch, and enough length to still cuff the legs. Only reason I knocked of a star was because the striped pair I just bought are a different material than the “duck” color I’ve had for years. Much thinner fabric than the heavy duty texture of the duck color. Didn’t realize the fabric varies across colors so fyi if that’s something you’re particular about

Just a couple of days after I received these overalls, the button on the bib where the strap hooks on broke through the fabric. I was able to mend it, and I expect the one on the other side to go eventually, too. The fabric behind these buttons is too weak, and the buttons themselves are too small on the back side, so they slip right through. Other than that, I love these overalls, and I am disappointed that this design flaw exists. Apparently this is a common occurrence, as I see other reviews here mention the same problem.

I bought two different sizes bcuz I couldn’t tell from the sizing graph which one would fit me best. I ordered a small and a medium. Both fit very badly. Too low on my waist but the straight leg fit was still too wide for my legs. I sent both back and will find a different brand for women’s overalls or design my own!

Bought these cause I liked the way they look. They have SO MANY POCKETS, which to me, a woman, is incredible because my clothing usually has grossly inadequate pockets. But not these bad boys. Love them! The size is a little weird-- I'm 5'6" and got a small and I have to cuff them so I don't shred the pant legs, and the crotch area is almost a little tight, but overall (haha), the fit is good.

The material is great, very durable and I love the color. The fit, however is terrible. All of Dickies products tend to be disproportioned. The hips are way too wide for a small and the legs are about a foot too long. I’m 5’7 and ordered a small because the medium swallowed me. These definitely ride up in the back even with the length in the straps fully released.

Bought these for working around the cabin. I got them in the duck tan/brown and I love it. I bought the xs based on reviews. They fit well but are still comfy and loose. The only problem was the straps were super short so if you have a larger bust and or are above 5’4” beware. I did have to undo some sticking and release some of the strap from the buckle area. I am just over 5’7” have a long torso and a larger bust so maybe a rare issue that the straps were an inch or two too short for me.

Quality seems good. I find them suitable for the outdoor work I do but I really wish they made a Short style. I’m pretty petite and originally bought an XS since the reviews were saying they fit larger than they should, and . But after getting and trying them on, the torso just fits me, even with the straps out all the way so bending or crouching is pretty uncomfortable. I’ll be getting a size up, so hopefully that will eliminate the tightness but being petite, my legs aren’t very long so I anticipate having to bunch them or roll them up unfortunately.

I bought these for gardening and casualwear, in the dark finish. They are softer than I anticipated based on the color -- not stiff at all. They fit very nicely -- I am 5'2, about 110 pounds and got the XS which was perfect except that I will have them hemmed (as expected) as they are very long (as the website's photo suggests). I got these overalls for work . They are of good quality and I like how they look on me . When I crouch or bend over the crotch area gets raised and is very uncomfortable. It is not flexible enough for work no matter how I adjust the straps .

I was super excited for these overalls as it is hard to find women overalls in green. The fit was pretty good, they were baggier then expected but that was OK. The bummer of these were all three riveted buttons on the right side of the overalls fell off on the first day of wearing them. The overalls were not a tight fit at all, just poor quality. I am super bummed about this, if this had not happened I would have given at least 4 stars.

I’ve always only worn men’s overalls for a comfortable fit - women’s were too tight around the hips. These are the first women’s overalls to ever fit AND be comfortable. My only disappointment is that there is not a snap closure on the bib pocket as in the men’s - that’s where I keep my ID and bank cards while shopping. Unfortunately, they can fall on the floor when using a public restroom if I forget to be careful!

I ordered a medium in pink and absolutely loved the color, but they were way too big. Super long and gapped at the waist. Even cinching up the straps didn't help. So I oredered a pair of size small, thinking they'd be perfect because the medium ran so big. Much to my disappointment, they were extremely tight through the hips and crotch. :( The length was perfect though. Sadly, I have to return them both. So bummed.

I bought these to have comfortable yard working clothes. They run a little bigger than I was expecting but they are very comfortable! Just wish they came in different lengths because I had to cut them off and hem them because they were so long. Rolling them up only gives yard leaves and grass clipping to collect in the folds.

I bought these for working in the garden and I love them. They’re soft, unlike most new denim, very well made, easy to get in and out of. I weigh 130 and bought a medium—perfect. Loose enough to move easily without being baggy.The only flaw is that they’re WAY too long. I’m 5’8’’ and will have to cut off at least 6”. Easy to roll them up, of course, or hem them, which I’ll do. I’m going to buy 2 more pairs so I’m never without them.

I’m 5’3 / 118lbs and the XS fits well with some adjustments. I also tried size S but it was way too big. The legs on my XS were too long so I had them hemmed. Also, these overalls feel like they need to be cut so that there’s more room around the crotch because even the S felt way too tight even with the straps loosened all the way. Minus one star for this but otherwise everything else is great.

I love my overalls. I wear them for gardening. I put in a lost of primroses, but we had a bigger than normal snow event which may refresh and continue into next week. I will wait, not patiently until I can wear them again!

They looked just as expected. Good quality overall. However, sizing was way more generous than I would have expected. I did look at recommendations on size according to my measurements, but I believe I could almost have fit two of me in there. Choose a size down from normal.

I love the feel of the stone-washed denim and these fit very well (I ordered a small and usually wear a 6 or 8). I would like to figure an easy way to take these off & then put back on in the bathroom, but maybe someone out there has come up with a way—if you have, please reply to this review.

I've heard great things about Dickies' overalls but they just would not work for me. I ordered a pair for work and the fit was too boxy at the waist and too short in the torso. The fit could totally work if you wanted to layer up underneath, but I was looking for something a bit more fitted. Because the torso was too short and already riding up, I also didn't feel like I could size down. The green color was also more of a gray look in my opinion, and I wanted a true olive/forest green. Otherwise, the material is great, it had all the pockets and performance accessories I needed to make it workwear, and if this works for your body type then I would say they're a great pair to own! :)

These are a nice quality and easy fit. They run a bit large but they are relaxed fit, and overalls should be comfy, not tight. I have narrow hips so I should have gotten an extra small, but then the crotch would have been short. If it was not on sale I would have sent them back, but at this price, They are great to Kick around the house in. I wore them at a grocery store and got compliments!

Love these, but they shrink! I am 5’2” and 115 lbs. The XS were a perfect relaxed fit (besides being too long) and I cut off the excess leg length to achieve the length and look I was after. Wore them for a week like that and was LOVING them…then I washed them. They shrunk a lot. They’re now too short, and a little snugger than I wanted. I do love how easily stains wash out of these (I got the white color). Wish I had gotten a size S and waited to cut them before after I washed them…

I really LOVE these overalls! I really needed something comfortable to wear with pockets while I paint murals, these are perfect! They do run big, which was fine with me, but I do have to roll them up twice on each leg. I can also slip in and out of them without having to touch the buttons at the hips, which for me is a plus! I’m 5’3”, 130lbs, usually a size small.

I'm 5'6 - 160lbs. And from the reviews went with small. They fit snug but my next order I will try the medium dark for just a tad more room. Other than that, I love them. The material is soft. The light is not as light as pictured. But again, I love them. And, it seemed like forever for them to get here. But still love them.

I read all the reviews wanting a good fit, not too baggy but classic Dickies- they really are short from shoulder to crotch as other reviewer described. I'm 5'4 120 and the straps are all the way out and they are not the slightest baggy in the tush/crotch. The legs are super baggy/wide and the length is long. I think medium I will swim in everywhere else but shoulder to crotch so I'm going to keep them. The thin soft material was a surprise- I was expecting thicker jean like traditional overalls, but I think that'll be nice for the summer.

I purchased both a size X-Small(fits about a Size 2-4) and a size Medium(fits a size 8-10) overalls. They are not too thick and perfect for covers up for gardening and layering if needed for cold since it's a loose fit. Great for bending a lot and getting on your knees. There's no extra thickness around the knees so it won't feel bulky there. It's a thicker layer on the bottom hem if you need to roll them up to stay put and the opening was roomy enough for my hiking boots and my daughters boots. They also contain many pockets for gloves, pencils and handkerchief.

So I bought a medium, I'm 5'7" and 140lbs and definitely a little curvy on my bottom half. The overalls are made big, I could have probably ordered a small but I bought these online and didn't want to go through the hassle of returning them and the length fit fine. However the sides were wide open to the point were I was wearing a belt so that my colleagues couldn't look all the way down my pant leg to see what kind of socks I was wearing. My solution to that was going to the local sewing store and buying some jean buttons, I added a row of buttons on each side and now they fit perfectly and I dont need a belt. So happy with how useful these overalls are.

First of all, I don't understand why Ladies overalls are more expensive than Mens overalls. Since they don't have a zipper fly, they already don't cost as much to make, even if it's only $1, they should be at least the same cost as Men's. Secondly, I see that comments indicate that sizes were not as expected. So, I would like to know the exact measurements of these sizes, waist and length. I usually buy petite clothes because I am 5'2" tall or 28" length. I see that is not available in Men's overalls....

These are comfy, functional and cute! I bought them for gardening, hanging out around a bonfire and working around the house and they are perfect. Plenty of pockets, heavy duty, loose fitting, and low crouch! Highly recommend. My height is 5’2. Pant length is definitely long but I just roll them up and it feels fine. Weight is 125. I bought a size small and it fits wonderfully.

I love overalls and I’m always looking for a new pair. I bought an extra small... I’m 5’ 105lbs... These were extremely big for me. I’m getting the hemmed, which is normal for me. But I was also surprised by how big they were around the waist and butt. I’m gonna make them work bc there is no smaller option but just a heads up they run very big compared to other brands

I bought two pairs of overalls and after one wash they SHRUNK! I don’t know what it is with manufacturers these days! Bad quality for the costs. I’m at tall woman I’m 5’11” and I ordered an extra large. The first wear was amazing but after I washed it shrunk significantly. And the straps and bib were way too short!! Now they look like high waters. Will never buy dickies again!

These overalls a wonderful!! I’ve been trying to find a good women’s pair for a while and these are just perfect. I will definitely be getting another pair (or two!) soon. The only thing I have a problem with is the length—I am short. But hemming is easily done and I love every other aspect of them!

I bought these for a work-appropriate Halloween Minion costume. The fit is very generous and comfortable; as a plus size "curvy jean" fit woman, there was plenty of room in the seat, which I appreciate . I will use these in the spring for gardening and intend to order a pair of the striped ones next.

I would say 3.5 star for this overall. I kept it because It was ok, not great simply because I wish the made the legs a little slimmer and used stretchable material to insert as a gusset on the outside seem of the leg to allow comfort and easy mobility. The material is very thick and will be safe working with it, btu we can always incorporate comfort and style with such outfits!!

I like these overalls a lot. I am 5.8, 142 lbs and bought these in size Medium. They fit exactly as I like it, a bit loose so I can fit a thinner sweater underneath when it’s cold, and the legs are long enough to almost touch the floor. The legs are a bit shorter than the size equivalent in the Dickies junior girls overalls, which I have in size Large, but they’re still long enough. Definitely recommend these overalls if you like the wide leg 90ties look!

I’ve been looking for a great pair of tan overalls and this are it! The quality is amazing, fabric feels good but not too heavy, the only issue is that it’s oversized. I checked all the reviews and the size chart but still didn’t get it right. I’m 5”3 and 150 pounds for reference. Normally wear a size 6 or medium bottoms so I ordered a medium and I had a good inch of leftover fabric all over.

They mostly fit great. Although they kind of give me a wedgie sometimes even with the straps adjusted as long as they go. But I can't get a bigger size because I'm so skinny. Trully a predicament finding clothes that fit a twig such as myself.

These are so much nicer than I thought they would be. The fabric is softer than most denim but still seems sturdy enough. I'm 5'3" and usually wear a size 4 pants, I bought size small. They have enough room to move around in but not so much that they look sloppy. The legs are wide enough to fit over my Xtratuf boots, a little long but that's an easy fix.

I could not be happier with the quality and fit of these overalls. They are very long, but they stay rolled up and I’ll eventually have them hemmed. I’m 5’5” and 150# with a generous rump and thighs. The mediums fit me perfectly, nice and roomy, with enough slack to do vigorous work comfortably. Will be ordering another pair!

I bought the women's relaxed fit straight leg bibs (in indigo) for the purpose of backyard gardening chores. Jeans kept slipping off my middle aged flat butt. Leggings just get gross. So, bibs! These reviews were very helpful in finding my size. I bought a medium. I'm 5' 6" and weigh in the upper 150's. I washed them before wearing, the ink seemed fine. They are a bit long, but no problem. The straps are longer than I'll ever need, but no problem. If you are my height/weight...theyll be great. But(t) if you have a large womanly bottom, they may be snug. They loosen fine on me after wearing them for awhile, but I carry my weight in my belly. I love them. I wear them alot. Too much. ;-)

I bought these to work in the yard and garden and they're soft and super comfortable. Lots of pockets to tuck things away. The only bummer is that they're too long for my 5'5" height (as most pants are). I have to roll them up about 2" and then remember to unroll them and dump out the stuff before I go inside.

I'm still happy with what I ordered---xtremely comfortable/3 season overalls. They are great for running errands, light work around the house or just hanging out. My medium size will allow me to add a base layer if the weather dips a little.

I wear a size 0-2 petite and the XS are more like a size 4+ and long. But they're well made, quality fabric. Just wish they came in a petite size.

Fairly large in size but I do want them roomy. I was advised by the agent to get a medium if I wore medium. I'm not sure how small the smalls would have been but I think they might have worked. I haven't washed or worn them yet. I think they will take some breaking in. I like the thickness of the material.

Too stiff and the legs are really quite wide. Fine if you're going for the baggy look but it wasn't what I'm looking for. Make sure you read the fabric content, there's zero stretch to them. If you're buying these for work pants I'd look elsewhere.

I'm a stout girl, 5'2 and 200 lbs. I read many reviews and decided to go with an XL because I'm so thick through the middle. As the reviews stated, they are very long but I have come to expect this. Other than that, they're perfect. The shoulder straps adjust perfectly and I can see myself still wearing them after I drop the weight I'm trying to lose. There seems to be an extra seam near the bottom for hemming. Until then I roll them. All in all, good quality and I'll probably try them in another color. May I request them in black?

I’m 6’ and A size 4-6 so I got the small but it barely is long enough for my torso. The waist is good, almost too big on me. If the straps were longer then it would be perfect and give it 5 stars but I had to rip the stitches and Re-sew it so it would fit better. Just make the straps longer because they’re adjustable so having them that short is silly. Very good material though so that was nice.

Great quality, nice fit (once I sized up), and washes well. The large fits me well (5'7", 38" bust, 36" waist, 43" hips). I'm using these for pottery and I love it for that purpose. They fit nicely over slimmer jeans or leggings. The legs are ridiculously long though -- I've been rolling up the cuffs but I may sew them instead because it's a little awkward and looks kind of silly.

I got both the stone washed & the dark denim colors in small. 5'7", 139. I have a pretty straight body. They were both kind of big when I tried them on, both in length and girth. However, after washing them, they fit just right, so, they shrank!! Anyone that gets them and thinks they are a bit. Big, they should be fine after a washing. I even hung them to dry!! They did bet stiff, so next wash, hung them till mostly dry, then tossed in dryer, softens them up. They are a thin material. My husband put a double knee in it for me using old jeans & Tear Mender. Now I can kneel down working, and not be afraid I will rip them. I work construction with my husband, and he loves bibs, and now, I love mine, too!!

Literally my go to overalls. Comfy, breathable, movable. Easy to kneel in and tough fabric. The fabric is easy to patch and the overalls are super flattering as they don’t cling tightly and there isn’t a huge waistline emphasis. I had to cuff them but the cuffs stay in place. Very washable

I’m 5’4” and maybe 125lbs, I originally ordered an xs based off the size chart, and while the pants portion fit perfectly, the bib was too short. Even with the straps at their longest, I would have suffered a permanent wedgie. So I tried a small, and with the straps at their longest again, the bib portion is just barely long enough, though if I stand up completely straight with my shoulders back they get a little tight. So that’s two pairs I now have to return - if you have a longer than average torso I’d suggest trying 1 to 2 sizes bigger than you would normally buy, or just try the men’s overalls.

I’m usually a 6 but an 8 with pandemic pounds. These in Medium fit loose. After washing and a medium hot dryer, they snugged up a bit to the slightly loose fit I wanted and got shorter. Still rolling up cuffs, which is fine. I’m 5’6”.

Bought these for myself as a treat and wasn't sure I was going to keep them when they first arrived because of how long they were on me. (I'm 5'3", 130~ pounds average/athletic body) I wear all of my pants rolled up because of my size but I had to roll these up at least 3 folds (you can see in my picture that it was more of a stylistic choice then needed but they were way past my toes not rolled up at all). That being said I absolutely love these!!!!! They are my current go to for a quick and cute outfit. I get compliments all the time and I feel like I can do anything while wearing them! They're very well made and have a bit of stretch while still not sacrificing durability. I just had my wisdom teeth removed and don't ever feel like dressing up but these are so easy to make look good that I just wake up and pull on any shirt with these and feel cute!!

They seem to be just what I wanted. They are true fit (size-wise) at the top and seat and very relaxed through the legs which is a bit odd. There is just a lot of leg. Haven't had them for long so don't know how they'll wear, but just what I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay.

I absolutely love these overalls. HOWEVER, they were about 2 inches too short in the crotch. They were riding up the front and up the butt lol. Not cute. I found a YouTube video on how to lengthen them(you take the adjuster piece off and move the clasp that hooks onto the button). Now, they’re the perfect length crotch wise. I’m 5’7 130 lbs and I ordered the xs. A lot of the short gals complain about them being too long in the legs. They are pretty long. I roll them anyway. Short girls can get them hemmed though. Tall girls need love too.

The primary reason for my purchase was the fabric. 100% cotton is necessary safety feature when working near any kind of arc or fire. The denim is light enough weight to wear on a hot day and still be comfortable.

I have a pair of Dickies ovealls in the blue denim and I absolutely love them. They are soft, cute and have billions of pockets and I wear them practically every day. I just received the brown ones and they're also very cute but aren't as comfortable even after washing. They are made of a stiffer material and run just a teeny bit smaller than the denim, but I still love them. I'm 5'1" and 135 lbs and a small fits just right.

I bought these overalls more or less for style versus function. They are cute as expected and they fit well. They are however also a little heavier and stiffer than I had expected, but I would guess that these will stand up to heavy use and will last a long time. No complaints!

I am wearing these for the first time today and love them. I normally would have ordered an XXL but because of everyone's comments ordered XL. They are tight in the butt (which I'm fine with) but loose in the legs I think if I had gone wit the XXL they would have looked sloppy and I actually plan wear them out, not working around the yard. The side pockets are big enough for my phone and keys. The chest pocket is surprisingly large. The legs are very long so I rolled them up boyfriend-style.

I originally ordered these in a medium thinking a small (my normal size) may be snug but they are big. After washing they did not shrink at all so i ordered a small which is a perfect fit. Its good to know they wont shrink. They are soft and comfortable and I love them.I kept both sizes, the medium will be my yard work pants.

I bought both color options just so I have two to interchange. The Medium Stonewash one seem to be slightly less scratchy texture fabric than the Indigo Black Denim. The Indigo Black Denim bleeds a bit during first couple of wears, the dye got on my purse and hands for sure. I have wide hips and thick thighs, 5'4" and 158 lbs, so I went with M instead of the S from the reviews I have seen. The M turned out to be absolutely perfect for me. All and all, I get lots of complements and they are super comfy to work in and to just wear for casual outing. I highly recommend this!

I remember wearing yellow overalls from Dickies in the late 70's and loved them. Although you don't have colors any longer, I love these. They run a little big and long but after washing they shot down a bit. Although still a bit roomy, they are not bad and very comfortable.

At first, I was really unsure of what size to get because everyone was saying that they either fit perfectly or were way too big. I settled with a large and was not disappointed. It really depends on what your measurements are in order to know how it’ll fit. I’m about 175 pounds and 5’7. I usually wear a size 10-14 depending on the brand of pants. It’s a little loose still, but it’s the fit I was looking for. I can wear it for both work and style!

I got these for my birthday. I’m a size 8–10, 145 lbs. 5’10” and ordered M. They are pleasingly long. I roll them up one roll. There was no shrinkage after 2 washes. They stretch a bit in the waist though. Definitely do not size up!

I bought these for casual wear and found the medium to be very generously sized. I’m 5’8” with a long torso and short legs. I normally wear a 12 or 14 which. I normally wear a large in misses, but based on the reviews, I opted for the medium. The fit is very relaxed. Probably could not have dropped to small. The legs will have to be hemmed even after washing, and, as usual, I have to wear the straps at their longest setting. The mid weight is nice for the south and I should be able to use them year round by layering with long underwear. On line reviews were very helpful in determining fit!

Thankful that these are for work - I'm 5'2" so of course had to shorten by about 4 inches which is NOT a problem. I also have the straps as short as possible and still they are a bit long in the body. Only real disappointment is the FIRST time I tried them on one of the sides rivets broke. I sewed a button on instead. If someone is not handy with a needle and thread they might want to consider a different brand.

Before purchasing these bibs, I read many reviews to determine which size to buy. I am 5'7" and weigh 150 lbs. The overall size is a perfect fit. They fit exactly as expected, not too tight in the hip area with room to move. The length is a little long but will work without having to roll into a cuff. The material is a perfect denim for overalls. Very pleased with this purchase. Exactly as I remembered the overalls that I wore many years ago!

I am 5'6ish and 150ish pounds and a medium fit me like a glove. Ive got a small bust a medium waist and a large hip and so I was worried about which size would fit me and a medium does it very well. I live in a pretty cold climate and in the winter im not sure about if i can layer these on the the bottom, probably no more than a long underwear or something but the top I am not worried about at all. It is a bit stiff but I am sure that with wear that will go down. I have denim dickies and I wear them religiously. They got a scratch in it from puppy nails but this material seems thicker, more like canvas. The pocket dosent close like liberty or something but big enough for a phone. Very happy will be wearing these forever, plus my girlfriend loves them.

These are very cute and fit comfortably, my only slight complaint is the color the description reads "dark indigo Black" the word black is somewhat deceptive, although I know what dark indigo is, I was expecting the color to be "Black" and they are really just "dark blue". In jeans I can wear anywhere from a size 2 to a 5 (depending on brand) I have these bibs in Xsmall and they are baggy all over and about 8 inches too long. I like the bibs but they do not fit like the picture. I cut off the extra length.

I bought these overalls for everyday wear and they were a perfect fit bust and waist wise. The material is durable yet not stiff and the striped print is the cutest. The only complain I would have is that the pant length is a bit long. Other than that they were great. Definitely worth the money.

I bought these to work in my sculpture studio. The quality, fabric, and fit is great! But WOW I'm not sure how many people can actually wear them without altering. I am quite short at 5'1", but the width of the leg and length of it are just outrageous. Bummed that I will have to wait to wear them, because otherwise they are great! Unless you are quite tall, be prepared to deal with hemming. It's too big a problem for cuffing to fix, not too mention potentially hazardous if you're working in a tight space. Please consider making a short length for us petite girls!

I didn’t wanna size down because I was worried it would actually be too small. I wish it was a bit smaller on the waist so it doesn’t look so blocky on me. Anyways I think these are very comfy overalls and great to lounge around in.

After spending an hour or so combing through reviews based on size, height, weight, etc. I went with asking for a small for Christmas in the navy stripes. I’m a runner with a more athletic build, so I have thicker legs and a smaller waist. I’m 5’7 and 145lbs. The legs were so tight it felt like I was wearing leggings, but everything else fit okay. Today I finally got in the mediums. They’re absolutely atrocious. They fit just okay in the legs, they’re wayyyyy too long, the waist area is so big you could fit another person inside of them, and the torso is incredibly short. When I tried to adjust the straps to compensate for the extreme bagginess in the back, they rode up my crotch. I felt extremely uncomfortable in them and have never seen less flattering overalls before. 0/10, would never recommend.

This is my fourth pair of Dickies bibs, and I have shortalls, too. First off, I’m petite- 5’3” 105 lbs. and normally take an XS in pants. Straight up and down, no waist, hips, or boobs. I knew beforehand that they’d big huge, and they are. BUT, I always wash in hot water and dry on high a few times to see if I can shrink them at all. If they’re 100% cotton, they’ll shrink a tad. The crotch is about 4-5” too low but, again, bibs are meant to be “roomy”. It’s just so nice not to have to yank pants and deal with a belt when I’m working. I wear these almost year-round because it seems I’m always bending or crouching doing whatever. Length, you ask? HA. They are a good 5+” too long. To be honest, I don’t want to bother hemming these or pay to have them altered, so I just go old-school and cut them off. Voila, simple and they look great. (Anybody else remember cut-offs and jeans in the 70’s? I’m 71.) I have a striped pair, a denim pair, denim shortalls and I just got the rose ash—I was thrilled to see this color. I get complimented everywhere I go in them, whether it’s to my friendly neighborhood hardware store or out ‘n about running errands. I decided to round out my collection with these black ones. Love them all. Oh, I did get a pair of shortalls in gray rip stop fabric, because they were offered in a SHORT version! They fit me perfectly and are a great weight. I have to admit I’ve spent hours scouring the Internet for another pair of XS Short—anything—but apparently they don’t have them available. I find this really frustrating, especially considering that nearly everybody who reviews these comments on the outrageous length. (That is, of course, unless you’re really tall.) So, aside from being fairly expensive and huge, I love ‘em. I really wish there were other colors—RED, for example. Or purple, or Kelly green, or…I’d buy them all.

Not the perfect fit the first try due to the sizing chart is a little large however, Dickies agents were more than helpful and gave us the return label and ordered the new pair that was delivered within days. A finely made garment that will get plenty of use for years! Well worth the price and will use them again!

I tried other brands like the Fao but these were by far the best! The guy, the length. I am a size 6 bottoms and a 10 or 12 on top and I purchased the small based on the reviews. Comfy, relaxed fit yet skims the body abs the length is generous, so you can cuff the or wear them down.

Overall, my expectations were all covered

The overalls fit super well. I'm 5'9" and 150 lbs, and I got a medium. They're loose enough for a sweater underneath but not too baggy. They're long enough as well, but definitely not too long!

I wore overalls all the time "back in the day" so am very happy to see they are back in style. I'm an old hippie at heart and love the look. Got the white ones for warmer weather. I read all the reviews which mostly said to size down so I did just that. I'm 5'11" and 165lbs and purchased a Medium upon that advice(.The pants I wear are size 10 or 12 depending on the brand). They fit and I'm sure would stretch out upon wearing but, for me, fit too snuggly through my hips and butt so I returned for the Large. Much happier with this pair. As warmer weather approaches I look forward to wearing them.

I bought these a couple years ago and they were great for the first year, but they've always been a little short.. not in the legs but in the crotch. I'm a small and they fit everywhere except for the torso to crotch length. I tolerated it at work for the first season of having them, but putting them back on today I just can't imagine focusing while wearing these with the horrible camel toe. I don't care that people see it, but it's so so uncomfortable. I wish there was a way to alter them, but I don't see how I could make that work. I have them at the longest shoulder strap length, and I have a pretty short torso too. Love the fit everywhere else though and I wish it didn't have to be this way. Sad day to realize I have to retire these bad boys and find a new brand for overalls.

Incredibly well made and comfortable overalls. They fit well, with the one exception that they were about 3 inches too long for my stubby legs. Easy fix, though, as I whipped out my sewing machine and hemmed them. Love wearing them around the house as I get projects done or just to run errands.

I ordered an XS as a 5’4 117lb female with a pretty long torso. I tried them on and it was digging into my booty so I definitely should’ve ordered a small instead. Ladies with a longer torso SIZE UP. Will be returning and ordering my correct size, they were cute otherwise :)

I bought overalls for maternity clothes. I am a diary farmer and needed something comfortable to milk cows in as my belly continues to grow. The fabric is soft and they are not too stretchy so they keep their shape all day. I do think the legs are a little too wide but overall good pants. I am 5’6” and weighed 145lbs before I was pregnant. I ordered size medium and they are good for now but if I was not pregnant I would want size small.

So stiff I had to wash 10 times to make them a bit softer. So long that a normal woman will need to pay to have these altered and hemmed. Won’t buy again based on all the effort I have to put in to get them to even wear

The overalls themselves are very nice and comfortable. I have worn them all day to do construction work - the overalls have lot's of pockets, they're durable, and well built. Just take the "Relaxed Fit" designation seriously. I bought size extra large for the height. (I'm a little over 6 foot tall.) Height wise they are great, but they are very baggy on me. I probably would get the large next time.

Ordered XS based on size guide (31/26/34). I am also short. I think the size guide might benefit from torso length suggestion. If I adjusted the bib to allow enough room for crotch, bib was almost completely under the bust and unattractive looking. If I adjusted the bib so that it was at the height in model picture...well I couldn't do that. I may try sizing up but I suspect that the size up may be too big.

I bought both the long women's bib overalls and a pair of the short ones. After I read all the other reviews, I realized that the fit on these was roomier than the fit on the short overalls. I weigh 158 lbs and am a compact 5 feet tall (I ride my bike and do yoga). The medium size fit fine, although I did have to hem them and will NO be putting them in the dryer.

I have been a fan of overalls since my youth, and was so happy to be able to purchase them again. Dickies is a good brand and they are well made and comfortable. I am short so they are inches long on me but I still love them. That being said, the only comment that I would add is that if they could make them for short women like myself that would be great.

I’m 5’8” and 145lbs and the smalls fit like the model in the picture - a little baggy but in a good way. The only problem is the length of the straps which I had to loosen all the way to avoid a wedgie. If you’re taller and thinner than me these might not be the overalls for you unless you want them really baggy and get a medium.

These run VERY large-order a size down! I am 6' 170# wear an XL usually, but they were ginormous-so got a Lg and they are fully roomy and plenty long which is so appreciated! Also would be nice if they made them in the same stretch fabric as the work pants - which are wonderful.
