I normally have great luck with those boots, in fact, these are the only boots I buy for dancing, this pair however, the upper and lower, inside the boot has come apart, I had a heck of a time getting the boot off, luckily we were able to shove a long piece of cardboard down to allow my heal to come out past the parts that separated.

Love these boots! I have worn them for three weeks now and they are beginning to feel near perfect.
The colors were a match of the pictures on the website. I am not accustom to 13" shafts but I believe that is will be a non-issue for me in time. All in all I love these boots.

The shoes I received were scuffed up on the bottom and marked "Display". Now, if I go into a store and knowingly purchase something that says "display" that's one thing, but to order online and to see NOTHING about the boots being used, marked up or the 'display'...I take exception to that. You don't charge someone full price for an item that has been worn enough to have scuff marks. Before you say I didn't pay full price, let me stop you. I used a coupon I received for being a NEW CUSTOMER....that should not warrant being sent a USED product! Very disappointed and will be returning these boots. Had they been marked down and/or labeled as "display" or "Used" when I purchased, it would have been on me to accept that and then decide if I wanted a used item. But to purchase online in good Faith and then receive a used, scuffed up product. Come on, Boot Barn. I work too hard for my money to be sent a used item. Put it to you this way: They are SO used that I worry if you will accuse me of wearing them. You don't do that to a new customer. It's a great way to not get return business.

These boots were not worth the money. Great look. But wore out far too easily. Holes in the side of the boot leather, soles wearing out within three months of wearing them. Not even worn consistently, and hardly ever for working in. Not worth the money.

I've had these boots now for 5 day. They have started to just flat out fall apart. Boot barn this is a bad product that your selling at that price.....not worth it at all
