    I've been looking for a nice lizard boot that fits my EE wide foot for some time now. Found this great boot on-line and ordered what I thought was my size. It turns out it was too long, so I returned it to the store and tried on numerous boots to get the right fit. I was able to order the boots on-line and Boot Barn customer service was great in helping me apply the discount from the original purchase to the new purchase. I will be returning to buy my gear from them for certain!

    I love Dan Post Boots. I have been wearing them for many years. Now that I have found the Boot Barn in Greenville, NC I have a great place to buy my boots. The staff is way above average in service, courtesy and their knowledge of their products. Lilly did a great job handling my first pair of boots from The Boot Barn.

    I am very disappointed with these boots. I’ve wear them twice now and the top is peeling off and discolored. Search for them online and you will see what I am talking about. So sad man. These are my most expensive shoes/boots ever and love so much the way they look! They look amazing! Quality is not there at all. I would return them but again, I wear them twice and don’t have the tags or box so I don’t want to go through a bad returning experience. I will just find some leather recoloring and see if I can paint the peeled area. Very unhappy and unsatisfied with these boots.

    Had to return these boots twice. Tried on a pair in the store and there was a large dye mark on the top of the toe. Ordered a new pair and was sent the same damaged pair. Return that pair and reordered and this time I was sent a Used pair of boots, creased on the top and wear marks on the bottom. Mind you these are over $300.00 and I bought them for my husband anniversary. Emailed Boot barn and all they had to say was sorry that happened… so I will go back to shopping local at Centerville western store where they actually care about customers.
