Hubby is 6'1" and approx. 225 pounds. Ordered the XLT and the fit is perfect -- length of arms and shirt is good. Easy to wash and wrinkle free. Very high qualify - color is deep dark navy blue. Highly recommended - will definitely order again.

The size is true to “ normal “ sizing. I like how the Dickies logo is at the bottom as my husband doesn’t like to wear logos and advertise others names. Good quality shirts and a nice selection of colors.

I have read many reviews that the fit was "oversized". I have a long body, and the arms on most shirts (and tails) are too short. These shirts are fine. The only complaint I have is that the "Charcoal" color is a bit dark. Maybe I'll try "Gravel"...

I bought one of those for work (server/dishwasher) and it’s great, super comfy after a few washes and never looks all that dirty. Only issue is the shoulders are a bit wide but that’s to be expected buying work clothes with my frame

The shirt is fantastic. I love the poly/cotton blend it provides just enough softness with the added benefit of durability and wrinkle resistance. I would love to see more colors! The short sleeve work shirt seems to have more vibrant colors so if you could make all of those colors available in the long sleeve work shirt that would be even better. the shirts are so stylish give us big guys more colors so we can go out on the town in style. Otherwise as far as fit don't change a thing keep it vintage.

I have worn these shirts for years and continue to be impressed at how durable and comfortable they are. The light colors can stain but over all I am amazed at how well they resist that in addition to the general abrasion and wear of life. As a farmer and heavy equipment mechanic I am hard on clothing, these hold up like nothing else. My only gripe is that it is sometimes difficult to find certain colors, some are common other seem to often be out of stock.

Fabric on the thin side. Should be able little heavier. Had to use a seam ripper and remove the tag in the neck .chafed my husbands neck. Overall fit is perfect.

I'm a fit 5'6" 160 lbs so I'm not tall, but not exactly short neither. Ordered a medium, and the sleeves fits my arm length well and the chest is ok, but looser than it should, but are the models for the shirt 7 feet tall? The bottom goes a nearly halfway down thigh. Get your fitments right.

I got the Tall size and it fits great. With a lot of tall sizing, I end up getting swallowed in fabric but not with Dickies. They advertised a Tall Slim fit and that's what I received. I personalized it with a name patch so now everyone knows who they are dealing with at work.

The shirt is square cut, which looks much nicer when the shirt is worn not tucked in. The pockets are deeper than most and one can get a spiral notebook (or other writing pad) inside with the flap buttoned so it won't fall out when you bend over. Also, pens and pencils go all the way in instead of bottoming out due to the short pocket you're forced to abide. The material appears to be durable stuff--time will tell. The shirts, however, are larger than the stated sizes. I always wear medium sizes, including with other shirts from Dickies, but I had to send the medium back and buy a small which, for me, fits like a roomy medium.

My husband loves this shirt. The material is nice, not too thin, and reminds me of the oxford shirts from years ago. It has a cut that allows him the freedom of not tucking it in; but it still looks good. The only improvement that could be done to this shirt is if it had a button down collar. I got it in white and it is a nice bright white that looks dressy enough to wear anywhere.

I've tried several brands on worksheets. Dickies is the only one that with pockets deep enough to button in my iPhone 6S. I always carry mine in my breast pocket, and I'm concerned when I upgrade to a newer and larger phone that I'll be stuck. Are you listening Dickies? Add another half inch of depth to at least one pocket and I'll be yours for life!

Chances are you won't beleive me, but these shirts are truly incredible. They wear forEVER. Well, almost. My husband works out doors with heavy machinery, doing repairs, maintenance, changing tires etc. He wears these shirts for years. They will fade in time, there might be a stain you can't get out- that's why we get dark blue- but the seams stay sewed. It comes out of the wash wrinkle free. And most stains wash out with treatment. Now if you could just make it resistant to welding sparks.....

For anybody who doesn't know these are the best. They last for years and just get more comfortable with every wash. I buy them a size too big and wear them as an "over shirt". I have a couple I've had for over three years, no sign of wear to any of the seams, edges, or pockets.

I like the shirts. Personally, I don't like the flap over the pockets, so I carefully cut the thread and take that part off. It would be nice if you could buy this shirt without the flap, but it's not a big deal to cut off. They fit well. They're work shirts, not too much else to say about that.

It was time to replace my husband's 10 year old Dickies work clothes. Bought the exact same style. Why wouldn't you, they lasted 10 years. These are not going to last ten years. They were a much thinner weight fabric than the old shirts. We are a couple of months in and the collars are all pilled already. And its not the end of the world but the colors don't match the pants. Disappointing. Have been buying Dickies for many many years, this is the first time the quality just wasn't what I had expected.

I like the material the shirts are made and they wash up nicely. I purchased medium tall they run small. The shirt is tight in the chest and the sleeves are about two inches too short. they should provide the dimensions of the shirts.

I keep the very top button unbuttoned, but the 2nd button down is too far down, so I feel like my shirt is half unbuttoned. I would like a button in between the current top two buttons, or just a re-spacing of the buttons overall so that the 2nd button is higher

I bought my painter a Dickies Long Sleeve Shirt for doing such a great job painting my house. It was a Christmas gift so I got to see the quality up close. It is nothing but quality and I love the thickness of the shirt and the fact that it has cotton in it. I washed it for him and it came out without wrinkles and is ready to wear. This shirt will last him a long time. Unfortunately it will be covered in paint in a short time but that's the life of a painter. I just ordered the Dickies White Jacket for him and I'm anxious to see it. Great shirt.

I own two of the short sleeve versions of this shirt and two long sleeve versions in Medium. The mediums are a little bit tighter than I would like, due to abdominal gerth gain, so I just purchased the larger size until I take care of my weight. I like the fabric and weight of these shirts for cooler temperatures, launder well and I think look nice untucked.

Purchased the 2XL because the sleeves on most shirts are too short. The body fits well and the sleeves are of proper/good length. I will frequently wear a long-sleeve in the mornings when it is cool and roll up the sleeves during the day. These sleeve appear to be designed for people that have very little ‘meat’ on their arms as they cannot be rolled up to the elbow without taking the shirt completely off. I can get about 2 neat folds which brings it to about midway up my forearm. My arms are not like Popeye the Sailor Man! Maybe a little on the small side. I would rather pay a bit extra for a shirt that I could roll up - a shirt that would be more utilitarian. (Used to be able to do that….!)

Bought them to work in and they are true to size. Wish you had these same work shirts with a button down collar. The work pants run small in the waist and perfect in the length. I am a 36 waist and I needed another 2 to 3 inches to be able to button them. Will return them and order a 38 waist. I do like the pants though.

This shirt is suitable for office casual even though the cut is specifically for the working man. It is not a replacement for a dress shirt, but it is cut well, cleans easily and stands up to regular usage. After a few years, I'll wear it to work outside. I used to wear shirts like this when I painted cars for a living. Now, I wear it regularly to work as a college professor. Very good buy.

I am a business man who wears Dickies for Semi Casual wear which also doubles as durable daily wear. The straight bottom shirts are comfortable and can be worn without tucking in and still look suitable to walk into an office. By mixing these many colored shirts withe either khaki or black pants I would not mind my sales staff wearing them which looks as appropriate as having service staff wear matching tops and pants to resemble a uniform, without spending a great deal of money. I love the color and the overall fit, but this is not a "long sleeve shirt." The sleeves feel too short even with my arms down, but if I raise them, they are annoyingly restrictive and short. I've had long sleeve shirts from other manufacturers that don't skimp on the sleeve material like Dickies. I'm not happy with this purchase

Looked like it might be slightly snug in the shoulders for his auto customization business but he insisted that he loved the fit and did not want me to exchange it. He works out and is in shape. Might suggest a large if you're on the fence.

I'm retired but I buy and use them for everyday wear. I like the two front pockets and they do not require ironing. They are great shirts that wear well. I have a couple of shirts that are still in good shape after 15 years of use. The only thing I can see wrong with them is that the size of their cuffs vary and I have to unbutton some of my shirt sleeves to get them on and off over my hands while others are just right to clear my large wristwatch.

Good work shirt for a heavy brush environment. I often have to chop my way through areas of heavy brush which is replete with all kinds of thorns and stickers. Most shirts are either too heavy or don't wear well. These seem to be able to take the punishment.

I wear these almost every day for work. Love the roomy fit and durability. These get nice and soft after a few washes. Flip at the skatepark or at the burger joint with these with ease. The newer ones have an Icon tag instead of the old style white square label. Still good stuff!

My 86 year old dad wears Dickies shirts every day but Sunday church. They get more comfortable with wear, the fabric blend 60 poly/40 Cotten has them come out of dryer perfect with no ironing. Fits as expected, with 10+ color choices. Only drawback, I had to order on-line, I could not find color red or any color long sleeve shirt in stores locally, but Mail was quick and had them in 2-3 days.

I have a few of these shirts, in various colors and in short sleeves as well. About 70% of my work days are in this shirt. The fabric is very wrinkle resistant, it washes well, all stains wash out, mainly food stains. It looks very sharp just out of the dryer, no ironing needed. Black is my preferred color for one main reason: it doesn't matter if the shirt is bone dry or sopping wet, or has sweat spots anywhere, it's the same color. You can't see the wet spots. I go swing dancing in this shirt, and aside from being accused of being a Garth wannabe, nobody can tell that my shirt is drenched from my sweating. Other guys on the dance floor have all sorts of moist spots on their shirts, not me. They say:"Never let them see you sweat." Well, this is the perfect shirt if you have to sweat.

I was searching for a work shirt that I could use with home projects and would still look good if I had to go out in public. As the title notes, the positives were a good price and quick delivery. Now for the downside, while unpacking the shirt I noticed that the button holes on the cuffs were a bit too small and that the button holes were not stitched properly so that I had to break threads to get the cuff unbuttoned. Since I don't often button the cuffs, maybe this won't be a big deal. They need to step up the quality control in Honduras. Hopefully I won't have the same problem with the other buttons.

I constantly purchase the short sleeve work shirts & use them for both work & leisure. True fit, durable & comfortable. So I thought I'd give the long sleeves a try. Not happy at all. Fits great if ALL you do is stand straight. I'm a Big Man standing at 6'7" 350lbs so I purchased them the same size as the short sleeves with an added LT for the sleeves, so 4XLT. Cannot lift my arms more then 1/4 of the way up without shoulders & cuffs tensing up. No slack or flexibility on the shoulders or upper back when moving your arms. Can't even scratch my nose.

I LOVE the large/tall size - those are THE shirts that I wear, Absolutely perfect for my proportions. I have been trying to buy some more for this fall/winter, but they have been almost entirely out of stock. I have unsuccessfully kept waiting for them to be restocked, but just recently took the proactive step of calling the company to ask about them and another item that has also been out of stock. I had thought that maybe it was supply chain issues and that I would just have to wait, BUT I was very unhappy to find after talking to the very warm and helpful representative on the phone that these shirts (and the other item) have both been DISCONTINUED! These two items are MOST of the Dickies clothing that I buy and wear - I buy several of each every year. Please bring back these shirts (AND the flannel-lined workpants (that I also loved!))!! They have been what has kept me a return/repeat customer for many years now. Now I have no choice but to look for similar items elsewhere and buy from another company, and I don't even WANT to!! I would have left a 5 star rating because I love these shirts, but have only left a 3 star one because of the very disappointing discontinuation.

This is the work uniform my husband has been using for the past 7+ years and wouldn't use anything else. Very well made, comfortable, washes well and doesn't fade although we use liquid bleach in every load to give a fresh, clean smell with the kind of grime that accumulates on his clothing in my husband's work.

Advertised as Polyester/Cotton but it’s now made with RECYCLED Polyester. VERY ITCHY, ITCHY, ITCHY!!! What a shame for an otherwise great working shirt.

My whole wardrobe is Dickies. Fit great, the branding isn't too conspicuous, and it's comfortable and durable. I used to be a farm laborer, now I'm in sales, and I like that the work shirts are suitable to both blue collar and white collar environments. Great for skating in too.
