      Love everything about it except I wish it were a couple inches longer. Quality is great, nice and WARM. Will see how long it lasts after a winter of clearing shrubs/trees from the back of the yard! .

      This is my second Carhartt, the other being the Wildwood, which is pretty similar to this one in its features. I got the same size in this one as my Wildwood and it fits great. I actually like the fit of this one better as body feels a bit roomier so I move a bit freer, and the sleeves are longer. It also hits lower on my hips and I like that as well. (I'm 6 feet tall so that matters!) The reason I wanted to add this jacket to my outerwear wardrobe is because I liked the open bottom, unlike the elastic bottom of the Wildwood. I feel with all those aspects it will allow for even more/thicker layering. However, I've gotten by in even the coldest Wisconsin weather by layering a Carhartt hoodie and a flannel underneath my Wildwood jacket. This jacket feels just as warm as my other one, and so far has kept me toasty while waiting on bus stops in cold temperatures. (Since I got this new jacket, so far where I am we've only gotten down into the 20s but I'm sure we'll have even colder temps soon enough.) The duck outer is great for blocking wind, which is key in staying warm. After I placed my order I briefly thought to myself "Do you REALLY need another jacket, especially one so similar to your other Carhartt?" Well, I'm glad I got it. I think I like it even better than the Wildwood because the fit on me is even better and I like the slight difference in some of the features on this one.

      Sizes run very big. I wear a xs/s and the xs is really big on me. The sleeves are long and overall the coat is just big. It's definitely loose fitting lol great for really cold weather when you need several layers but as a every day coat I would recommend ordering a size smaller than you normally wear. The basil is lighter than the picture appears. But, very cute coat tho!

      I was debating on getting the xs or small. I was afraid the xs was going to be too small and I really wanted to be able to wear sweatshirts underneath. But I got the xs anyway and it fits jsut like a I wanted it to. Theres enough room for a sweatshirts, its not to big or to small I am in love with it. So I would size down. I am 5'0 and 108lbs

      I got this coat at the beginning of the winter season and love it! Very durable and beyond comfortable. Works great when I’m stuck on the forklift outside.

      The jacket is very warm and fits well. The star reduction comes from the color, which is nowhere near a taupe gray; it's more like a purple-brown.

      I love this jacket! I’m 5’2 about 130 and purchased the XS. It fits well with a hooded sweatshirt also. I knew they ran a bit big as I spoke with customer service.

      Extremely warm jacket. Where I'm at we had -2 degree weather and it kept me warm enough the time I had to be outside. It's true to size, and well made. I'm going to purchase another for my daughter.

      Love the jacket. Took off 1 star for the color wear marks on the jacket sleeves. The sleeves tend to loose color in the sleeve area with wear. All in all a great jacket. I generally use the jacket on days out. When the sleeves wear I use the jacket for outdoor chores.

      This jscket is great. It is warm, durable, high quality, and nice looking. I love the sherpa on the inside, the cuff on the liner of the sleeves, and all the different pockets! I highly recommend!

      I was a little worried about how it would fit since this was my first Carhartt coat. But I usually order a large in coats and this fits perfect! Absolutely my new favorite coat. I am about 145 pounds and 5’5. I love this coat! So warm especially outside working in the cold.

      I purchased this around a week ago (after outgrowing my previous Carhartt) and could not be happier :) It is very comfortable and as other reviews mentioned, it isn't stiff whatsoever. It is a perfect mix of practical and cute, and goes with everything! (I got the grey/ taupe color and i've gotten various compliments). This is by far my favorite Carhartt purchase, and I couldn't recommend it more!! :)

      Definitely would recommend! It is warm and fits great. Side pockets are a little too open and would be nice if there was Velcro or zipper. Inside zippered pockets are great!
