I work in NY for the dept of corrections and after 18 hrs on feet, I’m still ready for another 8hrs. I feel so comfortable working in these boots, great traction and love the tactical look. Thanks Danner 5 stars.

I was told these boots were a bit pricey, but well worth the money. Let me tell you they are super comfortable when you break them in. My feet used to hurt at the end of my shift. I've been working 9 years in corrections and this is the first I've ever heard of Danner. They now have my business!!! Thank you

Good quality boot. Comfortable for my flat feet. Stay dry and the traction is excellent.

These have become my everyday boots! I love the combination of Lightweight, cushioned, and durable. They're ideal for standing on my feet all day as a barber. Being all black with medium shine also means they can go with just about anything. They also work well as a stage manager when I need to be quiet backstage. The only thing I would suggest would be to not tie them too tightly; let the cushion work its magic!

Very comfortable for wearing around a full day of walking on concrete floors in the warehouse.

I like the Striker as much as the Acadia line. They have great support and are very tough. They are lighter than the Acadia but have excellent ankle, heel and arch support. I take somewhere between a 10.5 and an 11d. I remove the insole that comes with the boot and use a Danner footbed. This makes for the best combination. I highly recommend the Striker line for anyone who is on their feet for long hours.

I love the boots I've been buying them for years the only complaint is the stores in Michigan quit selling this stile of danner boot bass pro and other stores don't have them now I have to send away for them

a great pair of boots, and the only issue that I found is that there a little bit heavy and boxy, I have bought these in the past and I never had had any issues they're great on slippery surfaces free surfaces as well as being waterproof.

I have had these boots for about 10 days now and I notice a real difference between the Bolt and the Torrent. I didn't think that there could be an improvement on the Torrent, but there is. I haven't read the specs yet but the Bolt is considerably more comfortable. It is more conducive to walking, load bearing and general movement. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone who is on their feet a good deal of the time. Get the good Danner footbeds and replace the ones that come with the boot.

I have other Danner boots that fit fine in the same size. However, these seem like a 1/2 size too small. Have had them on the stretchers for a month now. Perhaps someday they will fit. I'm a little disappointed.

I've worn this boot for two weeks and have never had to buy wide shoes. (always choose a D Medium width) With these boots my pinky toes wish I would just end their agony. I tried on these boots when I first purchased and I didn't think anything of it when I first tried them on. I mean they seemed a little narrow but I just thought it was the style of boot and with "breaking in" they would be fine. Nope. I have done everything I can, used a leather condition, stuffed with wooden shoe insert and socks to see if leather on sides will expand enough not to crush my pinkies but no luck. I contacted customer service and they just confirmed I couldn't return the boots after wearing them and to condition my boots. One look at this website tells you what you NEED to know and are not told. You need this boot in EE and it is ALL sold out. So I cannot return the boots I purchased NOR can I buy the corrected EE size. I expected better from Danner.

What ever happened to quick lacing? Pull the laces tight and wrap them around the loops at the top. Very annoying lacing system. They seem well built. They are very stiff. It will take a while to break them in.

Quite stiffer than what I expected. Breaking in nicely. The way the shoe laces fall makes it hard to tighten up. The fit is true. Ask me again in about a year to see how they really hod up

I don't know if the boots need to be broken in or the size runs thin but so far they are very tight and uncomfortable I am a 9/12 medium with and I thought these boots are true to size but as of right now I am not happy with them

I slipped on a puddle of water. I thought I would never have this issue with “Danners” however, I almost fell and injured. Disappointed because I thought these were slip resistant shoes.

These boots feel very comfortable. I work 16 hour days sometimes and I can complain. Pretty lightweight compared to some I’ve had in the past.

NICE FIT but I would not expect anything less my work go to boot.

My husband always were the Radical and since they were out of stock I purchased the striker Bolt for him and he loves them! He says they are way more supportive and comfortable than the Radical 452.

Have had these boots about 6 months they have turned into my go to boots for walks, hikes, and everyday wear. Thanks for making such a wonderful boot, the TERRA FORCE platform is the is the best. I am almost 60 years old these boots keep me active and pain free.

Normal size that I wear with Danner boots is 9.5, these boots were to tight across ball of foot, could hardly get them on my feet. Otherwise wrre great.

There hard to get on without unlacing them. You need to sell a shoe horn with these. And there a little smaller that the last pair of danner shoes that I got.

Great boot with amazing traction. These boots have keep my feet warm and dry on cold rainy days. Overall these boots feel very sturdy and the weatherproofing is excellent. Well worth every penny!

The boots are great! Lightweight and has a solid construction. I’ve been in law enforcement for over 20 years and have o LT worn Danner’s. There just a bit tight around the area where the toes meet the foot. I assume this will get better the longer I wear them. Even with this issue, they are still better than the other cheap brands. Remember, you get what you pay for!

I am disappointed with the discontinuance of the Striker II boot. I bought this boot because they no longer offer the Striker II. Why fix something that isn't broke?

Great quality! These boots still hold up to value. Just like any boot they do require a break in period but once broken in they are the best that you can buy! Would buy again any day.

These boots are awesome ! I was very impressed with the quality so much that I ordered another pair , they feel like you are wearing tennis shoes. I’ve used other brands of boots like Bates , 5 11 etc. but the StrikerBolt boots are much better.

Boots are extremely well made. The problem is, the sizing. I'm a solid 12D in boots and shoes. I ordered a 12D. Way too narrow. I returned them and had to wait 3 weeks for my credit. I ordered a 12EE! Not only too narrow, but no difference at all between the 12D and the 12EE! How is this possible? Now I'll have to wait another 3 weeks for a credit. I switched to Bates. Very aggravating.
