    This jacket fits well and is warm and very comfortable. It seems like it will hold up to a good amount of wear and tear as well. The metal zipper needs to break in, but I'm sure it will work great after that.

    I bought this for work and extreme warmth. I would recommend that they add a drawstring for the waist and hood. The hood is too big without a hardhat or cap on. You can not go wrong with a purchase of this jacket.

    I purchased this stylish and yet practical winter coat a few weeks back. It came right on time as temps plummeted in the Cincinnati area last weekend. But i was snug and warm and comfy. Dickies jackets...like all their products, are very well made. It looks great and holds off the Ohio / Northern Kentucky winter very well.

    I bought this a couple of weeks ago and the material was soft and well made! Nice warm lining!BUT, I really wish Dickies would adjust the color of their tags to match or at least blend better than bright "RED" against light brown material! I may have to remove the tag!

    Pretty good. But only has one outside chest pocket. Coat does not have a storm flap or draw string in the hood so wind blows in zipper a hood. The good features are inside pockets on both sides, lined hand warmer pockets and most importantly a lined hood. Has a nice appearance for those who care about fashion.

    I could care less about clothing and am going out of my way to write a review about this jacket. It's winter time in Pa. This jacket is the warmest jacket you'll ever buy for the money. It was inexpensive and is the second one I've owned. First one lasted over 6 years and was getting a bit tattered on the sleeve ends. I donated it to charity.     Great fit and excellent construction to the material. Definitely warm enough without sacrificing ease of movement. Pockets could be a bit deeper and wish it had an inner chest pocket too. Otherwise, it's an excellent jacket. Recommend without reservation.

    I bought this jacket last year man was I disappointed never have I purchased a tall extra large item that was so not what it claimed the slaves were at least four inches too short and the size was not accurate even though the label said it was what it was it was not what it claimed to be very disappointed gave it to my mother rolled up the sleeves for her she loved it said it was the warmest jacket she'd ever had I only wish you sold items that fix a big and tall man

    I purchased this Dec 2018 for a winter jacket on this site. I got the extra long tall in xl and it fits good. A little on the bigger side but I prefer that. This jacket keeps me warm even in colder 20 degrees and teen temps. No need to layer underneath. This is waiting outside for the bus from 20 minutes to a half hour. The pockets on the side are nice and deep. Has 2 pockets inside one being a deep pocket that zips up. Perfect pockets to put things in without them falling out.

    Bought mine last year and its been GREAT! Wore it all last winter & will continue wearing it this winter. I've machined washed it 3 or 4 times & it never shrinks.Sherpa lining stays soft and curly. VERY comfortable & fits as expected, which is right on for size. BUY IT - you will love it too.

    Excellent jacket in almost all ways - warm, tough, good zipper, nice pockets. A bit bulky in the torso and short in the sleeves, but that's pretty par for the course when you're fairly skinny trying to buy a work jacket.

    This is my go-to Jacket in the winter. IT is warm, comfortable, and will keep you dry. I have had mine for over 2 years, and I were it all the time in the winter. Last Christmas, my daughter was in town from Denver, she noticed that this was the only jacket I wore. She liked it so much that she bought one to take back to Denver. It is her go-to Jacket now. My wife liked both jackets so much, that she asked for one for her birthday last month. Hey, Christmas Present for our son... then the whole family will have this jacket.

    I purchased this jacket for my 22 year old son to wear to work everyday. He'a s welder in a warehouse and it gets pretty cold in the winter. He loved the fit (tall sizes) and because it came in black, it didn't show every bit of dirt. I will probable purchase another for him next winter so we will have 2 in rotation. (I prefer to dry-clean his work jackets to prevent shrinking).

    Real warm jacket, i live in northen Quebec and we have really cold winter even at -40 C i feel good in it. The only thing i would ive like to have more insulation in the sleeve but overall worth it all the way. If your cold get dress dummy

    I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present. He needed something for working in the garage. I didn't want to spend too much money on a coat that was going to get oil and grease on it. This is perfect. It keeps him warm but doesn't get in his way. It cleans well and the dark color doesn't show dirt. The only complaint is, the hood is huge! It's so big it covers his face and he can't see what he is doing.

    Bought as a gift for my brother who works outside as well as inside doing maintenance. It has warmth, movement and room to move and work. Has inside pockets and outside. The inside ones could stand to be bigger but still a nice feature. The hood is perfect size . Its longer in the front which has room for his hat and protects him from the elements outside. No matter if it is wind ,rain or even snow. The coat is not rigid which is perfect as his job requires movement working with tools also not too heavy because no matter the weather you get hot when you are working. He really likes it .. and hes picky. I like it because the price and quality are great.

    For the most part I really like this jacket, especially the look of it. But there are a few things I don't like. One, as you can see in the photo the sleeve openings are pretty bulky. Granted, there is a lot of stuff going on here like the inner ribbed cuff, but the sleeve opening is about as big around as the cuff on my pants. Two, the hood is BIG! I'm sure the hood is designed to go over a construction hard hat. But be aware that if you don't at least have a ball cap on, then the hood will hang down over your eyes when you flip it up.

    I bought this as a gift for my son. So far he is very pleased with it. He said he didn't really expect it to be as warm and comfortable as it is. The only concern we have about the order would be, I ordered a tall thinking it would have a little longer sleeves and be a little longer in the torso but the sleeves seem to be the only thing with additional length. The torso wasn't any longer at all, that was a little disappointing. All in all it's a really good jacket for a really good price.

    I haven’t been very successful finding jackets my 16 yr old son will actually wear but he loves this one! Soft and comfy on the inside, nice pockets, durable, great protection in cold wind. The shoulders are a bit broad but not a big deal. I’d rather it fit him for a long time. For reference he is 5’11 and 149 lbs and I got him the large.

    I got one of these coats a long time ago at work. Our work bought these coats thru our cleaning company.They were the warmest coat we had ever got. We worked out doors, in all types of weather.     This is the second of this jacket I have bought for my husband. The first I bought 2 years ago for him for work as he is outside a lot in the winter. It was very durable and warm, he loved it. After a few years of wear and tear the first jacket is starting to wear. The first thing that went was the zipper and a few holes near the pocket seams, but he is very rough on his work clothes. He asked for the same jacket to replace it and hoping this one lasts just as long!

    I like this coat alot! Its warm and comfortable.I like the pockets and the hood . great work coat! it seems to be durable and made well! two things i dont like about it. It is very large in waist area with no bottom snaps or loops to take it in, so if your not a heavy set guy theres quite a bit of cold air that goes up the coat from the waist! The second thing is the hood has no draw strings! other than that its a good coat! I dont know why they went cheap and decided not to ad these things .!

    I wish the jacket had a draw string on the hood. Also, I thought it might be a bit warmer than it is. I do realize it is a jacket, not a winter coat. In my opinion 30 degrees is about as cold of weather as I would be comfortable wearing this jacket without layering.

    I bought the duck sherpa because it looked nice, but when I got it, it had a small hole in the chest pocket probably missed when sewing, but the pros are more than the cons also the hood was a little too long

    I bought this online while I was working in China. When I got home on Christmas Eve, it was there waiting for me and on Christmas morning I looked like a hero. The XL fit perfectly, my man is 6” and 220. He’s a mechanic and considers this his ‘good hoodie’ and he won’t wear it to work because of the Sherpa lining. Which is guy speak for he loves it. We live in Nova Scotia and it’s insanely cold and he’s wearing his hoodie as a jacket. He’s happy, so I’m happy.

    I had to pull fabric back away from zipper , and hand sew this loose fabric around zipper , it kept getting stuck when you zip up jacket.

    Comfortable and durable. The zipper comes all the way up to protect your neck area. While the hood seems to big, it really needs with be worn with a baseball type cap to keep the hood from hanging over your eyes. With the cap, it provides very good overall head protection from wind and the elements.

    Bought this for a friend and they like it. Appears strong and warm. My only slight disappointment was that the arm insulation was not the same as what covers the body area. Felt it would be warmer if it was but my friend likes and and looks like it will hold up for a long time.

    I needed a 5x coat for a man who carries his weight around his middle. This coat was very reasonably priced considering it's a specialty size. He is about 5'9" and it came down long enough to to cover his belly, Many don't. It was a nice heavy material and exactly as described. Will be good for doing things outdoors in the WI winter.

    The jacket feels great. It’s nice and warm and allows great movement. I think this would be improved with tighter, fitting cuffs and a better fitting hood. Is there any consideration in the future for making a zip in the liner for the very cold weather?

    Very comfortable, very warm! I was hoping it was the same exterior material as the Duck jacket but it is not. I bought this version because the Duck jacket does not come in tall sizes. I do not regret the purchase but the Duck material is much more wear resistant.

    Bought this one to replace a Dickies jacket that I had for 17years, the reason I had to replace it was because I climbed under my 18 wheeler and got grease and oil all over the back, other than that just a little fraying on the cuffs. Not made out of the same jean like material but still just as warm and the hood is a plus, the other one didn't have one. Would recommend this jacket to anyone, was really surprised how warm it was, only drawback is the hood has no drawstring but turning your back to the wind does nice too......lol.....

    Bought 6 of these for me and my employees. They feel very warm. Can't wait to try them out. Material feels solid. Only thought is that it would be great if they offered tall options in medium size like they do for the large and extra-large sizes. I am 5 foot 11 and 140 pounds skinny. So the medium is slightly large for me in the body yet slightly short in the sleeve length. I swim in the large jackets but they have the right sleeve length for me. So I am opting to wear the mediums and deal with sleeves that are just a little too short. Honestly I could probably do with a size small around my skinny body and sleeve length of the large if it was an option.

    I was attracted by the idea of soft Sherpa lining on a substantial winter jacket with an outer shell of duck cotton. The jacket is very warm and comfortably bulky. What I did not anticipate was how stiff the duck would be, and how scratchy the Sherpa lining would be, even after several washings. I had hoped for considerable softening, which did not occur. I am impressed by the rugged, well-made fabric to keep winter out. But to have the material against my sensitive skin is not tenable. So, I have compromised by wearing a soft, cotton or soft polyester Sherpa jacket underneath the Dickie jacket. I am sure that together they will keep me both warm and comfortable. So, the jacket has, for me, both advantages and limitations.

    I bought one for my son and one for my husband. They LOVE them! They fit well, my son is 6'1" and about 230 and the xl fits perfect! I got the long tall and it is just right!!! My husband id about 6' and 190 or so and the lg is perfect for him! I got the long tall for him as well. They say that they are very warm and I love the durability of Dickies! 5 stars for sure!

    Yes, it came on time, I was however surprised by the size, On me a 4xl is a little loose, This one you Sent was a bit on the snug side. It fits but I have to watch out what I wear under it. A very heavy shirt would make it impossible to close. I have ordered from different places and they all fit nicely and looser so I can put layers under it.

    I’ve had a hard time finding a quality work jacket that fits in shoulders and sleeves. So I’ve accepted that if it fits in the shoulders the sleeve will be to long and a work jacket will have worn dirty cuffs

    Got my Sherpa lined jacket for myself for Christmas (the best way to make sure you get what you want). Shipped fast and is very warm and comfy. I am only 5' 8" but it could be 2" longer at the waist as I have a long torso. Great hood, big pockets (easily take my winter gloves), and easy zipper. Ease of movement when shoveling snow and we've had 70" so far by Christmas day! Terrific value on sale for me. Great jacket!

    It is warm,well fitting, with plenty of pockets in useful places. I would categoize it as a casual or work jacket that seems sturdy enough to handle daily chores. I especially like the lining as it traps body heat, essential in keeping warm. Well done, Dickies! Since I have a Sherpa jacket, my next purchase may be a yurt.

    I like the coat but its made for a wider person The length fits great but because there is extra material in the circumference of the coat, the zipper keeps getting caught at the bottom and its hard to zip up properly. It seems for my height, they designed it for larger/wider people…which makes sense being an obese country…

    I bought this coat as a gift for my mother. I order a tall which she didn't need but it worked perfectly. Being so long she liked it because it was long enough it didn't pull up when she got into the car. The hood was a little bug but she wears a hat under it and it also worked out fine.

    This jacket is warm, comfortable and perfect for me in every way. The pockets are roomy and the zipper is durable. I wear it to do chores and because of the smooth fabric exterior, the hay doesn't get into the fibers. The hood is perfect and keeps me warm.

    i bought something with a hood because my head gets cold. the hood on this comes clear down to my nose so i can't see anything either and i guess they weren't smart enough to make some way to adjust it.

    Great heavy duty well lined jacket with plenty of convenience pockets. Only draw back is the zipper. It is very difficult to raise and lower, to the point i feel the zipper tab will break off and makes it difficult to use.

    Jacket fits perfectly - long and snug just below the waist. Sherpa lining is properly plush. Pockets galore...inside and outside zippers. Main zipper is really smooth and hefty. Sleeves lined with nylon quilt so rough sweater sleeves slip in slick. Wrists are snug and can be adjusted snugger. Not light...but not too heavy. 'Gonna be perfect for outside stuff this winter.

    This is my second one I wore my last one for 3 years and it finally looked a little rough so I ordered another. I wear this as my only winter jacket and I live in Wisconsin where it gets to -30, yes negative 30 degrees f. If you want warm and comfy you want this!

    This is my second one of these coats. The first one the zipper broke on it after about 2 years. Yes, many people complained about the cheap zippers on them so I think they addressed that. But, what I liked about the coat was the oversized hood. However, people who don't know what real working people need in a coat complained about the hood that it was too big. So Dickies made the hood smaller. Now its like any other average coat and the hood really sucks. It is too small now. Yes, the first generation hood was big but it allowed you to wear PPE under it. Now you're lucky if you can wear a ball cap under it. I know some of the snowflakes out there might like it better but for those of us who brave the elements to work, this change was not an improvement. Otherwise, I like the coat. Dickies, make a 3rd generation coat with a larger hood.

    I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend. He said the jacket is nice and he really likes it, but the zipper keeps getting stuck 3 inches from the bottom and then again half way up. He checked and there is no material stopping it. He did not want to tell me about this issue, but since I told him about this email he has informed me of it. I have not tried contacting the company about this, but I hope someone will reach out to be about getting this issue taken care of. Thank you!

    Stylish yet keeps me warm in very cold weather. I like the assortment of pockets, some with velcro clasps, both inside and out. The large regular fits me well when I am wearing a few light layers underneath. The hood is ample and allows me to wear a sock hat underneath. The price was very reasonable. Very high quality.

    I purchased this jacket for my husband. It's a nice jacket, but the sleeves need to be longer; and it's not like he has exceptionally long arms, either. Since it fits everywhere else he decided to keep it.

    I have bought Dickies outerwear. I got this coat instead of my usual duck quilted lined hooded jacket. This one is a bunch warmer & a tad longer so no more cold back when reaching upwards. Plus a huge heavy duty metal zipper & 2 big inside pockets one w/zipper & one w/velcro closures so your phone, keys, wallet or whatever won't fall out. Been buyin' Dickies products for 30 + years cause it fits right, lasts longer & it's priced right.

    Good coat for winter wear, breaks wind well due to canvas duck shell. The outside chest pocket could be protected a little better, things tend to fall out. The hood could use a drawstring on it as well.

    I work in a freezer environment and had this jacket for years with no issues. Plenty of pockets and a hoodie fits comfortably underneath. Does not hinder movement either. I need to order a new one cause the zipper finally broke, it's always the zipper.

    Jacket is very comfortable. The quality is very good, its a very durable jacket. I generate a lot of heat, in cool weather i did not burn up in it. In the colder days the areas protected by the jacket were nice and warm...didn't feel the wind cutting into the jacket either. All around a great jacket. Will definitely buy another if I ever wear this one out.

    My husband loves that these come in tall- He does not "work" in them outside of occasional yard work. He wore it about 125 days a year for about two years-only part time like to/from work or to/from town as we live in the country. This is not much for a supposedly heavy duty work coat. We were surprised when the zipper broke last month. We will buy another one as it is rare to find a coat for my 6'4 husband-but come on Dickies.....Your zipper should be able to survive more than 250 partial days of light duty. Disappointing.

    Jacket ran big in size. I wear an XL and the jacket I got, even though it was labelled XL, was more like a 2XL. Fortunately, I could give the jacket to a family member that it would fit as a Christmas present. So, when ordering go one size smaller for the correct fit.

    Love this jacket! I use it for work and let me tell you...this thing is warm! Like it so much I got one for my brother too! The trick to not “biting” the fabrick as you zip the jacket up is tugging from the bottom and as you zip up pull the zipper away from you and you won’t but the fabric, hear some people having issues with that. I never have that issue if I zip up like that....

There are plenty of pockets inside and outside of the coat to protect your valuables.     I ordered the 3 extra large tall and it fits me very nicely and I am 6'2" 280 lbs. with a barrel chest. After wearing this for a few weeks in windy freezing, or below freezing temperatures; I can safely say this is a warm, comfortable jacket, with well placed pockets, the only issue I have is with the hood. The hood is big and floppy, and doesn't come with a draw string. As long as you keep your head down it's fine, but if you have to look up, like to see where you are walking to, the wind will pull it off your head, while driving in a vehicle it will fall down and bunch up around the middle of the neck and is an major discomfort. This coat would be absolutely perfect without a hood.

    The quality of this coat is terrible! The material must be rotten because it tore in the back while taking it off. I ordered the coat big and it still tore. It’s a 4X. Also, the sleeves are kind of short for such a large coat. Dickies quality has definitely gone downhill.

    Quick shipping, good packing and general good quality of the coat. I had to return the coat because it was very heavy. I am 70 and I just can't wear coats that tire me out to pack them around and move in them. Also the cuffs are kind of bulky and just not comfortable.     Last a long time, longer than stiffer fabrics (I know from experience.) Warmest most comfortable and never stifling. Rib knit on recessed cuffs never pills and wears tough. Handwarmer pockets have a soft lining. When I bought one of these years ago, I thought the open bottom and light fabric shell were less than ideal, but when I wore it out, (3 years), I tried others and none lasted or were quite as warm or comfortable. I went back to this jacket and it is the same as I remembered, soft and warm, and I appreciate it a lot more. I do physical work every day, and in cold months wear it a lot even working. It cleans up surprisingly well. Nothing lasts forever, but this is the best I know about. By the way, large dickies fits like some other brands XL.

    I was issued a this coat for my job with the US DOD 2 years ago. This is my go to coat for comfort and warmth in the most sever cold and wind. I love this coat so much I bought another one in charcoal grey for home use I would highly recommend this item.

    The gentleman that I purchased this for is very pleased with the coat. It’s warm in the hood even keep the rain off his head. The material is quite thick and very sufficient for every day wear. The bluish gray is a very nice change from the standard color.

    This is my second one of these jackets. I bought one back in june, but ended up losing it somewhere. Now that it's getting pretty cold outside, I've decided to purchase another one. I really like these jackets, they're really warm and are built well. The shipping was really fast and i even got a free hat out of it. This gets 5 stars in my opinion.

    Exactly what I had hoped for. Warm, lightweight, sturdy and versatile. I especially appreciate and love all of the the exterior and interior reliable pockets.     First thing I did was wash it and put in dryer to tighten it up. It's great! The weather got warmer, so when it gets colder I am set! I like having my neck covered, I am getting older... Nice extra pockets... THANKS!!

    I bought this to use in winter while sawing and splitting wood, and doing other outdoor chores. The fit is a little tight (L) on my 6’2” frame, so I’d recommend the tall option for similar. The fabric is tough enough for light duty, and the cuffs prevent sawdust from going up the sleeves. The Sherpa lining is excellent. The open pockets on the sides do tend to collect sawdust though. Breast pocket makes for a good phone holder in a pinch, and interior pocket holds a wallet. A great budget option when the next most expensive competitor is nearly twice as expensive.

    I purchased this for Christmas and it fits nice, my boyfriend has tiny wrists but layers up so I had to buy it large, however, he is able to adjust the wrist area to fit securely. He really likes this jacket during harsh Chicago winters.

    I have ordered 2 of these in the last 2 weeks. Both had faulty zippers. The quality of this product has gone down hill tremendously. I will no longer be buying your merchandise, which is unfortunate as my original coat of this same style lasted at least 10 years and was one of the best I have ever had.

    I have a few jackets but I like this best for casual / work wear. Soft, flexible and very warm. The hood doesnt have drawstrings but the zipper goes up far enough to pull the hood together. I always wear a cap under the hood anyway. I would say this would be warm enough down into the 30 degree range, lower if you layer something under it.

    I really like the jacket. There is ONE small complaint that needs improvement and it is the zipper. I have trouble zipping it from the bottom to up to a 1/3 of the way up it gets stuck. Its almost like the fabric next to the zipper is too close and it gets hung up when trying to zip it. It takes a few tries to fully zip it.

    1) What ever size you take get at least one to two sizes bigger 2) zipper catches on seam zipping up and down. Poorly done. Half to pull it over my head going on and or off and fight getting seam out of zipper after taking it off. 3) lining is pretty cheap. I have several other Dickies jackets and thermal jackets. This one was so poorly done, grossly miss sized and cheap lining its bizzare.

    I bought this jacket for my husband for Christmas as a replacement for the exact same jacket he bought a few years ago. Same good quality material. Warm anfuzzy insides. But the zipper is very tough to get started - feels like it needs to be sprayed with silicone or something.

    I would like to tell you how much I have enjoyed my jacket...but I have not yet worn one for more than one day. Every time I order one, (one my third in 6 months) a child or one of their friends takes my jacket. Must be good because they all say "Thank you" and they all wear them daily. When I finally get to wear one, hope three is the charm, I will write an additional review. Everything else we have purchased from Dickies has been terrific, exceeded the product details and wears really well.

    Quality made jacket! Purchased an XS and fit well in the chest and across the shoulders, but the sleeves were wayyy too big and the jacket itself was a bit too long for me, so I ended up returning it. Wish it fit better so I could have kept it, but even so the return process was super quick and simple. Definitely recommend this jacket if you are on the taller side.

    Read other reviews saw complaints about zippers and sleeve lengths, have not had any issues. I am unhappy with the faded black coloring. However its a good jacket my boyfriend complained that tr he hood was a bit large but I think it would be fine with a goodie layered underneath.

    Nice and warm . Good fit. Unfortunately the zipper doesn't last. My first jacket the zipper lasted 2 winters. Bought another one and the zipper lasted 2 winters. First jacket got washed second did not. Zipper jumps track. I asked my wife for a new jacket and she bought the same jacket. Already the zipper is sticking.

    It’s a really nice jacket it fits perfect. Warm heavy duty jacket. The only thing I disagree is the sleeve cuffs should of taken of the snap rings. Other than that it’s awesome.

    I bought this for an upcoming new job. I had occasion to wear this a few times while clearing snow around the house. Surprisingly warm as it is not a real heavy coat. As to the reviews that the coat is stiff....totally false. Coat is soft and easy to move in. I washed it right out of the box to soften it up, which was probably not necessary.

    I have been struggling with this zipper since the first time I tried to put it on. I have worn the coat a few times, but can't trust it for really cold weather and have resorted to continuing to use my old coat and am looking for a different new one to get through the winter. It's too bad because I love the sherpa lining, but I won't buy another one.

    My husband loves this coat; it is his 3rd over several years. Found it here this time when local farm store didn't carry anymore -- mistake for them. We have many days of below zero, even 40's below, and he stays warm working the ranch, tending livestock, chores, etc. The hood is oversize which he loves as it protects from the fierce wind. The weight of the coat is perfect also- a great pairing with insulated bibs.

    Wanted to like this but it doesn't live up to the name. Highs: Nice durable fabric. Stands up to playing with my German Shepard with ease. Warm around the torso. Easy on and off. Doesn't hang on your inner clothing like some jackets. Lows: Biggest gripe is the hood is only ornamental if there is *any* wind. Even without wind it doesn't hug you at all letting the cold in. A simple drawstring could have avoided this problem but I still think it needs to be reshaped and sized properly. Even with a ball cap and a heavy sweatshirt hoodie on underneath, the hood blows off with a slight breeze. This make the hood useless where I live on the Outer Banks. The other gripes are quality control. The zipper was rough when I got it a year ago and thought it would wear in but it only got worse. Lastly, there is some sort of crinkly plastic, cellophane or some noisy material that was left or stitched into the jacket up near the chest but only on one side. Every time I take it off to hang it up it just annoys me. Conclusion: Nice warm, durable jacket if you are working in a protected environment or have other means of keeping your head warm. Could be great for the price if they fixed the hood and you get a good quality checker.

    Very nice jacket/coat at a inexpensive price. My only negative is it would be better if the hood had a drawstring. The only way to keep it in you head is to zip the coat all the way up and still it’s not pulled down on on the top of your head.

    I bought this jacket for a job I started on January 2, 2018. I already noticed what others have posted, that the seam at the base of the hood where it attaches to the jacket is ripped open. The jacket is very soft, and very warn, however I have to question the workmanship

    This coat is thoughtfully designed. I wore it out a few days ago, the temperature was in the mid twenties and this coat was comfortably warm. I expect it will be comfortable on a much colder day. The coat has well thought out pockets both next to your body and regular type, plus a very nice hood. The fleece lining feels great without restricting movement.

    When I received this jacket in the mail I couldn't wait to try it on. Until I found out that the zipper bound one third of the way up the jacket. The zipper was getting stuck on the jacket every time I would try to zip it!!! It really sucks when you get a product shipped to you that is defective!!! :(

    Very cozy! Fell asleep on my couch in this thing! Got a size bigger than I’d normally get so I can wear bulkier Layers underneath. The hood is super big, which is great if you wear a hard hat but otherwise it got my face a lot.

    After reading some of the reviews on the Dickies Sherpa Lined Hooded Jacket, I made the decision to buy this jacket. I have not been disappointed. Some of the poor reviews I read about it, just didn't apply to what I experienced. Some buyers mentioned problems with the zipper or hood. Zipper worked fine, hood was fine too. I didn't find it too big as others had mentioned. Overall, I've had this jacket for about a month now. It's proven to be an exceptionally good work jacket that has held up well against a brutal Montana winter.

The complaint that I have the sleeve length did increase from 2x to a 4x. My husband is ok it wishes were another inch two longer. Overall great product and ordering experience!

    I bought this jacket several years ago and it is still the most comfortable piece of clothing I have ever owned and only gets better the more you break it in. The outer shell can snag and rip if you get unlucky, but it really is built to last with the strong stitching. The internal lining on both the sleeves and body fully block the wind and retain body heat even in sub-zero temperatures with strong North Dakota winds. The oversized hood is perfect to block wind and if you are out and about and want an afternoon nap just pull it over your eyes and enjoy the warm embrace of your new jacket.

    Decently warm till around -20ish I would say. Good work jacket, is holding up to the day to day of commercial electrical work. My one complaint is zipping it up all the way is too tight on the neck and the hood doesn't sit very nice unless it is zipped up all the way.

    I've been wearing this jacket a month plus now and it's a very comfortable jacket. Also warm and seemingly durable i was looking for a hooded jacket for a little backup protection from cold wind situations. Dickies have a tendency to run small so it's probably a good idea to order up a size if you're not sure. 1 small issue is that id like to see a darker color for the now too light colored lining because I can tell that will be getting grimey in a blue collar setting.

    Two Big Problems with this Jacket

    First problem is the zipper is constantly getting stuck. The fold inside gets caught in the zipper. So frustrating to have my phone ring in the inside chest cavity pocket and not be able to unzip my coat to answer the phone. Second problem, the inside pockets are too low. They should be at chest level. These are so low that with my phone in the pocket I am constantly banging my phone as I go about my work, moving things around the work site.

    Excellent jacket; warm cozy and comfortable. Great fit but it’s a little snug when zipped fully up to the neck. Great interior pockets as well. The interior ribbed cuffs with exterior button snaps are a great design. Not a fan of hook and loop.

    The duck fabric on the jacket I received has problems. It is mot smooth in appearance as shown on the web site images but looks like it was slept in a for a month. I have had it hanging up for a week but the wrinkles are still there.I'll be returning it.

    Exactly what I was looking for in a jacket. Like some other reviews said the interior and the breast exterior pockets leave a little to be desired. However, this thing keeps me warm and is quality. Someone complained about there being no drawstring for the hood......but in most construction type situations you wouldn't want those strings hanging out ready to be caught up in a power tool. The jacket seems like it will give me years of use. I have a Dickies Eisenhower that I've had for over a decade and other than fading it still works like a champ.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He absolutely loves this jacket. He stays nice and warm as he is doing any work outside in the winter.

    Nice warm jacket. Only bad thing was the waist, it was very small. This jacket won't fit at my hips, the rest of it fits perfectly. I ordered a medium, I'm 5'8" 150#

    I love the jacket, only problem is that the sleeves are a lil short. Also, we've recently had some rain so I don't know if the jacket will shrink.

    Needed a warmer jacket with a hood. We don't get much rain here in SoCal, but I needed something a little more rain worthy than a simple hoodie. This jacket fit the bill nicely for me and I like the way it looks. My favorite part is the sherpa lining and the knit cuffs inside the sleeves to keep out the cold. This is now my go to winter jacket for mornings and evenings.

    I needed a warm hooded jacket and this met all my requirements. Well made, great fit and very comfortable. Very reasonable price. Exactly as described in the ad. I am a repeat Dickies customer because their clothing is first rate. I will definitely buy their products in the future.
