    The jacket fits and looks excellent. It is very comfortable, however, I think it could have been shipped more efficiently. The jacket came in a very small box, which resulted in a lot of wrinkles. I had to take the jacket to the cleaners to have it pressed. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the product itself.     I bought one of these in light gray many years ago at a discount store in an eastern city, I cant remember where. After noticing that i chose this jacket time and time again over many others I own, I decided to look it up online and was delighted to find it, and at a great price. I bought 3 in different colors! The new gray is much darker than the gray shown in the picture, which is similar to the one I originally bought. If the lighter gray is available, I would buy it as well. The darker gray is an excellent color, just not what I expected. So I own 4 of these now in different colors and I love them all. The quality is excellent, very durable cotton, fully lined, holds its shape, and I like the elbow patches. They're western style, but subtle, so they do fine in any setting. The woven buttons are plastic, not leather, but they look fine and for the price I am not complaining!

    This casual jacket looks great with jeans or dress slacks. For that reason, it is very versatile. I would recomend this jacket to anyone wanting a dressw/casual look.

    The cloth is very thin. The cut is very tight. The right sleeve is not sewn on correctly. The jacket I got was a repack. I would have had to drive 50 miles to get to a UPS for a paid return, and at 4 bucks a gallon plus the cost of the return that's a drive too far. The main reason I hesitate to pull the trigger on online clothing purchases is repacks like this. The only good thing is the design is good. Clean without a lots of frills, and it looks good on me, despite the goofy right shoulder.

    Like may western shirts, this product runs a bit on the slim size. I had to purchase 48R, when I ordinarily wear 46R. If you're getting a bit paunchy, order the next size larger.

    This is a fine sport coat, more than I had hoped for. Build quality is excellent with one minor issue. The buttons are not secured properly on the front. One pull of a loose string and I had the first button in my hand. I also would have preferred brown buttons, not black. But, still and all, what I got for the money is exceptional.

    I really liked the style, material, and quality of this sportcoat. The problem is that the sizing is so off, that I don,t know how you would ever know what size to order. I ordered the size that I usually wear and I estimate it to be two to three sizes too small. The sleeves are very short and it is very tight across the shoulders.

    The coat is great looking, just a little tight in the shoulder area and arms. I found that this coat fits differently from one coat to the other in this brand and it could be in different areas of the sizing of the coat. The lining in the sleeves come out of the sleeve.

    I had to return the first sport jacket either the sizing was wrong or (sigh!) I had grown a bit in the lower chest area. After following simple instructions I sent back then received a slightly larger sports jacket that fits very well.

    Stitching was good but the black corduroy had white fibers woven into it fabric. We used a black permanent marker and touched up each white weave area, about 1/16" long and 6-10 locations on the jacket. The fit/size was perfect in a 46L for 6'3" 185lb.

    This coat is really nice for the price. You usually have to pay more to get this quality. Very comfortable. I was worried since it was corduroy that it would get messed up in shipping but it was well packaged with only a loose fold and looked great right out of the box!

    I waited to purchase this jacket. And I did read a lot of the reviews and the one about the pockets sewed shut is true, and the one about the buttons falling off is true. This all happened to me, and I did take the one about the size running smaller to heart. So I ordered one, one size larger which I was happy with. The only thing that got me was, even though I ordered one size larger, which I'm a 45 chest and I ordered a 46 and it did fit. The arms are still to short, there ok if my arms are at my side, but if I reach for anything, the cuff comes half way up my arm. But still it's nice jacket.

    I wanted a "western" sports jacket I could wear with my Wrangler jeans and would look smart enough to were out at night. This jacket certainly fills that requirement. I do have to say, as a native Texan, I was a little surprised to find a "Western" jacket sold by Sheplers (in business for over a 100 years in Wichita) and with a label saying "Circle S, Dallas, Texas" would have a label inside the collar saying "Made in China!!!"

    The coat is a comfortable inexpensive casual coat to wear around town. The coat is made in China and at least 2 sizes to small so order bigger or you will need to send it back.

    Got the Camel Corduroy Sport Coat, got the hat, shirt, belt , jeans and I still look like the horse that "Cowboy model",rode in on!

    The jacket size was fine, except very wringled and a tape spot on the shoulder, Had to have it Dry clean before i could wear it.

    Great looking jacket,, but runs small and the cut under the arms feels uncomfortable. Perhaps I should have ordered a Long but I didn't want it down to my knees, as I am only long in the arms, which just make it. Overall I'll probably feel uncomfortable wearing it, aware that it not quite right.

    I ordered this jacket for my husband because he had been looking for one in a gray corduroy. The jacket looked fantastic on, but was more of a charcoal. It's definitely a "keeper" even with the color not being as desired.

    I wanted something a notch up from the casual waist jacket. It allows me to feel a little better dressed, but still not overdressed. Like the look and feel of the jacket.

    This was just what I was looking for, and competitive with local stores, although few stores carry it. The price was below qualifying for free shipping, so in the end it was about the same as local store prices . . . however, Sheplers had the TALL size I needed - hard to find in stores.

    I have been looking for a cord jacket for some time and over here you can't get anything of quality under $200 so when I purchased this I was already over the moon with the price. Now I can't get over how often I wear it. Even if the jeans are overdue for the laundry and the shirt in the same condition, I can pull on the jacket and look good where ever I go. If I dress up and wear the jacket I feel relaxed but look stylish enough to go to any restaurant in town. I think it's because it's easy on the eye that it's easy to wear. I'd buy another.

    I had to send these two coats back, I ordered 48 L and they both were very very tight in the shoulder area. I could hardly get into them they were so snug in the shoulders. If you would have had a size larger, I would have tried them, but 48 was the largest available. Everything else about the coat looked good. In the future , I would recommmend that you advertise these coats run small in the shoulder. The price seemed good .

    This coat was made for a skinny cowboy. It is very tight in the upper arms and the sleeves were somewhat short for a "tall." I recommend ordering a size larger than normal.

    My husband wanted a corduroy jacket with leather patches on the sleeves. We looked everywhere and finally found it at Sheplers. The size he wanted was out of stock, so we had to wait, but it was well worth it. It arrived exactly as described in the catalog. Fit was right on. My only suggestion is to find a better packaging, as it arrived fairly wrinkled and was difficult to remove the wrinkles because the jacket is lined and you can't press corduroy on the right side. Great jacket, true fit. Nice quality. Would order again.

    Along with slacks I purchased earlier, I now have four different outfits from this sport coat by changing the shades of brown & black Slacks. I also have a dark brown corduroy sport coat which changes up wonderfully and with different colored shirts it never gets boring.

    The material the coat is made of is evidently not wrinkle free. I wore the coat one time to church, after I got home I noticed the coat wrinkled excessively on the arm and back. It was not the quality I thought I was getting. The price was low and so is the quality.

    While I find the upper arms of the garment a little tight, I think that, overall, it is a very sound product. I am a true 48R and the coat fits perfectly. I have examined the workmanship closely and find it of first quality. I will be buying others in other colours.

    The coat looked great on my son. The sleeves were almost too short but he decided to overlook them. It was not as comfortable as other corduroy coats he had tried on but he traded comfort for looks. It emphasized his broad shoulders and slim hips and was casual enough to wear with jeans but still sharp enough to dress up with slacks and a dress shirt. I felt it was a wonderful buy.
