      Out of box failure

      I could not get the hood to button on to the jacket. It looks like the insides of the snaps on both the male and female side both have metal in them that causes an interference. I tried to add a photo, but I couldn't get that to work either.

      LOVED BUT HUGE SHOULDERS!

      Got for 19 year old son who wanted a more rugged warm jacket for keeping warm walking thru college campus. A request was great pockets! Which these were approved by him, but the shoulders on this coat were PUFFED OUT extremly. I did read this on another review but was hoping that it was a flaw in that guys coat. But ours was just as huge too! It would have been a keeper cuz he loved the color Dk brown w the Sherpa lining and great pockets. Like I was told to size down and did, But we had to still return unfortunately due to shoulders.

      Great quality, but it runs very very large. I am 210 lbs and 6’ 1” and wear an XL typically. I saw comments that this runs large so I ordered a Large, it was still too big. I am returning and ordering a medium.

      Love it. Its very warm and comfortable. it’s cut nice and wide in the shoulders so it gives you plenty of room.
