Nice option to be able to carry extra stuff along with my lunch and not have to lug 2 bags. Just wish the lunch compartment was a little bit bigger. Been using for several months and zipper is holding up well.

This bag is an excellent accessory for any of your adventuring needs. Great for a day at the beach or a get together outside. The cooler can hold up to 12 cans and the rest of the bag holds plenty of storage for other items.

It keeps my food and drink cool. It have enough room to keep papers and other misc.

Unfortunately it is not user friendly. I got it for my husband but because the lunchbox portion of the bag has no solid sides, the bag just collapses in on itself. Every day he's used it all that he accomplished was having a smashed lunch.

The zipper is broken on the main part of the backpack only had it a couple of months

This has been a life saver! I can tote around my notes, tablet, scanner, keys, badges, and a few personal items..on top of my lunch and snacks! Stylish without drawing too much attention and durable! Only drawback is that the top back pack portion does not effectively accommodate standard notebooks/legal pads in their upright position. A little snug but fits easily enough if item is turned on it's side.

Backpack is solid and strong definitely worth the money

I wanted a backpack for hiking. I am no long trip hiker yet, so I wanted something that I could throw snacks and drinks in and have a few other supplies handy as well. The pockets within the backpack make it easy to know exactly where I have stored what I need. I love the loops on the straps to hang things from. As a female, I hang my pepper spray from it for at the ready access. I had one stainless steel water bottle, which I had no problem storing in the side pocket, and a couple of refill pouches in the cooler section. So far, I am very well please with my purchase. My elementary son has carried a Carhartt backpack for multiple years. And that is a great review because he is tough on stuff. So with that, I felt confident in the quality I would be getting in the pack.

This bag solved a problem for me, it eliminated the need to take a lunch box and a bag with my daily essentials for work. The side pockets did rip after a few months of usage but still maintained their functionality. I also wish the cooler part had a rigid lining, if you don't fill the cooler area then the bag won't sit right or falls over easily.

Very lightweight n comfortable would recommend it.

My husband had a similar backpack cooler combo that was 4 yrs old and nasty looking . He’s super picky and I was able to find this carhartt one . He’s been using it for about 3 weeks and loves it! The backpack area is big enough for anything he needs to store and it has pockets for organizing. The cooler is a nice size I would say a 6pk of soda would fit with snacks no problem . I would recommend ,great product for price . Heavy duty carhartt material .

Alot of space I'm a dump truck driver and this cooler back pack fits my lunch my drinks my personal belongings my hardhat and safety vest and I still have plenty of room left to store stuff love all the pockets.

Unfortunately have to return. First Day of using it the stitching came apart of the lower half where the cooler part is now it has a huge rip. So said it didn’t work out

Nice style backpack, but seems small for how bulky it is. Pockets inside and on each side are too small and the flat zipper pocket with one zipper needs two.

Ripped in several spots. Horrible stitching quality for s Carhartt product. The area where the straps connect to the bottom of the cooler puts all the stress on the seams. It ripped in the same spot on both sides. If the seams was triple stitched and durable like the seams on jackets and vests it might be ok. Overall I loved this backpack cooler for work and an very displeased that it ripped in 6-8 months and is no longer used. Will not recommend.

Ok so I went to go check out a store around me for backpacks that will work as a cooler and something that will hold tools and notebooks and what not and I know for a fact that carhartts stuff is tuff as rocks but I do think that they need to up the size of all of the backpacks and stop playing around. If you read the reviews on all of there backpacks what is the number one thing that customers are complaining about? THE SIZE so hint hint make them bigger or how about this try and use the bag for yourself and do what we do with them and try and make it work....

Love the bag. It’s great for working in construction by being able to bring a little of essentials. Extra shirt, bandages, pens, sun screen, etc. all the while carrying my lunch

This is the best bag out there. It is truly perfect and a must buy! I will be buying one again once I wear the one I have out. I will never go back to another bag. I will be sure to keep this in mind for birthdays, Father’s Day, etc. .

Very high quality overall, with only a few soft spots. Side mesh pockets are 'handy' but not nearly as robust as the rest of the bag. Internally the non-insulted portion of the bag would benefit from large dividers. A very useable bag!

This backpack is great, I use it for hiking. With the cooler, it has a mesh pouch inside so I can keep my ice pack secure not in the way of food. With cooler being in its own section I have enough room for my gear in the upper section. This bag is sturdy and stands up for easy access to both compartments. I highly recommend this Carhartt Backpack !
