The shirt says large but it fits like a xl. The shirt is massive. Terrible fitment

Very, very good shirt
The fit is much less baggy than the other long sleeve 1-pocket tee shirt Carhartt sells. However it's not form-fitting. As to fit it occupies that space in between Baggy and Slim. I'd really like a true Slim-Fit version of this shirt but for most intents and purposes this is a great cut for me at 5'11", 175 lbs., swimmer/field sports athlete build. I can wear this shirt at "Fighting Trim" and also in "Let Myself Eat A Lot Of Pie Lately" Shape.

Good shirt, but....
The shirt is OK and looks like I expected it to look, which is just fine. I don't wear this shirt for looks. As expected, the shirt fit my torso loosely and the body was long enough, but the sleeves were about 2" too long. The adhesive "size" label left adhesive residue behind when removed, which then collected dust and formed a long grey dust stripe down the front. A second adhesive label was made of thin, slippery, tough plastic with a moderately aggressive adhesive. It was hard to remove and it, too, left adhesive on the shirt that gathered dust.
After laundering, the adhesive may be gone, I'll see soon enough. The sleeves are now about 1" too long and the body of the shirt and the collar have shrunk down by at least 1/2 size, maybe more. Disappointed in this to say the least. I'll send them back for replacement if Carhartt will have them.

Great shirt, but QA size checks in question
This is a great shirt. I like the loose cuffs and is comfortable on my slim muscular frame. Only issue I have is that I ordered 5 tall shirts and 2 of them are not tall, even though they were labeled tall. That’s a QA issue, not constant sizing checks in house. The sleeves are clearly short and the length from neck to waist is short. So I don’t wear the short ones too much due to the shortness.
