This is my third Carhartt hooded sweatshirt. Still wear the other ones, just get a little stained or painted after awhile. I really like these quilted ones and cannot find them locally here. Real handy if your just going to run out and its 20 or 30 degrees. I Highly recommend them. I weigh 155 and bought a large so I could wear sweats under them . Perfect.

Bought as a gift for my spouse, and he absolutely loves it. Direct quote: "Fits great, and really comfortable. It's my go-to hoodie now." And if you could see how many hoodies were in his closet right now, you'd know that is really saying something. Plus, the proportions are excellent so he looks great in it. As usual, Carhartt nails it with simple, classic styling and great quality at a fair price.

I have had this hoodie for a month now. It is very comfortable, appears to be just as durable as several of my other Carhartt products and would highly recommend it. One of the nice things about this version is the entire interior lining is smooth. This allows for easy on and off of the hoodie. Much like a traditional jacket it will not grip on the clothes you are wearing. We have an outdoor ice rink that I am on daily for skating, shoveling, and top coating in the winter. I am outside on my property almost daily thru out the rest of the year and manage a remodeling company. This will all typically be done in this hoodie over just a t-shirt or sweatshirt depending on the temperature. It works very well. I'm 6'-1", 208 lbs. Fit but starting to fight the beer belly! I have the much older version of this hoodie and love it . Not a single thing wrong with it other than it has gotten pretty dirty. It is a light gray. No tears, no worn material, the zipper works perfect, all is well. When I decided it was time to have one that looked a bit better I called Carhartt directly to discuss the new version. I was assured this is it. This is a very nice hoodie I will have it for a very long time however while both my old and the new one are the size large the new one is just a bit more snug. I would not say it's a full size difference just snug . It is actually all around the fit. The hood, sleeves and body are all just a little smaller in the new one. This could be because the old one has relaxed (it is more than fifteen years old) I do however not feel that is the case. It has been washed several times, worn for hundreds of hours in all types of weather and situations. Interestingly it is in the range of motion that I find it most noticeable. I'm still going to note below that it is true to size as my guess is I would think the XL would be to big. Maybe it's just time to loose a few pounds. Overall still a solid Carhartt product.

Very warm and comfortable. Sizing is big though, fits like it is 1-2 larger than expected.

My son just came into my office this morning to tell me how much he loves this jacket / hoodie. Great sizing (XLT), great quality, and warm. He said he probably won't wear any other jacket unless it gets to those sub zero Temps.

Great, I own a former model, and as much as I still love my old one, This is my "Sunday go to meetin" jacket. I know it is a hoodie, but wears like a jacket. Warm and comfortable on most cold days, 25 Degrees and above. Happy I brought another one.

It's a little different looking than my old Rain Defender. I still like it and it's outstanding performance. Jus wsnt happy with the smaller hood and slash pocket right in the upper front.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice, heavy duty hoody. I work in the elements, and in frequently rainy conditions. The upside: It's warm on cold (30 degree) weather. The quilted lining almost burns you out of it, if not makes you sweat. Down side. In almost every mens jacket I have ever had to buy, the large has fit perfect, as I am a female who normally wears a women's XL... This hoody runs big. It's extremely bulky, sleeves are a bit long, and I have to roll the cuff up to get the better fit. The bottom for the hoody also must be rolled. I should have bought the Medium, but again - my history of men's jackets and their sizing... Very nice jacket, very warm and comfy. I'll keep it, but next time - go for a medium.

Everything about the Hoodie overall is nice, my only issue is the smaller pocket on the inside of the right-hand pocket. It wants to catch my middle fingers when I just casually try and put my hand in, I am almost to the point of trying to cut it out.

Great daily winter jacket. Handles the winds/gusts and sudden rains. Love this jacket. Have worn it everyday pretty much since getting it. Big hood and strong zipper. Don’t care for the little pocket within the pocket, dumb design takes a bit to get used to when sliding your hands into the pocket. This is not a coat but a strong winter jacket.

My husband LOVES this for work, especially if he's going to be outside or in a garage. It keeps him warm and allows him freedom of movement. He had one of these hoodies before and he's sticking with this particular sweatshirt! Warm, functional, not restrictive, good pockets, COMFY! He raves about this so much it makes me want to get one for myself! Definitely worth buying.

PLEASE BRING THESE BACK!! Honestly, it is extremely hard to find something even remotely close to comparable to these. I've owned several of these and I'm down to 2. They are wore out and have holes. I look homeless wearing them but I don't care because they are comfortable and work perfectly for what I do. I'd buy 10 of them today if I could. The quilt lining is what I need. I can't stand the other lining. I can't understand why you would discontinue them.

Kees me warm and dry. Very comfortable. I absolutely love it. Haven’t worn it long enough to test durability yet but so far so good. The tall seem to be perfect fit but the large ran a bit big. Which I rather too big than too small when it comes to jackets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this hoodie/jacket! It's like a hoodie but more like a jacket too! I usually wear an XL, but my friend has one of these in a XL, and it was a bit big on me, so I ordered a large and it's perfect. Happy with this purchase!

I hate it..... I bought the exact same jacket not long ago and this one is completely different. I'm guessing because it was made in a different country than the last one even though they are the same jacket. This one is cut with extra space where the zipper is always digging into your neck whether you zip it all the way up or not. Not even close to the same when you lay them side-by-side.
