Bought these for warehouse work and they are filling the bill perfectly. They say that jeans are like a second skin and after a long day in a hot warehouse, that's not a good thing. These dry quickly and a quick pat down knocks any dust off of you. Do yourself a favor, buy a pair of these and give them a couple weeks of every other day wear. I think you'll find them more comfortable by the end of the day, handier for small items, and absolutely more professional. Then purchase a couple more pair.

Pants are great! Only thing is I have short legs and wish you guys made 36x29 or even 36x28. That way they wouldn’t be too baggy. I like them loose but sometimes I think they are too loose. Thanks

Great pants. They do everything I want them to do. I work in a brewery. Sometimes you need to get down on your knee to reach under a tank. These double knees are tough. I just wish the front pockets were bigger.

Small front pockets makes it hard to fish my keys out. I carry a clip knife in my other pocket and I have to take it off to get my change out. Belt loops are another issue, I wasn’t able to put the belt through a second time to tuck away the excess. Small quality of life things that really jump out when you can’t do them.

I have purchased these pants for years. Love the double knees, as I am under cars all the time and they are quite durable. Good fit for me and comfortable. I recently purchased more and had my first issue. The clasp fell off the first time I wore a new pair. Not sure its worth returning or just write it off. Overall good work pants.

Love just about everything about these pants. There are 2 issues though. The back pocket is too shallow for a wallet. The button is very difficult to close and will likely break off eventually. The belt loops are slightly too narrow for wider belts. Otherwise these are well made and a perfect fit for me.

Over the 7 years I have been in this field I have tried many different types of pants, these hold up better than others and look good while doing it. The spinel knee protects the wearer from pokes and abrasions while also adding a little bit of cushion when kneeling on hard surfaces. You will not find a better pair of pants for the money, period.

These pants are very cool and very loose which is awesome, but there is a big problem with them, the belt loops are too small and wont take 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 belts, its a real shame that the pants look great but the belt loop is too small, I hope that can be changed later on

I bought two pair of these a couple of months ago and have been more than impressed. Day in-day out wear, washing and drying, getting rained on, public transit, and the like and they still look brand new. They fit comfortably from the beginning and have softened after washing (initially the fabric is a bit stiff). I just ordered four more pair and will be ordering more as needed.

I’ve been buying these for years, now they changed the style. No button. The hook and loop fastener comes undone all the time. Waist band isn’t comfortable. Belt loops are too thick. Huge bummer. Bring back the previous version.

I'll let you know in four months, I still have my first pair which I bought 11 years ago the dark gray (mind you they are and have gone through every New England condition- and have only required a few stitches where there may have been a wallet or keys ) and I have a pair of blacks that I bought just a year and a half ago a tear in the crotch immediately… these Browns are in between the gray in the black they feel like the beige and the beige hold up strongest but I'll let you know happy new year

My husband has worn Dickies for all the 13 years we've been together. We have never had an issue until this recent order. We ordered 3 pants size 34,34 and the 2 blacks ones fit as expected but the grey ones were too small and seemed to be sized wrong also the zipper wasn't sewn into the pants so I need to contact the returns dept and hopefully they will correct our order.

I love my new work pants. Got a smoke'n good deal on two. I had put patches at the knee's on my good ol' 874's because they still have life left in em'. I don't think ' Loose Fit' was the best choice for me and my stature. Kind of baggie in the legs, but all is good. When cold weather sets in, I can wear Long Underwear underneath and still be super comfortable.

My son lives in these pants for 10 hours a day doing Water proofing - they get tar and that is the only thing I find that does not come off of these. The double knee works well - however - more support above the back pockets would help as that area gets thin. They take patching very well. We go through 6 pairs per year. Great Christmas gift!

Fraying belt loops out the start, front clasp is underwhelming/seems to come undone easily. Time will tell if more issues develop in short order. The flex loose fit does seem comfy.

I've bought several pairs of these pants and they're very durable and like the fit. However, for work pants the belt loops are too narrow. It seems the loops have gotten more narrow over time. You can only fit a casual/dress belt in the loops. Would really not prefer to wear my dress belt to work but I have no choice. A standard work belt won't fit.

I'm a skateboarder and I love to have my jeans baggy. Gives me enough room to maneuver my legs in different places. They are so soft and so durable, they double knee helps so much. These pants give me so much confidence with the way I skate and the way I dress. Even Mom approves: "Those pants make you look like a gangster." I will never go back to any other pants.

I bought these pants for work. These are the only pants I wear for work. I gained weight so I had to order some bigger pants this year. As a breadman I was on my knees a lot putting bread on the bottom shelves. I love the double knees. They don't wear out like pants that don't have them. I have since retired after 17 years of being a breadman. I still buy the same pants because they are comfortable and long-lasting! I find the Dickies company to be an excellent company to do business with!

I bought these to work in the yard and though I don't have a long term experience with these pants, I am impressed. They have lots of belt loops a usual sign of quality.The only thing to lower the rating is the pant close with a hook and loop. I would pay $2 extra for a good durable button closure.

I wear a full leg brace on my right leg that tears holes in the knee joint area of normal pants. I quit wearing dress slacks and chinos because a pair of pants would only last 3-4 months. Even blue jeans are lucky to last 6 months. The double knee pants wear like iron compared to anything else.

Great material, Great fit. But PLEASE! PLEASE update the belt loops to fit a 1 3/4" belt and sew the loops on over the top of the waistband to stop that ANNOYING waistband roll-over. It wouldn't be so bad if you guys didn't use bright white material for the internal waistband, that shows up super tacky when it rolls down over the skinny belt because the loops are sewed on wrong! Also maybe have a button closure on the front instead of that 1950's flimsy hook thing that comes undone when you tighten the belt! I have to wear these for Uniform pants and I really do like the fit and pockets, but it seems like these little issues could be easily redesigned since it has been the same problems for decades!

i have been wearing this model for the last 6yrs. these are the most perfect pair of pants. they first fit like cardboard, & then break into pajamas. the fit is phenomenal and doesn’t get too tight on the thighs. i work as a shipping specialist & the double knees do me so well for carrying wooden pallets and being on my knees for inventory. i dress like a cartoon character w/ the same pants everyday; i not mad about it!

Thought the "flex" work pants would have been the same type of material as the flex shorts we bought that we absolutely love, but they were not. No noticeable"flex" in the fabric and no give at all in the waist band either.

This new pants aren’t as comfortable as before I notice that this ones has less room to move on my hips and they aren’t hi rise like before. I read the tags in both pants from before and now and the only difference I found is that the old pants are made in Guatemala and the most recent ones are made in Mexico. And also from the five pairs I order one of them has the zipper very hard to open and close.

I bought these 2 weeks ago and wear them to work every other day. They hold up to the daily wear and tear of moving around a machinery shop and the constant bending over or squatting down to pick materials up. I normally wear Dickies so I know what size I wear and need, so when I ordered this pair I expected the same fit and all my other pairs. This was not so, I haven’t lost weight or gotten shorter but this pair is too large in the waist and long for me. Not sure if it was mislabeled or what but I ended up rolling the cuffs and cinching my belt tighter. Overall stil a great product. Will still continue buying this brand.

I bought these because I've been a dickies fan since I was Jr high and there perfect for every occasion. I've always loved the style and look of dickie clothing. I can honestly say that no other brand of clothing has touched my skin for over 20 years while on my days off. I love my clothes loose and somewhat baggy and these fit me perfect. Needless to say I'm extremely satisfied. Also, if it's your first dickie clothing purchase I advise you to go 1 to 2 sizes bigger. There great pants but not to forgiving.

I bought 3 pairs of these for work almost 3 years ago. I'm glad to say they have held up very well throughout the years. The color didn't really fade much. They were really comfortable because they did not fit tight around my legs. I just replaced them because I used them so much the croch started to wear out. I would highly recommend these pants for any working man.

The pants are great fitting around the waist. The double knees are great for working on the ground. The two improvements that I would make on these pants would be to put the pencil pocket on both legs. I am left handed and the pencil pocket on the right leg does not work well. The other improvement would be odd sizes on the length of these pants. They do not shrink much and a 32" inseam is to long for me. A 31" inseam would be perfect. I do like the pants but they are to long for me.

Bought 2 pair of double knee loose fit slacks size 34x36. I had been wearing 33x34 but the legs kept getting caught in my boot tops when I stood up. I wanted to buy 33x36 but Dickies apparently doesn't make pants longer than 34" unless you have a 34" or larger waist. (Nobody is tall and slim, are they?) So, I get these slacks only to find that the 36" length is a lot longer than the 34" length. Now I have to roll up the cuffs so they don't drag the ground. Also, I find that one pair fits like it is a 34-1/2" waist and the other fits like a 33-1/2" waist. Understand, these are good work slacks, but quality control is very lacking. PS: I would rather try on clothes before buying but no place that carries Dickies has a selection worth a darn.

I been wearing dickies and only dickies for almost 20 years of my life. I am not 25 years old. My favorite pants are the double knee lose fit in the color black. For the past six years or so. The color of the black pants are no longer black. They’re more like a very dark navy blue. For years I’ve searched for places around the Phoenix area and no one sells real black pants anymore. Again it’s a off black dark blue color. I came across one store in particular and I was happy to find many pairs that were actually black. Too bad they were the wrong size. I spoke with the owner and he said that he purchases his dickies directly from Dickies. So here I go and place my first order excited that I’m purchasing pants that were going to be black. Once I receive my order, I open the package and here are my pants. It’s sad to say that they’re not black (as they are advertised) they are a off black dark navy blue. So upsetting. What I really want to know is WHY doesn’t dickies sell black dickies anymore? Is it the paint that they’re being cheap on? Can anyone get back to me with a real answer on why they are not black anymore.

The fit is a little tight in the hips, leg opening is about 21”, so they fit me kind of weird. The pair I got has a sewing flaw on the butt, looks like the fabric got caught in a machine, I don’t wear them because of the flaw

Bought a couple weeks ago wore them once they r great quality as dickie stuff always is , but they don't fit right the waist is way too tight and legs too long and baggy , I have all my other work clothes in dickies and they r regular fit pants same size and fit perfect, I will likely end up giving these away as they r no use to me .

These pants were not sized right. The waist was not 32" there were 30". I couldn't button them. I wear 32x32's. The legs were perfect fit but the waist was 2" smaller.

I have been buying these pants for maybe 25 years. They are my go-to work pants. I like how they are loose so you can bend over and squat easily. The double knee is a great feature as well but I always wear through them since I kneel a lot. Do kind of wish the double knee portion was a little higher and maybe even a triple knee.

Ordered 4 pairs had to return all of them. We had gotten these before and the band actually had some elastic in it to have more give once "flex" and one pair came defective with the pocket sewn shut and in a way to the leg that you couldn't even get your leg in.

I've been buying and re-upping the same double knee 5th pocket model pants since high school. They are great pants. The double knee really makes a difference when you need to be crawling around in attics and crawl spaces on a near daily basis, and the 5th pocket is a convenient place to hold little stuff temporarily. Also they are quite stylish, so I wear them, or the 13" shorts nearly every day.

Really happy with the original work pants the flex were a little more comfortable right away but had two pairs that the zipper pulled all the way off when zipping up and I had to cut and sew them to fix added a stop knot at top of zipper to keep it from happening again but will just stick with the original from now on

Like the look and feel, but the waist is so tight I can't breathe in them. I have 4 pair of Dickies jeans all 36x32 and they fit comfortably, even with tucking in a shirt, so I would recommend with that warning. Expect to go up a size in the waist.

These pants are cut small at waist line and legs are to long. I wear dickies denim jeans and when i switched to this style had to send my order back because waist size is two sizes smaller than that of the denim. In other words i had to order a 44 when i only wear a 40. The length is equivalent to a 32 when i wear a 30. Very dissapointed in these

My husband is a maintenance technician; this means he is kneeling, bending, and squatting a lot. I bought him multiple pairs of dickies loose fit double knee work pants over a year ago and he is still using those work pants today. It's nice that I don't have to iron them for them to look nicer and they did resist stains; it took paint or extremely harsh chemicals to stain them. He just got done asking me to buy more!

Pants were for 14 year old son who seems to be in between kid and adult sizes. Waist fit but had to cut 5 inches off length. Waiting for doubke knee style to become available again in kid size 10-12 .meanwhile these will do. These pants are durable and hold up well to 14 yr old boy wear and tear.

The pants are fine, but the front pockets are smaller than the pockets in the cell phone pants that were discontinued. You should also carry 29 inch length. SOME HEAVY GUYS HAVE SHORTER LEGS. LOL

Solid pants, good heavy material well suited to work. Only 2 small complaints, 1 they are a bit stiff, but I think they will loosen as they break in. 2, the opening to the front pockets is not against angled, so reaching into the pockets is not a comfortable as it is on other pants. Although it probably keeps small debree like sawdust from collecting in the pockets, so probably by design. Overall I'm pretty happy with these pants.

ordered 38x32 in the past, fit great. the last order placed was too small - compared them to a 36x32, same size. so ordered a 40x32, a little bigger but better. we have never had any problems, seems like the manufacturer you are using now is measuring small. Too much of a hassle returning them, so will just keep.

I bought these for work and it’s been awhile since I’ve worn dickies but I loved them when I had them. I normally where a size 38 waist in jeans so I decided to be on the safe side and get size 40 in these. One I received them I tried them on and they were way too tight I guess dickies changed how they do their sizes since last I wore them. So I returned them and reorder a size 44 because the 40 was so tight I felt 42 was still gonna be a little snug. When I received the 44 they were way too big. So now they are returned and now I am waiting for the size 42. Let’s hope for the best.

I'm happy they had 30x30s, those are generally harder to find in person normally in these style and fit but I was pleased to receive them promptly and they've been a joy to skate with. My husband said you’ve made them tighter in the crotch and he doesn’t like the double knee in warm weather. You use to make them without the double knee. I believe I bought him those last year. He gets at least 6 pairs at a time.

The loose fit is nice on a work pant. Give unrestricted movement. The phone pocket is great for the modern job site to keep your phone safe and convenient. The hip pockets are a little tight but serviceable. Also the belt loops are a little snug when using a work duty belt. I have had several pairs for 5-6 years. They are built to last and keep looking nice right out of the laundry.

I think these are very good pants, only problem is that I work for the DSNY in New York and they require us to wear the color green and you guys stopped making these pants in green. I have used these pants for a few years now and I love them. I am a mechanic and the double knees acts as padding and make it more durable for constant kneeling on concrete. The loose fit is very comfortable for a heavy set guy like myself.

It's been a few years since I purchased these, I thought I'd give them another chance. If they haven't changed it much, the Twill material should hold up very well to abuse, dirt, grease and oil (I'm a mechanic) and will look good a lot longer then denim. These pants ran a bit tight in the waist, they were otherwise "Loose Fit", the Twill material was a little lighter weight then they used to be, they'll be a bit cold in the winter if working outdoors.

Had trouble finding this style in store. Loose fit double knee is what Ive worn for over 10 years. Love how crisp and rigid they are when new. They smell funny tho haha always have but it washed out. I usually can get several washes and then have them starched at the cleaners and they are back to good as new. I could easily be a spokesman. Better than Richard haha

I really like this kind of pants, since I work with oils and chemicals. They move along with the body and it feels natural. The only flaw that I found was the little pocket for the cell phone, which tends to scrape after you walk for a while and the phone gets exposed, like almost falling off the pocket when you bend. Besides that, they're really good for working.

What more is there to say. Dickies has always supplied us with great work and everyday wear. Very comfortable pants and they fit perfectly with that little bit of extra room so your not feeling "constricted". Just be careful choosing your inseam. I always wear a 36x32 accidentally bought 36x34. No biggie tho. Just remember the inseam refers to the length.

These pants have delivered exactly what I needed and wanted! They are very comfortable to work in, in any position with the loose fit. The flex fabric feature also contributes to the comfort when moving. Although I expected more flex. But the subtle amount of flex is not a problem because the pants are amply loose.Still if these pants were made with more flex in the fabric they could be a little less loose. Which I would like. So if you are looking for the perfect pants to work in look no further. Delivery was fast and the shopping experience very good.

These are very nice pants. I like the loose fit because I’m bigger in the seat and thighs so I can by a waist size that fits and still have room to be comfortable. The belt loops could be a little bigger. If you wear a wide belt it won’t work with these pants.

I bought two pairs of these in black to go along with some tan and gray pants for work. I wanted something that would hold up and be comfortable. These pants are those things. The fit is great and the fabric is durable. The tech pocket is great, even though I don't use it for my phone (a pen, a small tube of hand lotion, and my Bluetooth earbuds). My only complaints about the pants are: 1) the belt loops could be a bit bigger, to allow for a wider belt. 2) the openings to the front hip pockets are too narrow. The pockets themselves are fine. They hold everything I put in them and the pocket fabric hasn't torn or ripped. But even getting out my keys requires a weird forward lean to get the pocket away from my hip so I can reach inside.

I buy these to wear during work. I kneel a lot and squat. The double knee has never really worn out before and as long as you wear the correct size the seam does not give out. I prefer the loose fit as it prevents a lot of scratches or tears that tighter fits are susceptible to. The exclusion of a button in favor of hook and eye is very welcome! Buttons wear out and fall so quickly. The cell phone pocket isn't too big and is very useful. Great product for what I do.

Doubled my Dickies supply recently and ordered 2 pairs of these and a few other pants. Good as always! The pants are a little stiff for the first wear, and I'm not the biggest fan of the frontal pleat, but both are minor significances and are resolved with the first wash. Lots of belt loops, 7 of them. Nice cellphone pocket on the back of the thigh, keeps my phone from getting crushed as I use my legs and body moving kegs around.

I wear these every day while I work on dirty machines in tight positions (on knees a lot) for 12-16 hour shifts, and have had them to 6 months...they still look brand new, complete with creases, after being washed. The extra pocket is nice...perfect place for tools or phone (even fits my iPhone 6+ in an otterbox case!) Fast delivery. Fit perfect, which I was afraid of when ordering online....they fit better than clothes I buy after trying them on in a store. No belt needed I can't say enough good things about these pants, they're worth every penny, at twice the price! Ran a bit larger And longer than the regular work pants. No problem though. I went online and chatted with a customer service rep. She sent me a return label yesterday. Will return one pair that wasn’t washed in hot water like the other pair. Hope the refund process goes well. My son liked the double knee as he was blowing out the knees in the regular pairs too quickly.

I had to buy these pants because Dickies stopped making the EMT pants with a regular rise. they changed it to a sits below the waist rise (stupid) and changed a few other things. Had to return these because they are WAY too big. The waist was fine, the rise was okay, but not as good as it should be for work pants (12"). But the leg opening was just crazy. 20" leg opening is too much. Not all men like to wear low rise, especially for work pants. Why Dickies decided that men who work need to wear pants below their waist is beyond me. Dickies has now lost me as a customer.

I've purchased plenty of dickie work pants over the course of 7 years or so. It's been a year or so since I purchased my last pair. When reviewing the two pair that I ordered a few weeks ago, they were a bit smaller than I remember. I know some may say, "well you probably put on some weight." But the fact of the matter is that I've lost weight, and the other pairs that I own were the same size. I currently still own them and still wear them as work pants twice a week. I guess when I order again, I'll order two inches bigger than before....

These pants fit properly for work pants and have a good feeling to them. They're very tough, abrasion and snag resistant, and have good solid belt loops. If I would change anything I would make the pockets a little deeper, but they're pretty okay the way they are. It's still a five star product.

I’m so confused by this purchase. I have boughten these before and they had the original dickies feel with the thick, sturdy material. The material on these was so thin I could quite literally see through them when held up. It felt as though they were made out of a cheap linen tablecloth and because of that the fit also suffered.

The sizing is spot on and they are a loose fit in the crotch area. If Dickies wanted to improve anything, they'd offer these with odd number inseams - I'm a 29" inseam. The first time I wore them my wife complimented the look; not something she does very often with my clothes!

My crew and myself have worn dickies professionally for over 30 years. The new metal clasps for the pants are complete junk. I would gladly pay more to keep the Quality of the pants as they were. I’ve used these pants for years. They are well made and stand up to the abuse of a truck driver. I still wear them now that I am no longer a driver because of their longevity and the pocket on the leg that I use for my wallet so I’m not sitting on it anymore.

I first bought these probably a year ago for my husband to wear on his facilities maintenance job where he spends a lot of time on his knees. The double knees really hold up where the standard pants got holes pretty quickly. I think they look really baggy, definitely for work only, but he loves the loose fit for range of motion.

The side leg pocket is quite handy for long tools like screw drivers, and the double knees are is holding up so far. Great work pant. Material holds up even against battery acid which is why I got them. Other brands had tiny holes everywhere after a couple of weeks of wear. Dickies still goin' strong months and years later. Just wish the waist band had any give at all, would buy a stretchy waistband option in a heartbeat!

36"W x 32"L: Way too small in the waist! I have Relaxed fit Dickies in this size and they fit perfect. These Loose fit won't even close, they are so tight. Can't wear them and can't return them because they were washed once.

Would give 5* if cell pocket and front pockets was 1" if not 1.5" longer. Other than that they fit well and are very comfortable.

The fabric quality is terrible and the thigh is so tight I can hardly bend my knees for fear of breaking apart the seams. Stop making fat people wear inflexible fabric.

Best intro to baggier pants and at such a good price point. No issue with pilling unless you cant understand synthetic fabric care. Wash cold with light detergent and dry minimally on low heat

the person who designed these pants never really worked in their life - front pockets are not deep enough when you reach in your front pocket to get something out be prepared to have other stuff come out -- check you seat when you get up as stuff you had in your front pocket laying there.

I ordered the same size as I wear in the regular double knee cell phone pocket pants which fit nice but these are longer and the leg opening is bigger so they are like parachute pants! The flex material is nice in the crotch area though.

I wear Dickies every day whether it be for my two jobs or shirts for leisure. They’re sturdy and last a long time. My only complaint is they don’t have regular fit pants with the leg pocket in my size and inseam.

My actual size (30X30)with those type of pants is smaller, so I will have to get a size bigger (32X30) just in case the next one is the same as the one ordered. Pretty sure it should fit well if I ordered bigger. Besides that, I love the loose fit and the length is perfect for me.

Im a flooring installer so i am on my knees 6-8hrs a day. I ordered the flex double knee khakis for the extra durability. The flexible fabric is like magic. It makes crawling around on the floor all day much comfortable.

I always love these for work. I'm a woman so they're a little bit tight in the waist (if I had one ) as these are cut for men. But I work in a grocery store and change prices so I'm crawling around on the floor a lot. I've never, never had a double knee rip, tare or get a hole. Love them!

Looks good, stays wrinkle free & durable. I very securely carry my wallet in one of the front cargo pockets and don't have to sit on it any more. the only minor change I would make is a button instead of the hook latch at the waist. the are my go to britches.

I like these pants a lot and the dark gray is a nice color. Also, I intend to use them for breakdance and at first they were a bit stiff and tight of course right out of the package but kneeling and bending should become easier. However, the sizing runs a bit small. I own a pair of 874 work pants and I got those in a 28 and they fit perfect; actually have a bit of space. These though, were a bit too tight and i tried stretching them out on my own but hopefully with a couple wears they get a little looser.

These pants as well as the 874s have front pockets that are way too shallow. i have had my money clip fall out several times while sitting in my car and recliner, Luckily I've found it each time. I can not take this risk any longer. These pants are going to the Salvation Army. Won't be buying ever again

Quality pants and fabric, but they are definitely not true to size. Which is beyond frustrating. I owned two different styles of Dickies before ordering these. I ordered the same size that I have in the others, that fit really well. I ordered two pair of these, they do not fit the same as the other styles. The waist is definitely smaller on these than the others. The two pair I received are the same size on the tags, but they do not fit the same as each other. One pair I can barely get around my waist, while the other is a little snug, but fits. They are definitely good pants, just not consistent in size.

My husband has worn Dickies for years. Unfortunately, the product line seems to be going down in quality. Last few orders have been disappointing. fabric weight is not as strong/sturdy, also, the fasteners rust after a few washes. last order the stitching on the belt line is irregular. Love the brand but sad about the current lack of quality.

The one thing I noticed compared to a previous purchase is the stay press crease is not as good as my last purchase of these pants. The fabric seems less tight and more prone to wrinkle.

The belt loops are wider than most. I like the slash pocket on the right leg but the pocket is shallow and my Samsung S23 doesn't slide all the way in, leaving it unsecure. The material feels very "durable". In other words, it's stiff and not soft. The pocket opening is small for my XL size hands and the pockets are shallow. I have the same version of these shorts, everything about these pants that I don't like isn't an issue with the shorts. I was excited about these pants but they're just "ok".
